Furthermore, I was offered only a limited 48-hour guarantee for an additional fee of $250, which is concerning given the car's condition. My credit was also processed through multiple banks, which was time-consuming and impacted my credit score. They sent me out there without any function headlights the right side I had to replace entire unit $1200 part because the one on car had no ballast and clips where broken where bulbs go dut to excessive force on driver side only blue clips were broken (excessive force). 3days after purchase check engine comes on seems spark plugs and coils well past their lifespan. TOTALLY FRIED i is unfortunate we can not up load photos but I do have some. Coils and plugs $900 + labor. To weeks later fan clutch goes out another $1000 + labor the high temp warning came on to a left me but what I didn't know it was dual failure because my intercooler also failed there are 2 with 4.4 V8 at $500 each plus labor. When we were doing sale and the condition of vehicle is addressed there are hundreds of boxes to check None where checked. When I asked about these issues when the arrived Tony tells me that things break when ou use them. My response is they were broken before you sold me vehicle. Did I mention I bought vehicle last Saturdayin June. Horrible experience! Even with all the reviews this place seems like a place you have to be cautious! I purchased a 2019 Tesla vehicle for my business. Myself and co-buyer were approved and provided all documentation asked of us! We put our down payment of $4500 down and took the vehicle. I wasn't given the virtual Tesla card so I was unable to charge the car until I set it up. Tesla advised I take it back to the dealer! They advised I can bring it back, I brought it there on 8% and sat for about 3 hours and they gave me my car back on 30%. The battery was shot so by the time I got home(20 minute drive) my battery was on 19%. There were multiple issues with this vehicle. Due to having a driving school we have to get all our vehicles inspected thoroughly prior to putting it on the road. I kept getting a tire light on and passenger restraint needs repair light on as well! I purchased new tires from Les Schwab amounting to $800. The doors started to creak when you open and close them after the first day of having the vehicle. And the car cover underneath the car was cracked. I was going to have to put some work into this car. Make sure to inspect those cars before taking it! I received a call from the bank about four days later, confirming all is well! The finance coordinator Roaman proceeded to call me about two weeks after purchase stating they still needed to confirm income and would like to send us a link. Upon reviewing the link we had to provide our account and routing number as if we were making a payment so we felt uncomfortable and asked to provide them our bank statements. Roaman was hesitant but allowed us to send over our statements. The following week or two later he called again and asked for more documentation, vehicles we previous sold, which we provided! A few weeks later I get a call that they need to start the process again because they passed their deadline! I said ok! A few weeks later I get a text asking about another vehicle I finance which has nothing to do with them! Then I get a call stating they are going to repossess the car. When I called them, they said we didn't provide the documents requested so they have to start the purchasing process again! I said NO!!!!! This process has been going on for about 3 months now! Just give me my money back and I will bring the vehicle. I was told via Tony the manager that would be fine. Upon arriving Tony advised he would take the car back for inspection and determine if we would get our money back! I advised I would like a fair trade. Tony asked that I give him the keys in good faith that he will do the right thing! I gave the keys to Tony and I felt like I was extorted out of $1000 because if we didn't sign the contract we would not get any money back! Or we would need to take him to court to get the car and the $4500. Tony stated he will need to deduct $1000 due to mileage and the amount of time we had the vehicle. Tony stated in regard to the purchased tires, that is our problem, we purchased the tires because we wanted to, and therefore tried to give us $25 a tire for the tires we purchased for the vehicle as well, lol, and I told him to keep it! Tony advised If we did not sign a contract and shake his hand saying we will not sue he will keep our car and not give us back any money! Totally extortion in my book and I will definitely see them in court! We purchase vehicles often for our company and this has never happened! This was really bad! Please save yourself a headache, I promise you and go to another dealership! Learned my lesson and was approved through the Tesla dealership this afternoon. These guys are very unprofessional! Look at the text thread! This looks like to me they prolonged the situation to be able to get compensation from me. Beware!!! Also, someone at there dealership has been using my Tesla account fraudulently at supercharge stations over a two week span here! I have been made aware that if the vehicle was sold the new buyer would set up a new account which takes 2 to 3 days max. Cars look great in picture but when you see it in person it's completely different. First red flag was the battery in the cars remote was dead They had zero extra batteries and had to pull it from another cars remote. When they final came out with the car to look at you can tell it was junk and not taken care of at all and trying to pass it as a great car. Salesman was trying to tell me, well this is what you get for the price range you are in. I wanted to laugh cause I have seen first hand similar cars for the same price and in wonderful condition. It was my worst decision, to go buy a car there, they sell their cars without giving them service, two days after I bought my car the check engine light came on, I took it to have it checked and many things were in the worst condition, the 6 spark plugs, an engine cable, 4 coils, 2 cylinders, 2 engine mounts, a tire arm and the 4 tires were in bad condition. I thought it was a prestigious dealer when I saw luxurious cars, I drove 2 hours to go to that dealer, it was my worst decision, I had to pay like 7 thousand more, to see if they could leave it in good condition to drive. Now I have a debt of more than 40 thousand for a car in terrible conditions. I still paid 7 more to be able to drive, because I couldn't even drive it, with those conditions. Be very careful if you go to that dealer, I do not recommend it!! to anyone, it was my worst decision. I will tell all my friends and family about this places, to never go to the place. I wanted to post photos of the parts they removed so you could see the condition, but for some reason.. It won't let me upload my photos. How strange! BEWARE the Yo-Yo Financing Car Dealership Scam!!!! At the beginning of June I purchased a car from these small-time crooks. Following an exhausting day at their office with very young Ruben, my husband and I have finalized the purchase agreement, only to be confronted with an unexpected demand for additional down payment a week later. Another option was to return the car. We have of course refused to give them extra money and since it was a weekend and we were out of town, we did not want to make any decisions before going back to purchase agreement and learning what our options are as buyers. We did not have a purchase agreement with us, of course. Despite numerous exchanged messages and repeated requests to have the purchase agreement sent via email, they failed to do so. After informing the manager, "Tony" Tolik Cioban, that we would not return the car until we had thoroughly read the contract, he called us and displayed a childish and unprofessional reaction, tried some absurd and juvenile intimidation techniques and hung up on us. We still find it ridiculous and amusing. After returning to Sacramento and reading the contract, we made a decision to return the car. And this was the best decision ever, what a relief it was. We did get our down payment back. Loan terms were so horrible to start with and this vehicle would have been double the original car price. We went to another dealership the next day and purchased a very nice Audi for cash. Our failure to thoroughly read the contract was a display of naivety. The primary purpose of this review is to acknowledge our oversight and potentially assist someone else who might fall victim to these scammers. This experience has had a big impact on my credit score but also confirmed the common belief that many car salespeople can be very deceitful and sleazy. Fortunately, there exists the lemon law to protect consumers, and scams like this one can be reported to the Bureau of Consumer Protection, DMV, auto fraud attorney, etc. I do remain hopeful that justice will ultimately be served to these unscrupulous businesses and individuals.
