    I highly recommend this dealership and George Charbel, for their sale services. They were professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job on my brand new 2026 high country suburban. George was patient and knowledgeable, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision and gave me a great deal!!

    I'll start by saying that I was not intending on buying my husband a new truck. But we were coming off of setting up funeral arrangements for my Father-in Law and I thought maybe looking at new trucks would cheer my husband up. We were greeted by Jay who very kindly took us on a tour of the lot and let us crawl around in some really cool trucks, including the Silverado Black Widow! We were getting ready to leave when THE truck caught my eye. My husband absolutely loves the muted gray color and had been telling me for years that's he'd love a "battleship gray" vehicle. This truck checked almost all of the boxes and it was the first time I had seen my husband smile in over a month. After the test drive he was getting ready to walk away when I told him "Happy Birthday, let's get your battleship!" The process was smooth and Folsom Chevy gave us a very fair amount for our trade...plus, we missed having to pay tariffs! This was the second truck we've purchased from Folsom Chevy and I'm sure it won't be our last.

I sent an email to see the availability…read moreof the truck and within 5 minutes I got a call saying they'd have the truck ready for a test drive upon arrival. Once I got there I was met by Ben (Benjamin) who did an amazing job assisting me with everything. He was very professional and quick with the service. I then met with Alex who took care of of all my paperwork and he did a great job explaining everything in both English and Spanish. Both of these guys are amazing and I know that when I get another car I will come back here.

We ended up purchasing our vehicle at Folsom Lake Honda because of two main reasons: 1. We got a great deal on the exact van we were looking for. 2. We did not feel pressured to purchase and we didn't feel like a shadow was following us everywhere when we were browsing the cars. A year later, we are still very happy with the dealership. It is easy to schedule an appointment for service online or over the phone and the service advisors and technicians are great. I recently worked with Rich D (service advisor) and Vasily (technician) who were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and great at communicating with me throughout the service , even at 8 in the morning! I usually opt to sit at the dealership to wait for my car. The dealership is very clean with lots of places to sit. They also offer lots of snacks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate while you wait.

    My review is for the service department only…read more The Express Service facility is great. Regular maintenance gets done fast and never any problems. I get all my regular maintenance done here. The main service department though, is a different story. I've been there twice and been disappointed twice. I got roof rack rails instaleld there, and they later started leaking and now my car leaks every time it rains. I had a brake problem and they simply couldn't find it. The problem was that after hard braking, the pedal became spongy and required pumping. They said they couldn't replicate it, which means they didn't try hard braking on the empty street next to the dealer. Oil changes and tire rotations, they're great. Five stars for the Express Service. Anything more I go somewhere else. 1-2 stars.

    Scam service center and the Service Advisor is unethical and rude. I've never seen any auto shop…read morerun so poorly, especially a dealership. From the start of trying to call for service, Jon forgetting to schedule my appointment so I had to go in as an open slot, to him being a cheapskate for a corporation by ordering half of the two parts that comprise the door handle and then blaming me, the customer for this mishap. Then telling me it's my fault of the handle falls off. Like how are you a dealership and cutting corners on a $30 part. Was willing to send photos and clarify but these guys are looking for clueless people to ripoff. The repair took all day after this guy tells me all cocky how he'll take 1-4 hours. Even other employees agree that John is a crook. This guy had an excuse for every thing that went wrong. They'll ask to fix anything and charge you everything except for what you came in for. Oh let's not forget him just chatting with a dude about nothing while making us wait 15 minutes instead of moving on to the next customer. What an embarrassing operation.

    We purchased a Ford Escape from this dealership in 2022 and it's been a constant ongoing problem…read moresince. First, I purchased extended coverage which they overcharged by $1,700 compared to other dealerships and Ziegler. The finance advisor was mansplained and talked down to me, as though I was stupid. (If you are not a penis owner, don't go here.) I purchased the extended warranty from Ziegler and when I called to cancel, they told me they couldn't process the cancellation without a signature which I had to go in person to pickup (because they couldn't email it.) The service advisors were equally bad. They have high turnover. The most recent service advisor (an Asian gentleman), insisted that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee for an electrical issue despite having extended warranty. The electrical issue being that the instrument panel would go completely blank WHILE DRIVING! He also refused to give me a rental car despite having day 1 rental car coverage that I paid for. This doesn't even fully capture all the issues I've had with this dealership. I finally switched dealer and it's been a completely different experience. Service advisors who honor the warranty, is friendly and tries to help you.

The salesman I dealt with at the dealership tried to sell me a different car than what I was given information on. The sales manager I dealt with told me a year of registration came with the purchase. 4 months later, I still don't have permanent plates for my vehicle and the temp registration and plates are expired. DMV also just sent me registration renewal for my vehicle. So the dealership obviously didn't send my DMV fees paid during purchase to the DMV. I obviously am not getting the year of paid registration the manager told me I was getting. I have reached out to the dealership 4 times to try to talk to their DMV dept or a member of management. No return calls. No return emails. Nothing. DO NOT do business with these shady people!

Wasn't really planning on buying it but went back and forth a bit and was able to come to a good price. I will say Gee was very easy to work with and a pleasure to talk to. Actual buying process wasn't too painful, although at one point the date of purchase was entered incorrectly on the DMV paperwork and I was adamant that it should be corrected. I felt like that shouldn't have been something I had to force. Overall I ended up with a truck I love at a reasonable price. The tricky part and what would make me think twice about making another purchase here, is the title of the vehicle/plated didn't get into my hands until almost six months past the purchase date. And that was after me reaching out to the dealership several times. Once the right person was on it though, things happened pretty quickly and the communication was perfect. Also, I ended up needing to get new tires and an alignment a few months after the truck purchase, as well as a license plate holder for the front. In all fairness I should have been more thorough in my inspection of the vehicle prior to going forward with the purchase but I am a bit irked to have to have had to shell out over a grand for tires so soon after making the truck purchase. So, decent experience just be mindful of things when looking at vehicles here
