Horrible experience, all around! The salesman I was in touch with wasn't at the dealership when I arrived, although he clearly stated he worked that day. The salesman I dealt with at the dealership tried to sell me a different car than what I was given information on. The sales manager I dealt with told me a year of registration came with the purchase. 4 months later, I still don't have permanent plates for my vehicle and the temp registration and plates are expired. DMV also just sent me registration renewal for my vehicle. So the dealership obviously didn't send my DMV fees paid during purchase to the DMV. I obviously am not getting the year of paid registration the manager told me I was getting. I have reached out to the dealership 4 times to try to talk to their DMV dept or a member of management. No return calls. No return emails. Nothing. DO NOT do business with these shady people! read more

Cars are nice but customer service is lacking. Salesmen was very nice and helpful. Finance people as well. However, they change things last minute without notice, I was supposed to have my car shipped Saturdays 7/19 with an arrival time of Monday or Tuesday (7/22 - 7/23) at the latest, down payment and financing was completed Friday 7/18. Without notice, a courtesy call, text message or anything. I had to contact them several times to get updates and every time I got a different date, no explanation given, now new date is 7/25.... But who knows at this point . They are very persistent when they need some kind of information or have a question, I do get several calls or texts for that. Definitely don't recommend buying from them, unless you want to keep just waiting for your vehicle and be chasing people to get information that keep changing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I purchased a vehicle from this place in September. I literally had to call every day to have them complete my DMV paperwork. My tags had expired and they still hadn't completed my paperwork when I first went in my vehicle was only $26,000 when I left out, they hiked the price up to 36,000 by adding so many different fees on top of that I purchased a Tesla and they didn't provide a charger but I supposedly had accessories in my package. My tires were bad. I literally had to get a lawyer, and if they had not completed my paperwork within a few days, my lawyer was going to take action. When they finally did do my paperwork for my registration, they did not directly send my DMV paperwork to my home. They sent it to themselves and had to mail it out to me, which was very odd. I've never had a dealer Mail registration to their office then to the client, the car was no longer in their possession so they had no reason to mail my registration to themselves. The actual purchase with Justin and Pete seemed to go well, but unfortunately since we purchased the vehicle it has been nothing but problems. Our DMV paperwork was filed incorrectly and it took 2 months and many phone calls to get our license plates. We purchased an extended warranty through them and the paperwork/ payment to that company never happened. My family and I had the most amazing experience with everyone at this dealerahip. We had been on the market for a larger vehicle (suburban, tahoe, yukon) for a few weeks with no luck. The market is crazy. It was either extremely overpriced, or terrible rates, and/or rude customer service, until we came across Lumin. Upon arrival Rigo had the car we were interested in parked out front, he gave us a warm greeting and proceeded to open up the car. Not once did we feel rushed, or pressured into purchasing. He didn't try to sell us a bunch of add ons, or anything of the sort. Unfortunately the vehicle we looked at was not meant for us, still Rigo didn't try to have us settle for something else on the lot that wasn't for us. Instead he took out information and informed us he'd be on the look out for what we needed. He did! After we left he sent us a few options via text. He then reached out the next day with exactly what we wanted! That man did not disappoint! He did let us know the car was just brought in and needed to me overlooked before we were able to see it. Rigo kept us up to date every step of the way, letting us know the price, the miles, the color, the features, what process the vehicle was in, even FaceTime us during it being detailed, keep in mind we had not agreed to purchase just yet and he was going above and beyond! We headed over as soon as it was ready, fell in love, and took it for a ride. He never made us feel like we had to purchase or were obligated since he had done so much for us. Once we agreed, he introduced us to the finance manager Pete. Now when that part comes typically is when you would get nervous, NOPE! He was just as great! Didn't try to upscale his warranty and add ons just informed us they were there. He was extremely straight forward from start to finish shared everything he was doing, allowed us time to read through every document we signed without making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. My daughter went in to look at a 2018 Tiguan. The sales people worked up a number for her and told her the deal was only good that day. The car was $14,995 not a bad price for 2018 with 64,000 miles . She had a trade in they offered $4,500 for which is a low compared to other dealers offers. The BS started when they did the work up sheet adding $2,494 for Dealer accessories only god knows what these are and a service contract for $2995. putting the all in cost way out of reach north of $22,000 and forcing the deal into a finance situation. I'm sure she said she could afford about $200 a month so the financing was for $185 per month for 72 months. What a total Scam they were doing their best to take advantage her . What a deal and only good that night !!! Walk out and we wont honor it tomorrow. Had they just worked it up with out all the BS they probably would have made a sale. They were trying to be very deceptive about the interest rate of the loan. They told me over the phone. I was approved for a certain loan-term. Would not recommend to anyone. They listed an Odyssey for $20,999, with no disclosure of any damage on the listing. I pointed out there was moderate to severe damage to the front and sides listed on the car's history, and asked them for their best price. Al wrote on a piece of paper 0 down, $17,800 out the door. I took my wife and 4 kids to test drive another van and came back ready to buy. My wife and kids drove 45 minutes back home while I finished up paperwork to buy the new van and drive it home. By the time they got home I got to the final paper which showed $22,800 OTD. I showed him his handwriting saying $17,800. He replied they could only take $300 off. I told him that was not good enough and my family was 45 min away based off of his note he wrote down incorrectly. He said that was the best he could do. They wouldn't drive me home. So my wife loaded up all the kids to make another 1.5 hour round trip to get me. Wasted my entire family's day that I took work off for. read more

When I first bought my car I was going to write a great review then reality came knocking. It turns out the car I was sold had an undisclosed fault in the computer. It was my first Chevy Bolt and I wasn't aware that the messages I was seeing when turning on the car were error messages. Since I was sold the 3rd party warranty from Zurich I figured I would get the car fixedm It turns out the warranty is useless for an electric vehicle.
