I just bought a car here last week. This dealership was fair, attentive, professional, and didn't give even a bit of that slimy used car salesman vibe. They even were so sweet to call after I left to inform me that I accidentally left my 6 year old daughter's beloved water bottle behind. They held it for a few days until we had time to come back.( Thanks Sheila ;) Thanks guys, I'll be recommending you. read more

On Saturday 9/5 I arrived at this dealership to test drive a vehicle. The interior of the car was fine, but the exterior of the car was filthy, oxidized, scratched up, and had many door dings. Actually, many of the cars on their lot had similar cosmetic blemishes and filthy exteriors. The salesperson was nice, but his communication in terms of follow up on the vehicle is horrendous. read more

THIS COMPANY COMMITS FRAUD !!!!! I had to open a whole case with the CALIFORNIA BAR !!! They were guilty of document fraud because they ended up replacing my lower control lines with junkyard control arms, and they never replaced the ball joint even though they gave me a signed receipt stating they did "Goodwill work" read more

I have no idea how I wound up here, but I knew the right car would show up. Amen. I had been looking for specifics in a Tesla and I had seen them numerous times, all over the place, but I could never quite get my hands on one. Then this place just popped up and the sale was smooth. They sold the car for the price that it was advertised. They did not try to trick me into purchasing warranties or extras that I didn't need, no finagling, no price hassling. Very straight up, very honest and it's people like this that give me hope for the car sales industry. I'm really shocked at how well I was treated and how kind they were to me. after all I've been through. I truly deserved a break. Blessings to you!!!! Thank you! read more

Scam artist! Don't go here, bad business... cars are in bad condition they will make it look ok until u get home. Shop here at your own risk

Possible scam?? Called inquiring about a car I've been searching specifically for and wanted to set up an appointment to see. Was instructed to fill out an application and told there was an issue with the Kelly Blue Book pricing then no further follow up. Later that day same the listing was taken down off of Carfax. If it ended up being sold to another buyer it would have been helpful to disclose that information as to not create further suspicions. read more

Incredibly kind service with very knowledgeable people all around. Came in with what car I wanted from their lot, and we were able to take it off the lot same day! The atmosphere is very assuring. Everyone knew what they were doing and were very helpful with any questions I had regarding the vehicle. The price was also unbeatable! Thank you to everyone. read more

I had taken my wife's Corolla here for some service & some cleaning. Irfan and his team went above and beyond to take care of the car and I was blown out how well they did. Car came out looking new! From the moment I got onto their lot I was greeted and taken to the corresponding person. I will continue to get my cars serviced there. So many companies you walk into lack any type of persona and give a boring vibe. Irfan and his team were energetic & had a ton of personality which makes the experience awesome. It's a rare trait anymore. I would definitely recommend people check out Irfan and his team for any car purchase or service. read more

The Camry had actually 121,000 miles on it when purchased from AutoAmoré. I bought it and immediately things needed repair. The timing belt and on and on. Then it ran great but it cost me a lot more than the original sale from autoamore The guts seemed a bit confused in the office and it felt like a shady back yard dealer to me. Nothing felt professional at all about their place. And it was so filthy in their offices dirt and stains everywhere. It's like cmon at least pretend like you care about your presentation to the public. A little scrubbing and paint and new carpeting can make their appearance and sales increase but they just aren't doing anything about all that stuff. read more

I just purchased a used car from Autoamore. We all know how stressful that can be. My experience working with Mohammad, was easy, efficient, professional and fun. They have a great selection of high end used cars. When I reviewed the car I purchased, I mentioned three items I wanted fixed or improved. They were very reasonable in our negotiations. The 2009 Passat was in excellent condition and very clean. It was worth the drive from Walnut Creek to work with them. If you are looking now, give them a chance to get your business. read more

I bought my 2014 Infinity QX60 a month ago, and couldn't be more pleased. These sellers know how to take care of their clients, and vehicles. I had a couple of issues, but Ifran and his team did EVERYTHING in their power to makes things right, and right they did. This is a family business and they treat you as such. Thank you a Irfan, Mo, Sheila and their mechanics who did such a great job cleaning it up and detailing it. Truly looked like a BRAND NEW CAR and drives like a dream. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. Thanks guys !! read more

This is truly a buyer beware type of place. Vehicles are "dressed" nice, but they do that more to mask the issues. And their limitations on how to discover issues make due diligence difficult. For example, they'll let you take the car to your own mechanic, but it has to be "local" to their shop. So if you don't live on Power Inn Road, and your trusted mechanic is 20 miles away, you're out of luck. Also, don't buy on a Friday, weekend, or holiday, since your return period isn't business days, but calendar says. We bought a car on a weekend and they wouldn't let us take it to our mechanic, 23 miles away, and they wouldn't extend the return period until the next working day so we could take it to our shop. So what the result? Three days later, the car wouldn't start. Bad battery. Then, the airbag light came on and codes popped up that weren't disclosed when we asked prior to purchase. Turns out the parts needed are discontinued and the car can't be fixed. We asked if they would at least consider buying it back for half price, but they said no. If the car is $2000 or $2500, fine, consider going there. Anything over that and you could end up with a high priced brick decorating your driveway. read more

If you buy a car from this place, hire a lawyer previous to doing so. Read the bad reviews on yelp, because you do not want to be the next victim. I don't know how they are an Advantage Dealer for Carfax. Both the salesman (Irfan) and the "finance" guy (Moe) lied to me about the title, I had to hire a lawyer to get a response. I bought the car in September 2023 and just got the title cleared and transferred to Texas. Steer clear. Take a look at their bbb.org list before you buy and you will not. I wish I had. https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/sacramento/profile/used-car-dealers/autoamore-llc-1156-90021128 read more

The first time I bought a vehicle from these guys it was because a was looking for a very specific BMW and these guys, miles away, just happened to have one on their lot. I dealt with them over the phone, went over the particulars and hopped on an Amtrak to go pick up the car. They sent someone to the train station to pick me up. I can't stress how easy they made the whole process for me. It seems like most used car places are in the business of making the car buying process horrible but these guys are doing the complete opposite. Since then I've purchased three more vehicles from them because every time I deal with them they still work hard to earn my business. Sacramento is lucky to have an honest used car lot like this and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. read more

Such a smooth and if you can believe it PLEASANT car buying experience! My next car will definitely be through this wonderful shop!

I had nothing but a great buying experience with these guys. They let answered my questions and concerns and I had my car delivered which was also a great experience. Beware!!!!!!!! Beware!!!!!!! Beware!!!!!! Beware!!!!!!! Beware!!!!!!! Beware!!!!!! STAY AWAY! THEY WILL BURN YOU! I bought a 03 honda CRV at a decent price (Which I thought at the time). This place sold me a piece of junk. Gave me a 30 day warranty on the engine and transmission. 2 months later. It started overheating and wasting a lot of fuel. Took it to the mechanic immediately. Then found out it was a blown head gasket. Mechanic thinks, from taking a look at it. The dealer poured head gasket sealer inside. Which only lasts a month to 6 months. Had to come out of pocket to fix since I signed off on this piece of crap. Stay away. Stay far away from these guys. read more

We purchased a vehicle from them and they are amazing to work with!! It can be a bit unnerving buying a used vehicle because you have no idea what you are going to get, but they were very honest and not pushy. The car is running great a couple months later and we couldn't be more happy. They were over an hour drive for us but I would make the drive again to buy a car from them. They are great people and you need that when buying a used car. I wouldn't buy from anyone else. read more

At first I had left a 5 star review & had to delete it because they didn't stick to their promises. Purchased a vehicle from this dealer in December 2022 , I was able to test drive the car & Zaim the owner is a great guy as he was able to get me approved for the vehicle and offered good hospitality. While buying the car they were top notch on customer service & swore & promised that if anything happened to the vehicle that they would help out either by providing coverage for parts & I pay for labor , which sounded like a great deal. Now while driving back home I noticed the horn doesn't work on the vehicle & seatbelts don't tighten up & also airbag lights are on, all these 3 are a safety hazard. I can't use the horn to alert drivers which can end up in a bad accident, seatbelts won't tighten up in an accident or airbags won't deploy. They should've made sure these 3 safety problems were repaired before selling it to a customer. I contacted Zaim after a week & he told me to bring the vehicle back in soo I did & I drove over 70 miles just for them to tell me "yeah u need a new horn" like I didn't know that.. they didn't offer to help out as they promised to pay for parts & I pay for labor. They false advertise "every naturally aspirated 2WD Autoamore vehicle under 125,000 miles comes with a 3 month 3000 mile warranty" When I asked about that they said my vehicle isn't naturally aspirated because it has "turbos" which is false. E60 BMW M5 are naturally aspirated V10 and was under 125k miles. If they stuck to their promises and did the simple repair then I would've never had this issue & everyone would've been happy but when u lie to a customer just to sell them a vehicle then that's absolutely wrong. read more

if I could I would not give this place a star at all. This place is a scam DO NOT BUY HERE they take advantage of good people I was in a hurry to buy a car for my daughter while she was here on break from college as a surprisr. I pass this dealership often and admire the nice cars they have so o stopped in My credit score bomb 10k in hand the car listed was only 12k I tried to haggle walk out for 10k he said cash price would be 12k I didnt want to spend more then 10 cash. so long story short I financed it. he said he would be taking a loss wouldn't be making any money if he let me buy it for 10k. I specifically asked about mechanical issues my daughters taking this car back to school with her i need a reliable car he told me this is a reliable car with absolutely no mechanical issues he read off a code he said it had when he first bought it he said it was caused by gas lid not being tight. said it passed smog he reset code and everything else was okay. fast forward 1 week after giving it to my daughter the oil light and check engine light come on it says no oil. I take it to a shop for oil change told him I just bought it is that normal? I get a diagnostic and the PCV valve code comes up the car salesman gives me a run around about as is and no warranty but acts like he's gonna help me fix it schedules me 2 weeks out to bring it back so they can fix it then gives me a bill for close to $1500 literally haven't even had this car barely a month. This was a very pleasant used car experience. I found the car online through autotempest.com and the dealership was 200 miles away but I went ahead and took the chance. And I'm so glad I did. They had the car waiting for me to look at. And even though they were a little short staffed on that Sunday, they gave us very caring attention and immediately presented the car and got me lined out for a test drive. Our sales person was a young man who called himself Mo. he was only 18 but he had a wonderful attitude and was quite knowledgeable for his age. I never felt like I needed to talk to someone else. He made our options clear and worked with us to reduce the price of the car just a bit to fit it within our budget. At no time did the experience feel shady or the sale feel forced. They worked within our limitations and timeline and I was able to drive away with my dream car that day. Definitely recommend. read more

I bought a used vehicle August 31 2021. Today is October 13th. Somebody is definitely drop the ball! I have contacted them numerous times without any response until 2 weeks ago. My first payment on my car was due September 30th. After calling my bank, which had pre-approved my loan I was informed that Autoamore did not use them to finance my vehicle. Well, they didn't use anybody. I never received any paperwork for the financing or anything from the DMV. I also never got the temporary paper license plates that I'm supposed to have for my newly purchased vehicle. So I'm running around with 2019 tags. I cannot express how frustrating it is to try and talk to somebody on the phone there. I call them and they tell me they'll call me back, which they NEVER have! I'm actually the one who had to get the ball rolling and ask my bank to call them to get my car financed! That is when I finally got a text from Autoamore. Not a phone call, but a text. Because I live over 2 and 1/2 hours away from Sacramento they snail mailed me a new contract ( because it had been over 30 days and my bank had to do a new credit check and new paperwork.) Just a side note, I have excellent credit so getting the loan wasn't the issue. I have never, ever had to work so hard to get things done that Autoamore should have taken care of. read more

Best experience ever! I was looking for an Audi TT on the market for a while. There are only a few dealerships selling this car around the bay area. TT is a hard car to find and some are either in poor condition or priced too high. Then I came across the listing on Autoamore with a clean, well maintained and well priced TT. After careful consideration, I went to Autoamore in Sacramento which is a 2 hours drive for me and brought my Audi TT. The staff members are friendly and easy to communicate with. The car is in great shape and quality, and has been detailed thoughtfully. The buying process is quick and fast, no force sale or tricks like other dealerships. Carfax is provided for free and in person, buying a used turbo sport car can be problematic but the condition of my vehicle is in excellent shape. The pervious owners have taken care of the car really well. I was in and out with my new car in less than 30min. I highly recommend this dealership! read more

Update : On top of HORRIBLE customer service now the OWNER of the business is saying that I am a liar about my experience. Which is really interesting because he was not even there when we looked at the cars. Also, I'd like to add it was NOT a Saturday afternoon. So they could have fixed the car but chose not too. They can say what they want, but they CLEARLY had not detailed the cars on their lot in months. And the BROKEN Jeep Grand Cherokee handle was enough to turn off me as a buyer. I can only imagine what other problems their TRASH cars have. TRASH cars. TRASH customer service And VERY trashy when it comes to tact. I'd rather walk than buy a car from these scammers. read more

Don't buy A car from these guys. I would been better off buying from A private owner. After buying the car I left it to them for A week to repair A bad steering column control unit, it was never repaired. And driving the car home from the lot I noticed that the tranny was slipping, so I took it to A bmw specialist and they said the tranny pan is cracked and leaking fluid. That cost me $1500 to repair. Also, it cost me another $1400 to get the steering column unit repaired. So after tax and license and repairs I have almost $12000.00 thousand in to A car worth $8000.00. read more
