    My daughter is proud to own her 1st car!

    We have been planning to purchase a used vehicle for our eldest daughter for a few years including our fair share of car dealerships. To my wife's credit, she did a lot of research and found Direct Auto Outlet and reached out to them regarding one of their vehicles shown in their inventory. The Owners, Ari and Mona, were very responsive and answered many of our questions. After a couple of test drives, we decided that this vehicle would fit our daughter's needs not to mention she liked it. After completing the purchase we had the vehicle oil changed and inspected, and found some items that needed to be repaired. We contacted Mona and arranged to return the vehicle for them to review our findings. We received a call the next day saying they repaired all the items we found despite having purchased the vehicle "as-is." Ari, Mona and their team went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe for our daughter. We are grateful to them for completing the necessary repairs, and would recommend them to other potential buyers. Also, thank you to Tony for giving us a ride home during a rainy evening!

    Where do I start? I emailed about the LS400 on Monday and ended up buying it by Wednesday. Ari had instant communication the entire time! Day 1:This is not a shop that you get the uncomfortable feeling at. You don't walk up and feel all eyes of the hungry sales douchebags on you. Before we opened the door, we were greeted by Tony. A very kind and good-natured fellow with either a British or Australian accent. He took us right to the car which wasn't hard because it stuck out the second you entered the lot! It was gorgeous, exactly what I wanted. It was even better than the pictures. My fiancee test drove it and i was STUNNED by how smooth this thing was. Straight up, I have a brain tumor and epilepsy so I get headaches REALLY easily. This car is the anti-headache machine. I wanted it, no, I NEEDED it to be able to drive comfortably. We stepped into Mona's office to learn more about our options and the car. We ended up staying for over 2 hours just talking. Could very well say we bonded! We truly enjoyed spending time with her and Tony. We found out that we needed a loan from somewhere else since the car was a 98 and not financeable through their banks. The second we left, we were applying! I made sure my fiancee went to the place where he got approved to get the loan info first thing in the morning. We were going BACK. We had made a connection with everyone there and knew this was a place we desired to do business with. Day 2: I had spoke to my very high expectations and high standards father about the car and dealer with him brushing it off as they just wanted a sale, but boy oh boy was he wrong. I had previously made a huge car buying mistake, so he had no faith in my judgment in any way, shape, or form. When we arrived, Tony greeted us and I waved with pride our approval forms for the loan. He was also very excited! We walked into Mona's office, showed her the goods, and she let my dad test drive the car. He was also impressed by how the car was. The cleanliness and pristine keeping of it was a shock to him! We got back and he continued to talk to Tony and ended up having a blast talking about old vintage cars with him while my man and I handled business with Mona. We had $1,000 of the loan ourselves so we got a loan to cover what was left. This meant we could put down a deposit to hold the car for 24 hours until the funds finally came through. We ended up finally meeting Ari since he was a busy guy running the joint, he hit it off with my dad and man instantly. This was huge for approval odds with my dad. Now, we only had to wait one more day... Day 3: The whole day I was dying of anticipation for this to happen. It was the same yeah car as my jeep and it would be the nicest, fastest, cleanest, and lowest car I've ever owned. Plus who doesn't want perfect running ac and fewer migraine days without medication? We got the funds through and went right after work to get my new baby, my Betty White since it was a grandma's car and she's classy as hell! I was SIKED beyond comprehension. The process of finally getting the car in our names was quick and painless. And I've bought a car from Paul Blanco...(evil motherfudgers), so this was a breeze! Ari was awesome to work with getting everything done. Both him and Mona gave us cards for services we inquired about and we would help set Ari up with something he wanted as well since we were all practically friends at that point. They were ecstatic to have the car going home with people who cared for their cars, knew what their were doing with their cars, and were honest car people. All in all, this place is WORTH A SHOT. Talk to them, be honest with them, and things will either fall in to place or won't. But we won't be going anywhere else for buying used cars or suggesting anywhere else to anyone. I'll be using this post on BBB for an A+ review as well. Ari, Mona, and Tony, we deeply appreciate you guys so much for all you did. You knew this was mine, and you made that happen!

    2015 GMC Terrain SLT

    I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Ari and Mona and working with them for the purchase of my GMC. I live 2 hours away. I had my eye on a GMC Terrain that I found on Carfax. I had searched locally and 2 hours north and south of me. I called asking if the car was available. Ari was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle all his vehicles as a matter of fact. I test drove the car and it was a great car. I can tell that he researched his vehicles on his lot and purchased great vehicles. I will make my next car purchase there. They are personable and a great people. I am so happy they helped me and I got to drive my car home. Thanks Direct Auto Outlet.

    Let me start by saying I bought 4 vehicles from the PRIOR owners of this lot and referred several clients and friends that actually purchased vehicles there. About a month ago I saw this beautiful truck parked in front of the business. I called to get a price. I was told it just came in "we haven't gone thru it yet, give us a couple of weeks". Working so close to the lot I looked everyday to see wen it would appear. About 2.5 weeks later there it was. I looked at interior and that following Friday my husband ( who was looking to purchase a truck) decided to take a look at it. Being a Ford F-250 2006, making sure the heads had been redone was a deal breaker. It appeared that it had been bullet proofed. Sat morning we wanted to test drive it and was told no test driving until we are qualified to purchase and they don't open for another 20minutes. R u kidding me?? We told the owner we are paying CASH.. we were told that the price is non negotiable. We left. Tues my husband went back to test drive it, asking multiple questions. We were told truck is being sold 5k over Blue Book because of all the "extras" blue book doesn't account for. He bought it. BUYERS!!!! BEWARE! This owner number 1 is rude, and everything he said that worked on truck has stopped working and needs replacing!!! Very Unsatisfactory Business . Air Conditioner, Diesel Fuel leak, injectors not working, truck's battery's need replacing, hub and wheel bearings needs to be replaced, we love the truck my husbands a mechanic we were going to buy it but we don't appreciate being lied too. Please make sure you get ANY vehicle checked from a reputable company before purchasing I feel like they are not an honest car lot. Truck wasn't worth the high price we paid for it. They ripped us off. Going to cost us about 5k to get it in top shape. That's without paying labor. Beware before u buy from this "classic USED car lot"!!!! Update!.... this truck was sold to us with bolts missing from the brake calipers!!! It was literally just hanging there! Will post pics of it! And NO we have not been driving it! Air conditioner still needs to be replaced. UPDATE!!! Hasn't been a year yet that we bought this truck! So MUCH HAS BROKEN AND HAD TO BE REPLACED ITS RIDICULOUS. Now the axle is leaking. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!! Consider yourselves pre warned.

    If I had the option to leave 0 stars, I gladly would. 2 weeks ago my husband and I traded in our 2013 Altima with less than 100k miles on it with a scuff on the front bumper, an airbag light on & fairly used tires for a 2003 Tahoe with 195k miles on it. We wanted the truck for our expanding family and we were told there were no issues or repairs needed on the truck. Ari Parvin, the "manager", traded the vehicles and wanted $1,500 on top of the trade. We agreed. 3 days later we took the truck in for an oil change and walked out with an estimate of over $2,000 worth of repairs needed. Ari's chop shop on site removed the AC belt because the compressor is locked up and would clack and rattle if left on. The transmission has a leak and the power steering needs a new filter and the pan is leaking as well. Along with a few other issues. We were well aware that there would be a few minor issues we would need to repair but not to this extent. Especially after being told there was absolutely nothing wrong, when in fact that was a complete LIE. I called Ari to explain the situation and see if he was willing to work with us on pushing out the payment we owed, he declined and told me that he could have his "guys" do the work for $700. I couldn't wrap my head around how he could give me an estimate over the phone in 30 seconds. I politely explained to him that my husband drives the truck to work and we take our kids to school, he proceeded to tell me that his offer was 100% fair because "the truck hasn't left us on the side of the road yet". I asked him again if he could work with us and he declined. I told him that I was trying to work with him and tell him our financial situation couldn't afford $3,500 in a month and I told him I would have no issue going to small claims because he wasn't understanding of the our situation. His response was very unprofessional. He told me that he wouldn't repair the truck anymore and he preferred that I go to small claims instead of working with me and that our conversation was over and he hung up on me. For someone who runs a business, he is unprofessional and rude. The trade in value of our Altima was almost $7,000 and the truck was close to $3,500. Again, we knew the financial differences between both vehicles but we wanted the truck because he advertised and verbally told us that there were absolutely no issues with the truck because his "guys" on site took care of everything before it went on the lot. I wouldn't recommend buying or trading any vehicle into this "dealership". You'll drive away with something far worse than you'd imagine. Ari is only polite until he gets signatures and a guarantee he is going to take full advantage of an honest, hard-working family.

    Buyer Beware! Supreme Auto Sells Unsafe, Faulty Vehicles…read more Supreme Auto specializes in selling hardworking families faulty vehicles with no regard for their safety. They will say and do whatever it takes to make a sale, fully aware that their vehicles are unsafe or have underlying issues. You cannot trust anything the dealer says about the health and condition of the vehicles. For instance, the SUV I was interested in, Mike claimed he drives daily because it's his favorite vehicle and super reliable. I asked many questions about the vehicle and stressed my concerns about finding a reliable and safe vehicle for commuting with my two young children. Mike assured me that the car was well taken care of and had zero issues. I had all fluids flushed the day after I made the purchase, and was told that the fluids looked like they were just recently changed. At first, I thought this was a good sign and still went ahead with my fluid service. However, within 32 days, the vehicle started making jackhammer sounds. Upon further diagnosis, technicians discovered that the vehicle had recently undergone transmission repairs and that the engine oil already contained metal shavings and other debris. Mind you, I had put less than 200 miles on the vehicle in this short span of 32 days. It is suspected that the dealer changed the fluid and other tactics prior to my appointment to hide underlying issues. Even with my kids sitting for hours in that raggedy office to complete the sale, this dirtbag had the audacity to stone-cold lie to my face about the health of the vehicle. I am now left with an extensive car loan and a $14k engine swap repair due to the dishonest tactics and lack of integrity this company practices. Further more, the day I purchased the vehicle it was raining. The paint looked fine in the rain. After I took this vehicle to my detailed for a cut and polish full service , it was also brought to my attention that they spot sprayed the vehicle and made a weak attempt at spraying a pathetic layer of clear coat top coat Wich was sloppily sprayed. It was clear as day that these weasels have a lot of tricks up their sleeves to make a quick buck at the expense of their customers. I am certain that in due time, karma will reciprocate the good and the bad deeds done to others. I learned a very hard lesson trusting a shady dealer. It is my hope that others do not fall into the same trap and avoid giving their business to this fraudulent company. Dont be a victim.

Vehicle listed for 7999..asked for the out the door price ,the owner told me it was 10500. I did the math for sale taxes in my area which is 9% and added an extra 500 to 600 for fees. So a ball park area around 9200. I ask where was he getting the extra 1300$ from... " I painted the rims (which were factory ) and tinted the windows" Im not a car salesman but usually on a used 10 year old vehicles aren't sold with dealer mark ups.. The rims were factory and the tints had some bubbles.. The car would not stay running, so once they swapped the battery for a battery that was not rated for the vehicle . We notice a tire pressure light , the rear rim had a huge dent in the lip so he painted the rims but didn't repair. Also vehicle was extremely dirty inside.

We ended up purchasing our vehicle at Folsom Lake Honda because of two main reasons: 1. We got a great deal on the exact van we were looking for. 2. We did not feel pressured to purchase and we didn't feel like a shadow was following us everywhere when we were browsing the cars. A year later, we are still very happy with the dealership. It is easy to schedule an appointment for service online or over the phone and the service advisors and technicians are great. I recently worked with Rich D (service advisor) and Vasily (technician) who were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and great at communicating with me throughout the service , even at 8 in the morning! I usually opt to sit at the dealership to wait for my car. The dealership is very clean with lots of places to sit. They also offer lots of snacks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate while you wait.

    My review is for the service department only…read more The Express Service facility is great. Regular maintenance gets done fast and never any problems. I get all my regular maintenance done here. The main service department though, is a different story. I've been there twice and been disappointed twice. I got roof rack rails instaleld there, and they later started leaking and now my car leaks every time it rains. I had a brake problem and they simply couldn't find it. The problem was that after hard braking, the pedal became spongy and required pumping. They said they couldn't replicate it, which means they didn't try hard braking on the empty street next to the dealer. Oil changes and tire rotations, they're great. Five stars for the Express Service. Anything more I go somewhere else. 1-2 stars.
