However, yesterday, I went to the storage place for my trailer and found that one of the tires was flat. I did not have the tools to take the wheel off the trailer and put on the happy donut. Luckily for me, Lance was out at the storage place also and allowed me to borrow his impact drill so I could remove the flat and replace the happy donut on my trailer. I didn't have any cash with me but offered to Venmo Lance some money or asked if I could send him anything. He said no, not to worry about it. He was super nice, very helpful and had some very helpful hints for me about RV places in the area for parts etc. Knock on wood, I am fortunate I have not had to deal with any significant repairs on my trailer, but I will be calling Lance if I do. It was obvious with his willingness to help me and his knowledge he knows what he's doing and can be trusted. Thank you Lance.

I had one caller in front of him and I was going in order. He said he would buy my trailer right now at asking price if I gave him first chance to buy. I let him know my honor would not allow me to do that but if they changed their mind he was the next in line. By the way, at no time did he say he was a dealer looking to fix and resell my trailer. I would have not given my address had he been open and honest. Understand he contacted me, not me him. When the other person didn't show show, I called him and gave him a chance. He came to my home and started telling my husband all the things wrong with the trailer and trying to talk him down on price. My hubby came to ask if I would go lower on the price so I went out and said no, because when he talked with me on the phone he said he would pay full price if I let him come before the other person. He didn't like that and told me it wasn't worth that. He argued with me and that is when I found out he was a dealer. At that point I told him his profit margin wasn't important to me and said no again. Under the pretext of sending his crew a video to find out if his crew could manage the repairs, he proceeded to take pictures of the bad parts of the trailer. Then he said he would tell all his people (other dealers in the area) to not buy my trailer. He then put a blast on social media that my trailer was trash, and even texted me what he had posted: a pic with the caption "Beware this trailer is trash" accompanied by a shrugging emoji. So he did his best to keep me from selling my property. I sold my trailer for the asking price by some wonderful folks who rehab trailers and they paid happily what I was asking. They let me know my trailer was well worth my asking price. Peter George is a very abrasive, duplicitous, and dishonest individual and I did not contact him, he responded to my ad.

It's been 100% reliable for the 25 hours I have on it, and the guys at Tractor City were easy to deal with and fair. Also, tractor shoppers should know that LS is a company that was spun off from LG (the people who make many home appliances), and they've been making tractors for years, including the sub-55hp New Holland tractors. We contacted RV-Time and the dynamic duo owners, Matthew and Ashley. The insurance company approved us getting an estimate, and Matthew immediately contacted the insurance agent and got right to work, which resulted in an approved estimate in half a day. Both Matthew and Ashley explained in detail the job, which involved a new refrigerator, all the connecting propane hoses, electrical wiring, fuses, and substantial cleaning inside and outside the RV. They asked if we had a trip planned, and since we had a big one in a few weeks, they said they would do everything they could to get it done a few days before we left. And they did. All the parts were then ordered. Matthew or Ashley would call regularly with updates, suggestions, or decisions. Both of them know so much about RVs - it is simply amazing. We both felt completely confident that we, and our rig, were in good - no - great hands. We have complete trust in their workmanship and their desire to serve us and our RV needs in the best and most expedient way possible. Do we recommend them? Let me put it this way: We will not go anywhere else for all things RV.

They found a minor problem with an outer bearing and replaced it. They took pictures, and saved the bearing to show me the problem. Best part with this place is not just the excellent work they do but the communication too. I've heard nightmare stories from friends about other RV repair places/dealerships. Nate is a really nice guy and really cares about making sure the customer is happy and satisfied. The service department run by Tony has been great to work with as well. Tony has been responsive, follows up and is great at communicating the process and next steps. Can't say enough about the business and the team that Tim DeMartini has there in Grass Valley. Kudos to the Dynamax team of Brain Clemens the GM of Dynamax RV and Forrest River as well. Brian is has been great and is one of the reason that we picked the Dynamax brand for our first RV.

I can't say enough good things about Sac Valley RV…read more We were getting ready to leave on a camping trip when our RV refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling while we were loading the coach. I thought our trip was in jeopardy. Kevin and Haley immediately jumped into action. I dropped the RV off around 4:00 PM, and by 10:00 the next morning it was repaired and ready to go. Kevin kept me updated throughout the repair with detailed texts explaining exactly what he found. The evaporator fan motor had failed, and the compressor was having a hard-start issue. He replaced the fan motor and capacitor, cleaned debris from both the evaporator and condenser coils, then let the refrigerator run with digital thermometers inside to make sure everything was operating properly before calling me to pick it up. That kind of communication, honesty, and attention to detail is hard to find these days. On top of providing excellent indoor RV storage, they have outstanding mechanical service. They didn't just fix the immediate problem--they made sure the refrigerator was fully serviced and operating the way it should before sending us on our way. If you're looking for trustworthy RV service, knowledgeable technicians, and owners who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend Sac Valley RV.
