I had been looking for specifics in a Tesla and I had seen them numerous times, all over the place, but I could never quite get my hands on one. Possible scam?? Called inquiring about a car I've been searching specifically for and wanted to set up an appointment to see. Was instructed to fill out an application and told there was an issue with the Kelly Blue Book pricing then no further follow up. Later that day same the listing was taken down off of Carfax. If it ended up being sold to another buyer it would have been helpful to disclose that information as to not create further suspicions. read more

The Camry had actually 121,000 miles on it when purchased from AutoAmoré. I bought it and immediately things needed repair. The timing belt and on and on. Then it ran great but it cost me a lot more than the original sale from autoamore The guts seemed a bit confused in the office and it felt like a shady back yard dealer to me. Nothing felt professional at all about their place. And it was so filthy in their offices dirt and stains everywhere. It's like cmon at least pretend like you care about your presentation to the public. A little scrubbing and paint and new carpeting can make their appearance and sales increase but they just aren't doing anything about all that stuff. read more

This is truly a buyer beware type of place. Vehicles are "dressed" nice, but they do that more to mask the issues. And their limitations on how to discover issues make due diligence difficult. For example, they'll let you take the car to your own mechanic, but it has to be "local" to their shop. So if you don't live on Power Inn Road, and your trusted mechanic is 20 miles away, you're out of luck. Also, don't buy on a Friday, weekend, or holiday, since your return period isn't business days, but calendar says. We bought a car on a weekend and they wouldn't let us take it to our mechanic, 23 miles away, and they wouldn't extend the return period until the next working day so we could take it to our shop. So what the result? Three days later, the car wouldn't start. Bad battery. Then, the airbag light came on and codes popped up that weren't disclosed when we asked prior to purchase. Turns out the parts needed are discontinued and the car can't be fixed. We asked if they would at least consider buying it back for half price, but they said no. If the car is $2000 or $2500, fine, consider going there. Anything over that and you could end up with a high priced brick decorating your driveway. read more

I don't know how they are an Advantage Dealer for Carfax. Both the salesman (Irfan) and the "finance" guy (Moe) lied to me about the title, I had to hire a lawyer to get a response. The first time I bought a vehicle from these guys it was because a was looking for a very specific BMW and these guys, miles away, just happened to have one on their lot. I dealt with them over the phone, went over the particulars and hopped on an Amtrak to go pick up the car. They sent someone to the train station to pick me up. I can't stress how easy they made the whole process for me. It seems like most used car places are in the business of making the car buying process horrible but these guys are doing the complete opposite. This place is a scam DO NOT BUY HERE they take advantage of good people I was in a hurry to buy a car for my daughter while she was here on break from college as a surprisr. I pass this dealership often and admire the nice cars they have so o stopped in My credit score bomb 10k in hand the car listed was only 12k I tried to haggle walk out for 10k he said cash price would be 12k I didnt want to spend more then 10 cash. so long story short I financed it. he said he would be taking a loss wouldn't be making any money if he let me buy it for 10k. I specifically asked about mechanical issues my daughters taking this car back to school with her i need a reliable car he told me this is a reliable car with absolutely no mechanical issues he read off a code he said it had when he first bought it he said it was caused by gas lid not being tight. said it passed smog he reset code and everything else was okay. fast forward 1 week after giving it to my daughter the oil light and check engine light come on it says no oil. I take it to a shop for oil change told him I just bought it is that normal? I get a diagnostic and the PCV valve code comes up the car salesman gives me a run around about as is and no warranty but acts like he's gonna help me fix it schedules me 2 weeks out to bring it back so they can fix it then gives me a bill for close to $1500 literally haven't even had this car barely a month. SCAM. FRAUD come to find out they bought this car from a Auto auction in Antioch for 4-5k sold it to my dumb ass for 13k after finance fees 17k THIS SHIT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL BUYERS BE AWARE! read more

At first I had left a 5 star review & had to delete it because they didn't stick to their promises. Purchased a vehicle from this dealer in December 2022 , I was able to test drive the car & Zaim the owner is a great guy as he was able to get me approved for the vehicle and offered good hospitality. While buying the car they were top notch on customer service & swore & promised that if anything happened to the vehicle that they would help out either by providing coverage for parts & I pay for labor , which sounded like a great deal. Now while driving back home I noticed the horn doesn't work on the vehicle & seatbelts don't tighten up & also airbag lights are on, all these 3 are a safety hazard. I can't use the horn to alert drivers which can end up in a bad accident, seatbelts won't tighten up in an accident or airbags won't deploy. They should've made sure these 3 safety problems were repaired before selling it to a customer. I contacted Zaim after a week & he told me to bring the vehicle back in soo I did & I drove over 70 miles just for them to tell me "yeah u need a new horn" like I didn't know that.. they didn't offer to help out as they promised to pay for parts & I pay for labor. They false advertise "every naturally aspirated 2WD Autoamore vehicle under 125,000 miles comes with a 3 month 3000 mile warranty" When I asked about that they said my vehicle isn't naturally aspirated because it has "turbos" which is false. E60 BMW M5 are naturally aspirated V10 and was under 125k miles. If they stuck to their promises and did the simple repair then I would've never had this issue & everyone would've been happy but when u lie to a customer just to sell them a vehicle then that's absolutely wrong. read more

I bought a used vehicle August 31 2021. Today is October 13th. Somebody is definitely drop the ball! I have contacted them numerous times without any response until 2 weeks ago. My first payment on my car was due September 30th. After calling my bank, which had pre-approved my loan I was informed that Autoamore did not use them to finance my vehicle. Well, they didn't use anybody. I never received any paperwork for the financing or anything from the DMV. I also never got the temporary paper license plates that I'm supposed to have for my newly purchased vehicle. So I'm running around with 2019 tags. I cannot express how frustrating it is to try and talk to somebody on the phone there. I call them and they tell me they'll call me back, which they NEVER have! I'm actually the one who had to get the ball rolling and ask my bank to call them to get my car financed! That is when I finally got a text from Autoamore. Not a phone call, but a text. Because I live over 2 and 1/2 hours away from Sacramento they snail mailed me a new contract ( because it had been over 30 days and my bank had to do a new credit check and new paperwork.) Just a side note, I have excellent credit so getting the loan wasn't the issue. I have never, ever had to work so hard to get things done that Autoamore should have taken care of. read more

Best experience ever! I was looking for an Audi TT on the market for a while. There are only a few dealerships selling this car around the bay area. TT is a hard car to find and some are either in poor condition or priced too high. Then I came across the listing on Autoamore with a clean, well maintained and well priced TT. After careful consideration, I went to Autoamore in Sacramento which is a 2 hours drive for me and brought my Audi TT. The staff members are friendly and easy to communicate with. The car is in great shape and quality, and has been detailed thoughtfully. The buying process is quick and fast, no force sale or tricks like other dealerships. Carfax is provided for free and in person, buying a used turbo sport car can be problematic but the condition of my vehicle is in excellent shape. Which is really interesting because he was not even there when we looked at the cars. Also, I'd like to add it was NOT a Saturday afternoon. So they could have fixed the car but chose not too. They can say what they want, but they CLEARLY had not detailed the cars on their lot in months. And the BROKEN Jeep Grand Cherokee handle was enough to turn off me as a buyer. Don't buy A car from these guys. I would been better off buying from A private owner. After buying the car I left it to them for A week to repair A bad steering column control unit, it was never repaired. And driving the car home from the lot I noticed that the tranny was slipping, so I took it to A bmw specialist and they said the tranny pan is cracked and leaking fluid. That cost me $1500 to repair. Also, it cost me another $1400 to get the steering column unit repaired. So after tax and license and repairs I have almost $12000.00 thousand in to A car worth $8000.00. read more

Nightmare experience. I purchased a Mercedes remotely from Texas and had it delivered after seeing a video walkaround of the vehicle. It arrived with a dead battery (they did compensate me for this), the rear tires were cut by the fenders (they were too wide) and undisclosed and unrepaired crash damage that prevented me from being able to drive the car or passing the Texas Safety inspection. I have spent close to $10,000 to get this car in good enough shape to pass the inspection and to make it driveable. I communicated with the dealer every step of the way and no other compensation was provided. I purchased the vehicle "as is" but it was based on their word and the video walkaround. I still have many issues with the vehicle, including an SRS light because the airbag system was compromised and not properly repaired. My title initally came back as Salvage/Rebuilt because of the extent of prior damage and I was only able to get that removed because of the extensive repairs I made to the vehicle. read more
