I have to say that this was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. Jim, our sales person was knowledgeable and honest about every aspect on the vehicle and financing. He assured me that EMC Motors would stand behind the purchase if anything went wrong with the truck. They TOTALLY lived up to their reputation to stand behind purchases, as I had 2 issues crop up after I took possession. One issue was a bad brake pedal sensor and easily fixed, the second issue was a front wheel bearing that again they fixed the next day after diagnosing the problem. Jason , their mechanic diagnosed it quickly and did quick work to repair it. Jason also advised me what EMC does to verify the mechanical condition of all their vehicles. Everything he said they had done was verified by my own inspection.
