The salesman I dealt with at the dealership tried to sell me a different car than what I was given information on. The sales manager I dealt with told me a year of registration came with the purchase. 4 months later, I still don't have permanent plates for my vehicle and the temp registration and plates are expired. DMV also just sent me registration renewal for my vehicle. So the dealership obviously didn't send my DMV fees paid during purchase to the DMV. I obviously am not getting the year of paid registration the manager told me I was getting. I have reached out to the dealership 4 times to try to talk to their DMV dept or a member of management. No return calls. No return emails. Nothing. DO NOT do business with these shady people!

Really Poor sales service from their management. They might not have made as much as they wanted, but just turning away thousands of dollars is a bad business decision. They did not even make an attempt to work with me. Weird thing is another dealership said they would match the price with their current inventory. This basically made me rethink buying a Honda pilot & buying a Toyota Highlander. Makes you think their motives are not purely business driven.

I'm already nervous about buying used cars, and even more nervous because it was too far away for me to look at. I read all these Yelp reviews for his business, and was impressed because he was rated higher than most used car dealerships. And he provided a free CarFax report, so I knew the car's history and was impressed it only had 2 owners over 24 years. I talked to Ata by phone about the car, then hired a mobile mechanic (also found through Yelp) in the Rancho Cordova area, and sent him in to inspect the car. Ata was very accommodating and tolerant of the mechanic's inspection and lengthy test drive, during which I was on the phone with the mechanic and Ata. I ended up buying the car, and Ata recommended a shipping option he's used that even cost less than what I could get through one of the national car transport companies. Ata took care of a small dent in the bumper before shipping the car, he included the 30-day drivetrain warranty noted on the Craigslist ad, handled all of the paperwork, and I ended up with a great car I'm thrilled to own! The man takes pride in the cars he "curates" for his business and is an honest gentleman. Truly a "Top Quality" operation.

Within 5 minutes of leaving the lot, the car started smoking on the highway and completely broke down. When we contacted the dealer, he claimed he "had no idea" what happened, but promised to check it out and fix it. The First "Fix" He told us it was fixed and gave it back. A little while later, it immediately developed another major problem. This time, his excuse was that "something must have fallen off." The Second "Fix" After supposedly fixing it again, we got the car back only for it to start rod knocking and suffer complete engine failure. Once the engine blew, the dealer completely ghosted us. He refuses to respond to any of our messages or take responsibility for selling us a total trash vehicle,They will happily take your money & lie to your face about the condition of the vehicle.
