I came here to check out a van and let me just say I was very disappointed. The actual van on the outside was nice. Clean inside. But the frame was rusted so badly it was crumbling and spray painted black to cover up the rust. The dashboard lights that would show the check engine wires were CUT. The van supposedly has low miles but there was to many red flags along with him saying there's no warranty. I decided to go elsewhere and think that anyone looking for a car at this dealership needs to be aware especially since "Quality" is in their name they are definitely not quality vehicles. The vehicles on this lot are all just polished junk. Please don't waste your time. I had the best experience here! Did lots of research of the kind of truck I wanted , used of course cause that's what I wanted. Anyway I found exactly what I was looking for here at Quality and do I filled out the paperwork online and got pre approved. Got a call immediately after and jammed down there to test drive the vehicle. I felt really good about the vehicle I was inquiring about because they actually had the a full list of all the services completed. The vehicle was very clean and all the used cars here look like they all have brand new tires! Quick in and out experience, paperwork took the longest but overall I highly recommend this place. Check engine light came on shortly after buying a truck here. It was an emissions code. I have no idea how they got it to pass emissions before selling it. They also must not have done a vehicle transfer report with the DMV for my trade in. I'm still receiving registration stuff for it. Seriously take your business elsewhere. read more

This place is nothing but lies, Luckily I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here. I had went in and spoke with Oscar, was assured the vehicle had no issues and was a pre owned vehicle locally. Ended up finding out it was from Canada in a fleet division. Took it to get my own pre purchase inspection done and found nothing but cover ups. He painted the underside to hide rust, The backup camera didn't work, The lower control arm bushings were shot. When I brought up the concerns with my mechanic he strictly told me not to buy this vehicle. I brought back the pre purchase report to Oscar and was surprised with his response. He no longer had the happy go attitude prior to me getting it inspected, Instead he insisted that my ASE certified mechanic was wrong. I pointed out hes a reputable shop and instead of working on sorting the issues he was rude and pushy to get me off his lot..... Another big red flag was my mechanic scanned the vehicle and found out that recently it had check engine faults cleared, the vehicle was not smog ready, and by the time I got back to this stealership the check engine light was on. read more

First time purchasing from Quality Pre- Owned Vehicles. I wish I had read the previous reviews before choosing to go with them. Oscar was great but they are so slow in doing paperwork. My paperwork took over 11 business days to process. Yes - 11 days! Every time I called the dealership, Oscar would say "Oh I'm so sorry, I've been really busy. I'll do it today". Everyday with the same excuse led to 9 days. Oh and also, if you call and speak to Demitri, he will tell you that Oscar will call you in 30 mins - which BTW never happened on several times. If you are someone looking for a car and want to get all your paperwork done within 5 business day (which typically most dealers finish their paperwork in) - then this is not the place I would recommend. You will basically have to beg for your paperwork to be completed. Overrall, the car was good. They hid minor scratches with touchup paint which came out immediately after the first carwash.So be careful! Won't go to buy again! read more

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They sold me a vehicle knowing it needed 1,800. in repairs and never disclosed this. After I bought the vehicle I called the location that serviced the vehicle for them and they provided me the list of repairs originally provided to quality pre owned. One item on the list is a safety concern. I called pre owned and they told me I signed an as-is contract and basically "too bad". Avoid this dealership! They are crooked. read more

Definitely 5 stars! Out of the way to please service and outside the box thinking! When I was shopping for a car I didn't know for sure what car I want. Dimitri took some time to better understand me, my lifestyle and my needs by asking me some questions before even showing me an inventory. Like he said he wanted to help me to find a car that I can benefit from. Based on my answers, he offered me a couple of options. One of the options was the BMW 328i that I really liked, but based on my pre approval letter, that I had with me, my monthly payment would have been higher than I could afford... He told me that my bank approved me for a rate that is higher than an average, so I gave him my permission to check if he can find me a better rate, and I was surprised when just in 10 minutes he was able to get me pre-approved for a loan with the rate that was about 2 times lower than the one a had with my bank. He also gave me a good discount, so I was able to get a car with a very affordable monthly payment! He did provide me with a peace of mind too, because the car is still under the factory warranty for the next 2 years, so I don't have to be worry about any type of problems that could happen to my car or even for paying for a maintenance! I bought a 2000 Oldsmobile Bravada this past weekend. I've been looking for an SUV for the last month and a half. I had this one saved on my list of vehicles to look at for about 3 weeks. I never heard of this SUV until seeing it on CarGurus.com. When I went to check it out I was greeted by Oscar. He was so nice and very honest. I test drove it then let him know that I would like my mechanic to take a look under the hood and do a quick inspection. Oscar was totally open to it. My mechanic noticed that there was a crack in the axel, but it is an easy $200 fix. Oscar was willing to drop the price with out a fight. I really appreciated that! If there was a reward for scummiest dealership on riverside ave this dealership would win by a landslide. First off, I'm a mechanic. And after looking at the car fax, all the trucks are bought in auction from Canada. Most are beat up work trucks with significant body damage and salt induced corrosion of the frame. How do they solve this problem? With a cheap body shop that paints the trucks with cheap single stage paint. This type of paint can potentially be stripped with a small squirt of gasoline. And the rusted frames? They paint over them with black paint of course. And they don't even do a good job of it. They clearly paint over the dirt and wires, which could cause potential problems in the future. These vehicles aren't quality used vehicles. Judging by the stiches in the interior, the horrible orange peel from the repainted body panels, and the stains and smells from the interiors, all of these vehicles are refurbished work trucks that were full of problems and fixed with temporary fixes just to maximize profit. You're better off buying from the street. They are making 3k in profit off of you. You're better off buying from the street. Used car lots are just a business full of greed. The most profit is made when they screw buyers over. read more

Wow, I agree with Elizabeth 100% about 8 months ago we bought a very expensive SUV from Oscor and Dimitri and it has been in the shop 10 times now with nothing but problems and is currently in the shop as I am writing this review. It needed Major repairs that, like Elizabeth, had been masked and we are now dealing with. The Check Engine light came on 500 miles after we had bought it and it was for BOTH catalytic converters. Infiniti said that there was no way that both Cats could have gone bad in the 500 miles we had driven but somehow it magically passed smog with flying colors prior to our purchasing the vehicle 1 month prior. Infiniti quoted me $3,400 for the repair. It had bad Cranshaft sensor which turned the vehicle OFF while my wife was driving our 4 kids, including an infant, in the middle of a busy street. After fixing that it has a faulty camshaft sensor which ended up getting towed to the shop again. To top it all off the transmission had a bad torque convertor that needed replacement. That was a $2500 Bill at Roseville Infiniti. This place is shady and should be out of business. While it was at Infiniti, they looked up the prior service history and the vehicle was in their system and under the notes, the prior owner had stated that the transmission was shifting funny starting 10,000 miles before I bought the car from Quality Pre-Owned vehicles. I am seeking legal action as well have learned my lesson from buying used cars. Beware of this place. read more
