I have to say that this was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. Jim, our sales person was knowledgeable and honest about every aspect on the vehicle and financing. He assured me that EMC Motors would stand behind the purchase if anything went wrong with the truck. They TOTALLY lived up to their reputation to stand behind purchases, as I had 2 issues crop up after I took possession. One issue was a bad brake pedal sensor and easily fixed, the second issue was a front wheel bearing that again they fixed the next day after diagnosing the problem. Jason , their mechanic diagnosed it quickly and did quick work to repair it. Jason also advised me what EMC does to verify the mechanical condition of all their vehicles. Everything he said they had done was verified by my own inspection. I know this is a used vehicle and it would come with unforeseen problems, however Jim and EMC have assured me that they will stand behind the truck and 'make things right' . That's what they did! The transmission started acting funny on the ride home from the delivery point and leaked transmission fluid in massive amounts. I have to say EMC has more trucks than I expected to find. They have a wide selection of Trucks and SUVs. There was no pressure from "Lee" their salesman. He let us test drive the F150 that we purchased. The price was right and they handled my transaction professionally and fast. I did have an issue with a headlight that they are fixing right now. "Jason" their mechanic is knowledgeable and professional and most of all he is accommodating to our schedule. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. "Jimmy", the owner of the dealership has also helped us throughout this purchase pleasantly and expeditiously. So try them out. I bought a 2005 Ford F-150 from this Dealership in January of this year. I am normally skeptical of non-big name dealerships, but they happen to have a nice-looking truck for a good price. I did purchase the truck but wanted to wait a little while before leaving the review. I am happy to say I have not had one problem with the truck and when I took it to ford for an oil change the 30 point inspection came back with every box in the green. I will say in my experience that I am a happy customer, hope the truck continues to serve me well, and I am leaving a great review to return the favor or getting a great car. I bought a truck from them and it passed all the inspections I did in their lot. after I drove it home it didn't want to start. I had it checked and it needs new injectors. I also had to put a new fuel pump on it because the float wasn't functioning therefore my gauge was reading right (another thing I learned after my 2 hour drive home). the salesman told me he did oil change but clearly he didn't because i had it changed and it only had 4 quarts. ultimately a unpleasant experience and I came up on the very short end of a bad deal. would not recommend this dealership. read more

I had the easiest experience here! My car had been dying a slow death for a while and I wanted something older but really well cared for with tow capabilities and 4 wheel drive as we're moving to a more rural area. My dad found a truck online and reached out to EMC while I was at work. Jim was super easy to work with, walked my dad through the finance process and offered to hold the truck for us for free if we could make it up there same day. He even agreed to stay late as we were coming from Chico and I had to work all day. I squeezed out of work a little early and we shot up to Auburn. Jim was waiting and got us the keys to check it out right away. My dad's pretty mechanical and Jim was able to answer all of his questions and chat away with my dad about the mechanics of the truck.
