For one what I like about the…read morebuying experience here is that the salesman won't harass you and constantly nagging you to buy the car. All we did was went asked for the vehicle they bring it up and let you test drive it. Also not to mention a lot of the reviews will say car broke down days after well triple crown is one dealer that lets you take the car for a test drive and inspection. I took the vehicle to get inspected at a trust shop I've been going to for years and once everything checked out we went straight to purchase super smooth transaction and just like that purchased a great vehicle. (Please note cars are sold as is so I would highly recommend taking it in for an inspection considering this dealer allows that which is awesome in my opinion. A lot of dealers won't allow you to take the car for inspections without you providing the entire inspection back to them) Since we purchased the car we have driving it 4000 miles and made 4 long road trips the car has been great!

Buyer Beware: Sold Me an Unsafe 2010 Prius and Offered Little to No Help:…read more I recently bought a 2010 Prius from Triple Crown Motors, and it was one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever had. From the start, everything seemed fine during the sale, but as soon as I drove it off the lot, I noticed a concerning knocking sound. I took it straight to a Toyota dealership for a check, and they told me the rack and pinion and intermediate steering shaft were shot--not safe to drive at all. The repair estimate? A whopping $2,900. This is a major safety issue that should've been caught during their pre-sale inspection, but apparently, that's not how they operate. I reached out to "Tony", the sales manager, hoping for some goodwill. I wasn't asking for a handout--I just wanted them to chip in a bit since this was a hidden problem that put me at risk. I even emphasized that it was a safety concern and should have been disclosed. Tony's response? Flat-out no help whatsoever. He said they'd only look at it if I drove it back to them, which is insane because the car was deemed unsafe! When I asked if they'd cover a tow, he shut that down too. And when I politely requested his full name or email for further discussion, he got defensive and said, "Tony is all you need to know," then ended the conversation abruptly. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Triple Crown Motors clearly doesn't stand behind their vehicles or care about their customers' safety. I feel completely ripped off, and now I'm out of pocket for a car that's basically undriveable. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place--do your research elsewhere. Triple Crown might have deals, but at what cost? Not worth the risk.

During the test drive there was a slight off feeling while accelerating, and he told me that it had not been driven in a while and that the tires needed time and air to adjust. I was on my way to Texas just a day or two later and almost flew off the road, both CV joints were busted. The guys at Brake Masters said that this was a pre-existing problem with the car. The dealer refused to pay for the services, said there is a 30 day warranty on mechanical issues as such regarding this and brakes but is claiming because they sold me the car for cheap that it is fair for them to not pay. I have filed in small claims court and complained to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair, and left a review on google. They are refusing to refund me for the money spent just on the joints that were busted when I got the car and the man lied to me when I specifically asked about it.

Thanks for putting my life in danger…read more I am financing a car through Sierra Valley Auto since December of 2016. In January of 2017 I contacted tony to take a look at and fix my warrantied car. My car was smoking badly on cold start up and went through a quart of oil every week. ZERO OIL LEAKS. my car ran fine, I just wanted him to fix this problem. I had to keep calling him because he wouldn't call me back. Until one week before my warranty was up. I called and said I was dropping the car off for them to fix. He quickly called me back and said that the problems were not covered under warranty. Without even looking at the vehicle. Fast forward to six months into financing, and he calls me and says he would like to get some good reviews from me so he's willing to fix my vehicle. After having the vehicle for one week, he returned it to me with paperwork from tire king, a tire shop, saying they did my engine repairs. Out of curiosity when I got home from picking up the car I called tire king to see if they did engine repairs and they flat out told me that they did not. Now my car is sitting in my driveway. Broken down. The same day I brought it home, I had oil streaming out of my car. I drove it to Firestone to take a look and the told me my valve gasket was leaking into my timing belt case. And I had an unidentifiable leak coming from further down. Starting cost to see what was wrong? 500$. Just to see. Firestone had just serviced my car a month prior. Never noting in their very detailed paperwork anything about leaks. Because there wasn't any. Now my whole engine compartment is covered in oil. My belts slipped off while I was on the freeway doing 65 and broke. And i have to choose to eat, and pay for the bus to get to work, or put yet ANOTHER GALLON of oil in it. But my car payments due in two days. Guess I should pay that. Thanks tony for the quality customer service, for ruining my car and for being too cheap to fix my car properly. The bureau of automotive repairs has opened a case against you over all of this. And I've also contacted three local news stations. Since that'll probably be the only way for Sierra Valley Auto to fix the damages that they've created. I will also be contacting the other people that left bad yelp reviews because of this same treatment to see if they want to open complaints with the bureau of automotive repairs as well.

A big plus is that they only deal with clean title vehicles, so no unpleasant surprises. I personally purchased a Ford F-150 Lariat 2019 with low mileage, and I'm very happy with it. I also liked that they can source a car from auction and handle everything turnkey, which is very convenient if you're looking for something specific. They help with financing even if your credit history isn't perfect, and they clearly explain all available options. Another great advantage is that the staff speaks English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Spanish, which makes communication easy and comfortable. Customer service is solid -- no pressure, they answer all questions and assist throughout the entire process. Overall, a very positive experience, I would definitely recommend them.

It was an amazing vehicle with no issues and I came here with her when the owner fixed a tire for her. They were so welcoming and sincere in all interactions we had with them. Fast forward a couple years and my 18 year old needed a new car. So of course, I remember Roseville Car Connection and the way they treated my daughter. We went to the lot to look at cars and my son found a 2018 Ford Focus with low miles and it was perfect for him. They helped him get financing and the entire sales process was fast and hassle free. Now it's 2022... I now needed a car that was reliable. My 2017 Chevy Silverado I bought new from Folsom Chevrolet, decided to breakdown with major engine issues after 119k miles and right when the warranty expired. To say the least I was stressed out and remembered ROSEVILLE CAR CONNECTION. I was met with the same friendly salesman and owner as soon as I arrived. I found the perfect vehicle 2008 INFINITY M35 with all maintenance records and 90k miles. They worked with me and waited for my father to send them the check for the balance owed. Even though they had the check mailed to them I was given the car without to delay so I could keep my work schedule. If you are looking for reliable high quality vehicles and a company who genuinely cares about its customers, THEN COME TO ROSEVILLE CAR CONNECTION. They take pride in making sure their customers are taken care of and continue to care years later. I want to thank them for taking care of all my family needs and we will continue to recommend them to all our friend and loved ones. Once again, thank you for always providing top-notch service !

We did our research and chose a Jetta TDI because it's known to be reliable if the required maintenance has been done. We were told that maintenance was completed and were shown receipts. We trusted that information -- a mistake we now regret. Within a few months, the car was in the shop with major mechanical issues costing over $4,000 to repair. These issues were not new; they had clearly been hidden by clearing trouble codes prior to the sale. That's dishonest and deceptive, plain and simple. Taking advantage of a young woman buying her first car is lower than low. They are not interested in honesty or return customers-- they only care about profit. If you value your money or your time, take your business somewhere else.
