I purchased a vehicle from these guys. It took over three weeks for me to get this vehicle. Register running back-and-forth to the dmv. Because of bogus, paperwork. They had the nerves that tell me to give them a good rating in 5 stars. So I would not believe these stars that they getting on these ratings. I was promised a key to be made. I never received that key. They gave me the run around. They would not answer calls or texts. Please do not trust these guys. Once I finally got to call register, I had to pay an extra $230 for tags. Then, they also had the nerves to get an attitude.Because i'm upset going through all this bs that they put me through.. read more

I took my son to Quality Auto Sales to help him with the purchase of his first car. This was way back in early September. We ended up purchasing a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from them. Fortunately the car appears to be running okay. During the purchase transaction, the closer/finance person tried to sell us an overpriced extended warranty. He was very persistent that we purchase it. I did a quick Google review of the extended warranty company while I was at the dealership. I found that they had horrible, horrible reviews. In fact, they had a F-rating on with the Better Business Bureau. His response to me when I informed him of this rating was "well you know people like to complain." Of course I turned down the overpriced, seemingly worthless, extended warranty. It is now December 28th and my son and I have still not received our California license plate for the car we purchased from Quality Auto Sales. We have called Quality Auto Sales several times to find out where the plates are. They either have never called us back or didn't seemed to be interested in dealing with our issue. We spoke with them again today. After calling them twice. We informed them that the current temporary registration/plates will expire on Monday. Their response was that our plates were sent out in November. When we called in Quality Auto Sales in November, they never informed us of this. Again today, they quickly cut off our call because they had to "answer the other line." Your importance to Quality Auto Sales seems to diminish dramatically after the purchase. As a consumer, you certainly hope that you receive good treatment post-transaction. Unfortunately, we just seem to be a bother to Quality Auto Sales at this point. Even on an important issue such as an auto registration. Now we are left having to scramble over to DMV on Monday to extend our temporary registration/plates. Gee thanks for that Quality Auto Sales! read more

I had a great experience working with Steve at Quality Auto Sales in Sacramento. Steve was extremely pleasant and responsive, not pushy or coercive in any way. He worked with me through every single step of the car purchase process, from my first phone call inquiry, car orientation, test drive, price negotiation, to financing, licensing and delivery. He was especially attentive in helping me understand the car's rather complex navigation system and connection with a phone's Bluetooth audio system. I bought a nice 2012 Mercedes C250 for a great price. This was the first car I've financed in many years and my credit union created numerous hurdles despite being "pre-approved" by the credit union. Nonetheless, Steve remained positive and extremely patient, worked diligently through all the myriad of credit union requirements. At the end of the day, I drove off in a beautiful Mercedes that I plan on driving for many miles and years of use. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience I had working with Steve at Quality Auto in Sacramento. read more

I stopped by quality Auto sales this afternoon in order to test drive and check a vehicle to see if I was interested in buying it. upon requesting a test drive, the salesman returned from his office and told me that the manager had stated that I was not allowed to test drive the vehicle unless I was committed to buying it today. I left the dealership and called back a short time later in order to speak to the manager. when I asked what the policy was on test drivers vehicles there, he could not give me a clearly defined policy. He said that it was on a case-by-case basis. I asked why I had not been able to test drive a car earlier. He could give me no clear explanation as to why. When I asked if this was because I am African-American, he can still out give me a clear explanation or reason for his decision earlier. this incident for me was very offensive, hurtful and I feel as though it was racially motivated as well. I would like to advise any and all other patrons, including and specifically minorities, that this is a type of treatment that I received at this dealership. Please be advised. read more

I had a great experience buying my ford fusion energi here working with Steve. They worked with me on the price and I after a few weeks of driving it I am very happy with it. The car is 2014 and it looks brand new inside and out. I had a rental car and they even meet me down the street at enterprise to return it and give me a ride back. Great service and very approachable. Would definitely recommend. read more

Well Just a little update! When I got my car I was told several times that if I referred people, friends or family and they bought a car from Quality Auto...I would get a referral fee of $150!! So because of the excellent service I referred a whole lot of people! One friend bought a car and then the shit show began! They stopped being professional, stopped returning calls even let her drive car for almost a month without secured financing(so they told me) just to stall on giving me the referral fee!! One guy even had the nerve to question that my referral was legitimate! I finally got the referral fee after being insulted and disrespected....so I say all of this to say.....good car buying experience BUT Never will refer anyone again!! read more

Quality came to the rescue again! I will always remember how good Quality treated me and how they have went above and beyond for me. My Nefu was shopping for a car and couldn't get approved ANYWHERE. As soon as he told me I immediately said you have to go to Quality Auto Sales they seriously work magic over there. Well, we went in and had he had no hope (except for some places that said they'd in-house him with a huge down payment) as he had been denied everywhere. Quality came to the rescue! They also offered buy here pay here, but they got him financed with a bank and even wiped down the car I got from them when we were waiting. The team there is the best from their cars, selection, service, warranties (which saved me a ton of money a year after I got my car). My credit is excellent now thanks to them and my Nefu is now on his way to rebuilding them. Seriously these guys are a different breed. A totally different experience than other dealers. Thanks again guys I will be back to by my future car and would definitely recommend everyone I know to Quality Auto Sales! P.S. Ask for Steve & Mike these guys are a true dream team and are 5 stars plus from A-Z. They treat you like a human and work with you. Go see them and you'll see what I mean read more

When I was looking for a Silverado, I saw one really nice truck here at quality auto, so I stoped by, spoke to Mike and George the manager, they offered me a great deal, the rate was 3.59%.... but then I decided that I'll wait a little more and buy it for cash! The service was absolutely great, people are friendly, not pushy, and very accommodating! Will definitely come here to buy my future Silverado! read more

My boyfriend and I had a list of vehicles we planned on seeing today, and based on the reviews for this business Quality Auto Sales was at the top of our list. Michael is in fact very kind, and I can vouch for his pleasant personality. He is not pushy in the slightest and it is appreciated. However, the vehicle we came to look at had significant damage to the interior doors, fabric seats, and bumper, with jagged marks to the paint that was poorly touched up by a marker. Quality Auto Sales was not interested at all about making a sale, and refused to negotiate on prices for this vehicle. We walked, since we are not in a hurry and have no issue taking our business elsewhere. Disappointing. read more

Quality Auto Sales - The beast - Car Dealers Near Me - Sacramento, California

They sold me a car with 3 recalls never informed me about, they refused to complete my warrant paperwork. Mike was very disrespectful and they didn't seem to care about the well being of myself. They preyed upon me, due to me being a young women by myself. Mike was very rude about me requesting my warranty claim to be claimed as well as when I addressed him selling me a car with 3 warranty's.. he said you signed the disclosures your fault. Very shady. read more

Quality Auto Sales is amazing!! I was close to giving up to find a car. I went to several other places prior to them and it was a nightmare. Steve and Luis were so welcoming to me and my family. They made us feel like we mattered. I explained my financial/credit situation to them and they were so understanding! I needed to rebuild my credit due to some unfortunate circumstances and Steve made it happen! I got into my dream car that I didn't think was possible!! I can't stress enough how great this place is! The cars they have to offer are in great condition at a decent price. Thank you Steve and Luis!! It has changed my future and I will forever be grateful! Come check them out, it will be worth your time. read more

Steve and Michael been really great and professional, I'm that type of person who takes his time, makes enough research before making his decision and hates long negotiations and Michael was genuinely friendly and smart , I got a good deal on a very nice car, they do every effort to get you the best deal, they give attention to details which is one of my favorite things and they kept their promise in everything they said , I would say I didn't just bought a car but I also gained nice friends, Finally trust, perfection and stress free are the words to describe my experience, highly recommend this place read more

Really nice place to purchase a vehicle. Steve was a great person to work with. He wasn't pushy at all or trying to get me to hurry up and just purchase anything. He gave me my time and space and was there for any questions. The whole process from looking at the vehicle to purchasing it was very easy and quick. Will definitely be back to buy another vehicle. read more

Great people, eager to help! I was in the market for a small commuter car. The sales person Mike was easy going and made no effort to push me in any direction. They then recomended a loan company which was almost 1.5% lower then the pre approval I had received from wells Fargo. The whole experience was great. I would not say that I like the car buying experience however it went smooth and I was able to pick up a Honda civic for a great price. Only suggestion I would say is, know the kind of vehicle you are looking for and the price your willing to spend before shopping. Not a huge selection of cars, but great service! read more

Great service, got some $$$ off the car. Process was really easy and went smoothly & quick, thank you Abraham and Steve

We upgraded to a family car right before the birth of my son last year. I can't remember the name of the sales associate, but he had prior military experience and was really passionate about helping our family out with my husband being in the military. It was one of the easiest and smoothest car purchases I've ever been apart of. Best yet- they sold us an extended warranty on our Chevy equinox. Fast forward to our first Christmas as a family. As my husband is following my son and I to the children's hospital in Sac, the car starts doing some funky stuff, and ends up lurching to a halt. He's able to get it to a mechanic who helps him eek it back home from Sac to Beale, and we take it in to a Chevy dealer to get the news- it needs a brand new engine. Thank goodness for that extended warranty- we were able to get the replacement engine fully paid for with 8 days to spare on our warranty, saving us about $8k!!! Sending my brother who needs a car here- it's not often you put reliable, trustworthy, and car salesman in the same sentence, but that's Quality Auto Sales to a T! read more

Great help getting us qualified and was very fast and reliable with a great deal

Very humble and nice people here ! I got a sweet deal on my new car . I'm very Satisfied with my purchase !!

Terrible customer service. They sent 3 Emails and texts to make sure we wanted a truck. Said yes every time and that we would be there to pick it up in 2 days when we had time off because we had to drive 2 and half hours to get there. Mike making us believe it would be there for us when we got there. Just to find out that he had sold it out from under us. To top it off we got another email with more info on the truck that is already sold. No call or text that he had sold it. After all that he try's to sell us a car. And them blames us for not calling him the mourning we was coming. ( FYI) THEY HAVE AN F ON THE BETTER BUSYNESS BUAREA!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER!! read more

If you're coming here on a Sunday make sure you call first. Their website and Yelp shows they are open but turns out sometimes they aren't. They used their caller ID to call me back on Monday when they saw I called. I specifically asked about Sunday and they said for the past few Sundays they were closed. Friendly on the phone. I met my husband and test drove the vehicle we found on TrueCar. They offered a discount off the already good price according to TrueCar-but we didn't get into that side of things. Also they only have 1 parking space and 1 HC space. So I had to park at the lot next door. It's not the safest area and a lot of "rough" people wondering around. So lock your cars. Several of their trucks had tailgates stolen the evening before we came(which they were working on replacing). The vehicle we test drove was in ok shape. Had a messed up tire rim, slow responding heat/defrost system, messed up volume on the stereo, and a mismatched rear window. The body had a few dents but nothing terrible. It was a 12 year old vehicle with low mileage. But seemed it hadn't been well cared for. My biggest concern is the salesman knew nothing about the type of financing they offer. Minus 1/2 star for being closed when the website said otherwise, and 1/2 for knowing nothing about the financing. One star for good pricing, being willing to replace the missing tailgate at no cost to customer and for being nice and not pushy. read more

No pressure. Very in depth and patient with their clients. Would very much pass word about this place.

I have purchased from Quality 3 times and couldn't be happier. The first time I chose Quality was because they had the car I had been looking for. They gave me a great price and took care of a couple small things that came up without any problem. I was so pleased with the experience that I came back when I needed a 2nd car for my wife and kids. I wasn't completely sure what I wanted, except that I needed something big and safe. They got me an even better deal this time. They worked extremely hard on the financing to get me approved through a credit union for an SUV that was nicer than anything I had imagined! Finally when I was ready myself for a larger car, I came back a 3rd time and , not surprisingly, walked out with the financing, price, and car I wanted. Super friendly, honest people who work hard for their customers. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. read more

We went to go check on this car today and Steve was the guy helping us. Giving this visit a 5 star because he is very attentive and answered all our questions very well. We are first time buyers and was looking for an affordable and quality car. We had so many questions that if I was him I will be annoyed lol but he was so professional and handled it well. Most of their cars too as I observed are very clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a car dealership you should give this one a try. Thanks for today Steve and your time. We appreciate how professional you are. read more
