Dominic (sorry if that is spelled wrong) is so accommodating and patient. He has been answering text messages from my husband and I about a 2013 Honda Odyssey all week. He gave timely answers and updates and really went out of his way to take care of us. Has a great team on staff also. Thank you for working with us! read more

Domanic was honest, thorough, and easy to work with. We used to shy away from these "3rd party" sort of auto dealers because of bad experiences in the past but he changed our minds completely. I felt we got a good deal and a good truck. Plus at a large dealership, they try to sell you everything under the sun to add to your purchase (and stress), not to mention it takes hours to get through the ordeal. This was fast and within less than 2 hours, we had previewed the vehicle, test drove it on the freeway and around the streets, negotiated the deal, and then sat down to sign the contract. Very, very pleased with the experience!!! Will definitely return for our next car or truck. Thanks Domanic!!! read more

I've never been a fan of cars yet alone buying one, but now with a kid I had to get something reliable, spacious and most definitely affordable for the family. My boyfriend came across a van, and to our surprise, it was the "perfect" family car and just made sense to us! Instantly connected with 3D Auto - Domanic. When I tell you all my worries went away with dreading the whole car buying process, he was very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and accommodating with our time and schedule. Not once did I feel any pressure into buying or even question the thought of purchasing from him! We couldn't have been happier with our purchase and most definitely recommend Domanic to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! Thank you Domanic, wish you all the best! read more

Where to start...A++++ Domanic, the sales manager, from 3D Auto Sales sold me a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had the best experience from start to finish. I am a first time buyer and Domanic went above and beyond to make the best deal possible for me. I found him to be very trustworthy and very ethical. His customer service is top notch! The quality of their cars far exceeded my expectations. I can not be happier with my Jeep! If you're looking for a vehicle, Domanic is the guy. What a great human and great business. read more

3D Auto Sales - Dominic was AWESOME!! SO HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. WILL DEFINITELY PURCHASE FROM HIM AGAIN - Car Dealers Near Me - Rocklin, California

We just recently purchased a Toyota Highlander from 3D Auto Sales. It was our best experience ever with a car purchase. I typically hate working with car salesman due to the pressure they can put on you. But this was a different experience, and I'm so happy with that. Working with Dominic was so easy. He was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire transaction. He wanted us to feel comfortable with our purchase and allowed us to take it to our local mechanic to verify the car was in good working order. He also had his own mechanic inspect the car and fixed one item that our own mechanic failed to find. I highly recommend 3D Auto for your next car purchase if you want a relaxed hassle-free experience without the typical hard-sale pressure approach that you find at many local dealers (like we had at Roseville Toyota). We will definitely shop here again when looking for our next car purchase. read more

I just bought a Lexus LX 470 from Domanic down in Rocklin, CA. I am from Washington state and I had no issue flying down to see the car since Domanic was so easy going and didn't pressure me at all. He was catering to all my needs and when I saw something I had questions about, he responded curiously and professionally and made sure to fix anything that needed to be. He also ended up putting new tires on it for me, a last-minute request that he pulled off with less than 24 hours' notice! I will be shopping in the future through these guys and you won't be sorry if you choose to as well! Tan read more

From my first contact Dominic was responsive to all the questions I had about the vehicle I was interested in. He was able to get me financed with bad credit. On my way home with the vehicle it was apparent something was "off" with the way the vehicle drove. I took it to my local mechanic and the issue was found and required a $900 repair to be safe to drive. I had to park it 5 days until the shop could repair it. I shared this info with Dominic and he readily offered to pay half the bill and followed thru on his word. I do appreciate it and look forward to enjoying my newly purchased vehicle. I would recommend this business! read more

Domanic and his team are extremely friendly and helpful. They really work for the benefit of their clients and you don't see that a lot nowadays, especially in the auto sales industry. He was straight forward and asked his mechanic to answer any questions that he didn't fully know. Domanic has still continued to be really kind even after buying the car from him and talking with the credit union that's financing my car. Thank you so much Domanic and 3D Auto Sales! read more

These guys are pretty difficult to deal with. I made an offer not much below their sticker price on a vehicle they have had for months. They responded that I should pay for an independent inspection. They told me that they cannot go any lower as they would need room to negotiate if I found any problems. The inspection revealed it needed new shocks and struts. When I told them the estimate from local top reviewed shop, they immediately stopped communicating and blocked my calls. No response even though I left multiple messages that I am open to pay more. Certainly they are free to ignore me, but just seems like bad business to me. read more

I bought a used truck from Domanic at 3D Auto Sales about two weeks ago. The whole experience was great from start to finish. He didn't pressure me, was very flexible with meeting up, test driving and having it inspected. He didn't try to hide anything about the truck, was very open and transparent and honest. The buying process went very well, he explained everything to me in detail and took the time for me take it slowly at a comfortable pace (first time financing). He was also careful to only pull one credit report and the offer was fair and reasonable. I've been an extremely happy customer so far driving my new-to-me truck! Thank you! read more

Hi guys, i bought a Toyota sienna from 3d auto sales and the owner was super friendly and easy to work with. He let me take the car for a test ride with my and told us to take our time. The vehicle was super clean and had only 80000 on it. he also advised me that it may be time for a timing belt change which in general is a turn off for a buyer and not brought the the customer's attention. I had a great experience with 3D auto sales. Dominac is pleasant, reliable and communicative. Reading the 1 star reviews make me laugh. Seems like some people time is just more important than everyone else's. And obviously you should ALWAYS have a car inspected by a certified mechanic or dealer before purchasing. The 150$ for a PPI is well worth it on your investment. I would 100% recommend this place and love my 2016 Forester XT. read more

I went car shopping for what felt like forever! My dad was helping me and we checked out private party vehicles (through Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace) as well as visited some used car dealerships. It seemed like the search wasn't going to end and that no cars seemed good enough for my dad who is a crazy used car skeptic (lol)! My dad does not trust used car dealerships 99% of the time, but when we spoke to the owner of 3D Auto Sales, Fady, my dad was sold. Fady is a genuine and trustworthy gentleman who has gone out of his way to make this car buying experience positive. I am so excited to have found such a great car with a dealership who actually cares about their customers. Thank you Fady! read more

Overall, our experience was VERY good here. We felt that Domanic was on the level and honest. He sells GOOD cars for fair prices. We wanted to get the van checked out before writing a review, which we had done today at the Toyota Dealership in Roseville. We purchased our 2008 Toyota Sienna from 3D autos last Saturday WITHOUT BEING INSPECTED by a mechanic, which is obviously the prerogative of the buyer and something we should have done before buying the van. So we take responsibility for that. We love the van (BOTH times that we've driven it since driving it off the "lot" ) and it was really well taken car of by it's previous owner and I know Domanic does a good job when he chooses the vehicles he adds to his dealership. Also, Domanic really worked with us as far as our schedules and the times we were able to meet him at his lot. Our only complaint we have is that the rear Brake pads were worn down to nothing and had been that way for some time which means the rotors have to be replaced due to the damage caused from metal-to-metal wear. Also, I was unaware that it's the responsibility of the Dealership to make sure the tire tread is at legal depth before selling the vehicle, which in our case the front tires were not. Other than those two areas, we are very satisfied with our purchase and will be happy to return and recommend family, friends and yelpers to buy your next used car at 3D autos. Also, it's good to be noted that my husband and I had been interested in other cars from other used-car dealerships but after closer inspecting it became apparent the dealerships were shady and trying to hide crappy vehicles under a pretty coat of paint. Skip that kind of stress and just come here! Thank you!!! read more

So WRONG- This is first words on this- I made a gentlemen's deal on phone -Offered a deposit subject to only Rockland Porsche PPI I was told not to worry about a deposit the car was mine we'd take care of everything when the report came in. This was Confirmed by Both parties- Tim and Ryan service writers@ Rockland that the vehicle was to be delivered per our agreement with Domenic at 3D and Rockland Porsche for Monday 8:30 AM- I told them it is CASH and also offered Pre pay for the inspection as well. 6 hours after the inspection was to have been completed - I called Porsche- They said 3D never called- never showed up never delivered the vehicle _ NOTHING ?? I called Domenic. " Oh - I lost your number and we Sold the car ? Really. Really - Oh- How about the phone numbers on my Email from me and my Real estate business that we corresponded on to get the recommended service provider from you for the PPI ? I would have never told my wife of her surprise if I didn't have this mans word. I just read Andy's review and I feel the same way- very unprofessional and obviously a "CAR SALESMAN" one of those that smears those that will be painted with the same Brush. BTW- I'm no Stranger to this and make no mistake about what happened here- I have a Porsche Carrera 4S, Porsche Cayenne S, Range Rover Sport Supercharged, E-55 AMG, and Eddie Bauer Expedition. Personally, Id rather be the Victim here than the assailant in this instance. My wife's name is Donise. I'd think that you'd owe her an apology- It's a funny world -but this isn't funny- Sad is the better word. Brian McCann read more

Domanic is an extremely pleasant human and a no pressure, honest guy trying to make a living selling vehicles he buys at auction. Other used car guys bury details and avoid conversations about their vehicles history. But Domanic does not pretend to be anything other than that and does not hide where his vehicles come from. In fact he doesn't seem to sugar coat anything about his vehicles or business. He's as open and transparent as one can be. Refreshing in a used car guy. I will be recommending Domanic to everyone I run across looking for a used car. My experience: Understand first that I do not trust used car dealers at all so I was extremely skeptical visiting Domanic's small warehouse located in a Rocklin industrial park. But... reading the positive reviews on Yelp I decided to give him a shot. The car I was looking at (2010 Honda Accord EX-L v6 Coupe - 88k miles) was in seemingly amazing condition so of course that made me even more skeptical. First impression: Positive. I arrived with my young son and he was busy with a client. It was just him working that day. He took the time to pause his conversation with them and greet us both. He apologized for not being able to help me right away but assured me it wouldn't be long. When I asked to take a test drive he allowed me to take it even though he had not talked to me yet. He simply took a quick photo of my drivers license and trusted me. I started the car and heard a ticking noise but continued with the test drive. Everything else about the car was great. When I returned he was done with his other clients and waiting for me. He disclosed everything he knew about the car and provided a carfax. He even suggested that I have my own mechanic look at the car so that I would be confident. Then he told me he would be in his office if I needed him and let me spend all the time I needed going through the car without hovering over me. I was there over an hour looking at the car. He checked in on me a couple of times just to make sure I didn't have any questions. When I was finished I sent a video of the engine noise to my mechanic who told me I should probably just walk away as it could be something really bad and simply diagnosing, let alone fixing it, could end up being too costly. I decided to leave and think it over. Domanic gave me his phone number so that I could text him with any questions. Second impression: More positive. Knowing others were eyeballing this car, even as I was there, I knew it would probably go pretty fast even without him fixing the noise but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask him to fix it. Now most dealers will tell you "sold as is" no exceptions and that is the response I expected from Domanic. I texted him the next morning saying that the noise was a deal breaker for me but if he had the Honda dealer (not a personal mechanic) properly diagnose and had them fix it properly I would consider purchasing. To my shock he said ok! When I asked him to clarify that he was actually going to have the car looked at and fixed by the actual Honda dealer and eat the cost himself he said... yes. This is not common folks. Final impression: Extremely positive. After a couple of days he let me know he had brought the car into Honda and that they had fixed it... valve adjustment was all that was wrong according to the dealer. When I arrived with my own mechanic to look the car over sure enough the car had been fixed and was running great. I looked at the Honda repair invoice and Domanic had paid Honda close to $700 to have it gone through and fixed. Final thoughts: Not once did I feel pressured or feel he was annoyed with me for being a pain in the ass customer. It was obvious he simply wanted my experience to be positive with him whatever it took. I've read many comments while looking for a used car from people feeling ripped off from other dealers who didn't disclose issues with the cars they bought. So when they discover issues they feel they got duped and rightly so. But... When you're buying a used car, even the most knowledgable dealers can't know everything about a car's history. It's a used car. That's where transparency comes into play. I feel Domanic gave me every opportunity to learn exactly what I was purchasing and made sure I was happy before we signed on the dotted line. If unseen issues pop up now that I've purchased the car I feel it's all on me without question because Domanic held up his end total and complete. I purchased the car without trying to negotiate his asking price down (he was asking for the top CarFax value) simply because he earned it as far as I'm concerned with his pleasant, honest and ethical behavior towards me and my family. Thank you Domanic for a very positive used car buying experience! God Bless. read more

Excellent buying process with 3D. I worked with Dominic who was very helpful texting detailed pictures of the car I was interested in. Ive never done a review before, not my thing. So this is unusual for me. Bought a used SUV from them. Due to aftermarket additions on itI could not get a warranty easily. That was my choice. Shortly after owning it a serious issue arose that could not have been forseen. Not only di theyhelp with purchasing the parts, even with no warranty they went out of their waysnd offered a loaner car,and paid to have it fixed. Integrity at its finest. The gentleman I spoke to Dominic seemed nice at first and pleasant enough. I asked him on a Saturday if I can get an appointment to look at a vehicle. He said that they could not see me today because they were closed and would set an appointment with me the next day at 8:30 p.m. so i agreed due to my busy work schedule . Well midday he calls me and tells me that his boss ( which i'm not necessarily sure he has a boss I think he is the boss) posted new schedules for the new coming year 2021 and they will be closed on Sundays.Said I should set up an appointment when it's my day off, so I told him I have a very busy day on my day off (my only one too). Also requested I do an application before I come in to see the car so he was also prejudging before I even looked at the vehicle and knew if I even liked it. I let him know that he was making it very difficult to try to even look or buy the vehicle. No response from him. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

I attempted to purchase a car here and pay cash. I wasn't willing to pay sticker and asked what could they do to work with me and come down slightly on price. The owner told me he was not willing to do anything and to go purchase a car somewhere else if I wanted a better deal. I was very professional as I purchase cars every 2 to 3 years and was looking for a car for a family member and the level of professionalism demonstrated by this dealership was poor to say the least.. In today's world, it is advantageous to always do your best to gain or retain a customer. there are plenty of dealerships out there that will treat you with respect and work with you instead of against you. all this was done via text.
