I purchased a Mercedes from your dealership earlier this year, and it has been a nightmare from the start. Despite being told the car had no issues and under 35,000 miles, it began self-jumping shortly after purchase. I've since had multiple problems, including confusion around the warranty. When I tried to trade the car in, I was told it has a salvage title -- something that was never disclosed to me. On top of that, I was never shown the Carfax report during the sale. When I requested it afterward, I was told it couldn't be found or provided. This raises even more concern about how the vehicle's history was handled. Additionally, I was told during the purchase that the Carfax report would be emailed to me because the printer was not working. I never received it. I've followed up multiple times, and to this day, the report has still not been provided. I came here to look at one car, was given information in regards to needing a co-signer. having to get a cosigner was not my issue, the issue I had was I had to go through three different people for them to basically tell me the vehicle I was interested was not here that it was at a different lot. Terrible experience, don't recommend. Believe the reviews.. Both my boyfriend and I purchased vehicles through this dealership and they have scammed us left & right. First they told me they would pick up my trade in vehicle that did not run only to dodge all calls and never respond back when I followed up about it getting towed into their possession. The car they sold me was smoked in and had a ton of burn holes throughout the interior which was not disclosed & when test driving, they had covered up these issues. I didn't notice them until picking up the car when I was already locked into a contract. The cabin air filter was extremely dirty and the oil levels were low even though they claimed they did all of this maintenance before the purchase. I was told my monthly payment would be $500 and it ended up being $750. The car fax report they showed me was fake, I'm now finding out about an accident that was not on the one they showed me. My boyfriend paid them $500 upfront as a down payment to take the car home and they said they would take the remaining $1,000 down payment within 2 weeks. He paid them the full $1,500 within those two weeks but now they claim they have no record of him paying the original $500 down payment and are refusing to give him his license plates until he dishes out an EXTRA $500. If the payment wasn't received why was he able to take this car home? Wouldn't this be THEIR fault if the payment in fact did not go through? Why is the link he paid through the first time not showing any info like the $1,000 link does? We're in the process of filing legal action as this dealership is a scummy business. They get over on people by being deceptive and ignorant. With all of these complaints I'm surprised they haven't had their dealers license revoked by DMV, but I'm sure that will happen very soon. Additionally, Jeffrey, Edwin, Rodelio (sp?), Fernando, Jesus --- ALL didn't follow through on sending me my duplicate key! All nice until the car they sell you a car that is inoperable a few days later, Bought a Tesla Model X July 7, from Tony. By July 10 the car won't start and is giving code to not turn off or it won't restart. We get car to the Tesla repair shop on Arden way by July 12, the AC Compressor needs to be replaced as well as flushed and refilled ($3085.00) later and Tesla called and said Integrity should cover the cost since we only bought it 4 days earlier. I called Tony same day, he asked for the invoice from Tesla to be texted to him (I texted to him while on the phone to be sure he received it) he said he was walking over to his GM to let him know and he would get back to me the same day. He didn't, texted Tony the next day, he asked me to send him the invoice for Tesla again and said his GM is off the next two days and he is off the day after that, he does not care about selling POS cars. Crazy thing is, they have their own repair shop at the Florin Rd dealership, they obviously don't know shit about cars. If they sold you a POS car too, take the time to report these losers. You can file a complaint online with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) add the dealership name: nIntegrity Auto Sales and their license number (283550) you can also report them to DMV since they are a licensed repair shop as well as used car dealership, FTC (Federal Trade Commission), BBB and our State Consumer Protection agency should all know about this car dealership. read more

Terrible experience with Tony and Brandon . Here's a long story short. We discussed the car over the phone which ended up leading to six calls in one week with a deposit on the car being promised that it was held for us and I was a three hour driveway. The car met my standards, price miles and everything car looked clean. I sent a deposit as they required for them to hold the car with no time limit. On my way there. I made an appointment with them to go see the car. They said the car is available as on my way there the last 45 minutes of me almost to the dealership I get four calls from them first one saying hello. Are you still coming to your appointment? I said yes they said sounds good. Second call I get a call from a different person at the dealership saying hello we wash the car is available and ready for your purchase. Third call was hey man are you still coming? I know it's a far drive for you. The car is here for you the fourth call I get when I'm 10 minutes away from the dealership. They said we just sold the car don't come in person. I get there and they were nothing but rude and disrespectful to me saying well.
