I have to say that this was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. Jim, our sales person was knowledgeable and honest about every aspect on the vehicle and financing. He assured me that EMC Motors would stand behind the purchase if anything went wrong with the truck. They TOTALLY lived up to their reputation to stand behind purchases, as I had 2 issues crop up after I took possession. One issue was a bad brake pedal sensor and easily fixed, the second issue was a front wheel bearing that again they fixed the next day after diagnosing the problem. Jason , their mechanic diagnosed it quickly and did quick work to repair it. Jason also advised me what EMC does to verify the mechanical condition of all their vehicles. Everything he said they had done was verified by my own inspection. Three months after the radiator, the engine was blown so I had to have it towed back up to Auburn California for all-terrain motors to Install a rebuilt used engine. i was charged $3500 dollars for a rebuilt 1 year only warranty. I am now at present over $6000 to this vehicle. last Tuesday prior to driving back to the Auburn area to visit my mother in the hospital, I had the car checked that all of my fluids were at appropriate levels for travel. upon inspection, the coolant was empty and had sprayed all over my engine. I immediately drove straight to the shop who put in the new radiator and they proceeded to do an investigation on the radiator itself as it is still under a one year warranty. They discovered there was no cap on the radiator and are 99% convinced it was not the same radiator they had put into my car 5 months ago. Upon further inspection, they highly advised that I get out of this vehicle immediately as there are potentially thousands of more dollars of problems awaiting my future.I AM ON DISABILITY AND HAVE A FIXED INCOME. I LIVE IN A WORLD NOW EVERY TIME I GET INTO THIS CAR I WONDER IF I'M GOING TO ARRIVE SAFELY AND PLAN CERTAIN ROUTES SO THAT MY FAMILY MEMBERS CAN GET TO ME AFTER HAVING IT TOWED.
