    I just bought a Lexus LX 470 from Domanic down in Rocklin, CA. I am from Washington state and I had no issue flying down to see the car since Domanic was so easy going and didn't pressure me at all. He was catering to all my needs and when I saw something I had questions about, he responded curiously and professionally and made sure to fix anything that needed to be. He also ended up putting new tires on it for me, a last-minute request that he pulled off with less than 24 hours' notice!     I bought a used truck from Domanic at 3D Auto Sales about two weeks ago. The whole experience was great from start to finish. He didn't pressure me, was very flexible with meeting up, test driving and having it inspected. He didn't try to hide anything about the truck, was very open and transparent and honest. The buying process went very well, he explained everything to me in detail and took the time for me take it slowly at a comfortable pace (first time financing). He was also careful to only pull one credit report and the offer was fair and reasonable. I've been an extremely happy customer so far driving my new-to-me truck! Thank you!

We were assured the car was reliable and in good condition, but immediately after the purchase, it began having issues. In fact, the vehicle has been at an auto shop since the day we bought it, and after weeks of diagnostics, we were just informed that it needs a full engine replacement. The mechanic confirmed the engine is beyond repair, and we're being told that a full engine replacement is the only option. That is absolutely unacceptable for a vehicle we were assured was roadworthy. We trusted Mo from Drivetime Plaza to provide a car that was safe and dependable. Instead, we've ended up with a financial and emotional nightmare. This experience has shaken our confidence in the process and raised serious questions about the integrity of the vehicle inspection and sales process. I urge others to be extremely cautious when considering buying a car from this seller, and I strongly recommend that the business take responsibility for the condition of the vehicles they sell--especially when those vehicles are meant for young drivers who rely on them daily.

Involving and promoting other shops in your review while making accusations about our work is inappropriate and unfair, especially when those businesses were not part of the original transaction. Because of the tone and conduct in your messages, you will not be meeting with me or any of my staff on Monday or at any other time going forward. I will not tolerate being spoken to in the manner you have been addressing me. If you believe you have a warranty concern related to XPEL products, I am happy to refer you to another certified XPEL installer who can assist you with evaluating or processing any potential warranty claim. Not even asking for free work or anything warranty related. After he did this whole act he must be called out especially as an adult business owner with a law degree like himself. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.
