    I sell cars for a living in San Diego, but Future Honda never knew that, and that's what makes this review matter. I walked in as just another customer helping my brother buy his first car, and they treated us with the same care and respect you hope for but rarely find in this business. We'd been to several dealerships, and nothing felt right. I was nervous about my brother's interest rate, worried he'd fall in love with the wrong car, and honestly, I was relentless because I wanted the absolute best for him. But Future Honda was different. They didn't flinch. They broke down every number, answered every question, and never once pressured us. Every doubt I had, they came back with a real solution. That level of transparency and professionalism? It's rare, even for someone like me who sees how dealerships operate every day. David Bayan, Chris, Omar, and the sales managers (I was too focused on the process to catch all their names) went above and beyond. They didn't know I was in the industry. They didn't have to impress me. And yet, they did. Future Honda didn't just sell my brother a car. They proved that integrity and customer service still exist in this business. And that's why they've earned every bit of this 5-star review.

    Missing lug nuts.

    Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation, and "premium services." Got m car back ad seemed fine for the few miles, drove it the few miles to Walmart. Came home steering is rough. My husband drove it checked it and he got absolutely angry. The lug nuts on the right front tire had only been hand tightened and I had already lost 2 lug nuts.

    It's just a scam. I bought six Hondas from Alex Bider. He's a good salesman. Honda is no longer a high-quality brand. Honda has lost its quality and is deceiving customers. Honda no longer uses high-quality materials in its cars. And you have no guarantee that your car will last long. Especially Glubokansky, who hosts a radio show in Russian and deceives people by telling them what awaits them in the future. And in the future, after the warranty expires, you will face hell. So don't buy a Honda from Future Honda. You'll be very badly deceived. When your car breaks down, they'll say, "Oh, yes. We'll fix it for free because it's a Honda error," and they'll charge you a lot of money, promising to give it back. They're scammers. Be careful or stay away from Honda, as the quality of their products has dropped to a new low, and the prices have skyrocketed. I don't know about other services, but the future of Honda is a disaster.

    This place was okay. Service was decent while I looked around. When they decided I wasn't going to buy today I was pretty much left alone.

    Very bad decision to go here for my oil change . The skid under my car wasn't put in correctly. Never again . Fuck this place

First of all, he is a young business owner that goes more above and beyond than any business owner I think I've ever met. He is transparent, honest, has amazing customer service skills , is a wonderful communicator , and incredibly thorough in his explanation of the what, the why, and the how when it comes to repairing your car. I took my 2017 BMW 430i to him for a second opinion so-to-speak after the dealer quoted me over $12,000 for the work. They did a diagnosis on my car and were very real with me with what it actually needed and then gave me a very , very fair estimate. I chose to do business with them for all of the above reasons and was incredibly grateful I did. I went on a business trip and left my car there to have all the work performed while I was out of town. I was shown all of the new parts that were original BMW parts, and he explained why we were going to use original BMW parts. When I picked up the car he showed me all of the old parts they took out, the condition they were in, and explained each piece to me and the why behind needing to replace it. I've never experienced anything like this with any repair shop I've used in the Bay Area or here in Elk Grove. Again, I could not be more impressed with the level of professionalism, communication, and transparency. I was literally blown away. On top of all of this communication, I received photographs before and after the repairs were completed, as well as video - very much like a dealer would give you. Juan took extra time to go on the test drive with me when I felt I was experiencing a little bit of weirdness when I was driving it, and this is standard practice for this shop. Juan and his dad own the shop and clearly take pride in their work and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend anyone in the area or outside of the area take their vehicle to G and J as they are so incredibly knowledgeable and really take the time to make sure you are happy and satisfied with the work before and after it's done.
