    2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 RST with the Z71 package.

    I'll start by saying that I was not intending on buying my husband a new truck. But we were coming off of setting up funeral arrangements for my Father-in Law and I thought maybe looking at new trucks would cheer my husband up. We were greeted by Jay who very kindly took us on a tour of the lot and let us crawl around in some really cool trucks, including the Silverado Black Widow! We were getting ready to leave when THE truck caught my eye. My husband absolutely loves the muted gray color and had been telling me for years that's he'd love a "battleship gray" vehicle. This truck checked almost all of the boxes and it was the first time I had seen my husband smile in over a month. After the test drive he was getting ready to walk away when I told him "Happy Birthday, let's get your battleship!" The process was smooth and Folsom Chevy gave us a very fair amount for our trade...plus, we missed having to pay tariffs! This was the second truck we've purchased from Folsom Chevy and I'm sure it won't be our last.

We ended up purchasing our vehicle at Folsom Lake Honda because of two main reasons: 1. We got a great deal on the exact van we were looking for. 2. We did not feel pressured to purchase and we didn't feel like a shadow was following us everywhere when we were browsing the cars. A year later, we are still very happy with the dealership. It is easy to schedule an appointment for service online or over the phone and the service advisors and technicians are great. I recently worked with Rich D (service advisor) and Vasily (technician) who were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and great at communicating with me throughout the service , even at 8 in the morning! I usually opt to sit at the dealership to wait for my car. The dealership is very clean with lots of places to sit. They also offer lots of snacks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate while you wait.

    My review is for the service department only…read more The Express Service facility is great. Regular maintenance gets done fast and never any problems. I get all my regular maintenance done here. The main service department though, is a different story. I've been there twice and been disappointed twice. I got roof rack rails instaleld there, and they later started leaking and now my car leaks every time it rains. I had a brake problem and they simply couldn't find it. The problem was that after hard braking, the pedal became spongy and required pumping. They said they couldn't replicate it, which means they didn't try hard braking on the empty street next to the dealer. Oil changes and tire rotations, they're great. Five stars for the Express Service. Anything more I go somewhere else. 1-2 stars.

He was professional, attentive, and kept me informed every step of the way. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. I truly felt taken care of and appreciated his honesty and efficiency. It's rare to find such excellent customer service these days but Thomas definitely goes above and beyond.     I bought a used Tesla from this dealership in February because I needed a vehicle immediately and…read moredidn't have another car. It was late in the day, the sun was setting, and I did the best inspection I could under the circumstances. At the time, I noticed the plastic trim on the outer side of the driver's seat wasn't sitting flush. Before moving forward, I specifically asked the salesperson if there was any other damage I should know about. He told me, "Nope." That turned out to be false. Since buying the car, I've discovered issue after issue that appears to have been hidden, poorly repaired, or temporarily covered up. On the drive home, I noticed a windshield crack that only showed when headlights hit it. The next day, I found deep circular scratches all over the hood. I later noticed the rear seat upholstery separating near the door. Then the passenger window switch popped out of its housing, and when I opened the door panel, the internal housing was clearly damaged. That was not normal wear. That looked like prior damage that had been covered up. Later, a plastic trim piece in the trunk simply fell off when I opened it, again showing signs of a cheap cover-up rather than a proper repair. Now, the driver's headrest has started wearing through, revealing what appears to be previous damage that was concealed before sale. Tesla does not sell the headrest separately, meaning this could require replacing the entire seat. I understand that used cars can have wear and tear. I also understand that I should have inspected the vehicle more carefully. But there is a big difference between normal used-car wear and multiple hidden issues that appear to have been patched, covered, or concealed just long enough to get the car sold. What bothers me, is that I directly asked if there was any other damage, and I was told no. Based on everything I've found since, I do not believe that was an honest answer. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. At minimum, do not trust their word, do not inspect a vehicle there at night, and do not assume anything has been properly disclosed. In my experience, this car had multiple issues that looked covered up rather than repaired, and I would not want another buyer to end up with a lemon car.
