Need to send a shout out to RV Max Rocklin, this company has been nothing short of outstanding on my latest purchase of a used RV. I negotiated a solid price, where after it was sold this company went ahead and installed a new inverter since they found the old one to be faulty, a new battery, new weatherstripping along the canvas pop-outs, re-sealed the roof, touched up some upholstery, fixed some screen tears, and installed a new awning. ALL at no extra cost to me. They also handed me business cards from everyone from the owner, the sales manager, the salesman, and the service tech, telling me if I have a problem, call them. I have not seen customer service like this in years, and I am glad to sing their praises. So if you are in the market to buy an RV, new or used, I would check them out.

Well I can't say enough good about these guys! The sale was perfect, we had zero problems. My wife and I love our new trailer so much! Mike and Jenna are super great people! Jordan was very thorough in explaining everything. When it came time to take it home, I knew it was not only a great deal, but I know I can call them and ask them to help me with any questions I had. In fact, I've gone back twice to ask advice and both times they've not only sent me home with more knowledge, but free items to make it easier for us to use our trailer. I highly recommend RVMAX to anyone! They're honest and outstanding humans!

We had been looking for an RV for some time, and the big name dealers in the area, although they have lots of flash and whatnot, lacked big time in the customer service area. We visited RVMax and instantly were treated with respect and care. They took plenty of time to show us around, and then the time came for us to purchase, that is exactly where we went. During the finance process, which took a week from my lender, they were super patient, stayed in regular communication with us, and were extremely helpful to help us close the loan. Delivery of the RV was exceptional, as they took plenty of time to go through the walkthrough and show us everything that needed to be known about the coach. Absolutely extraordinary customer service, super friendly, not sales pushers. Thank you so much RVMax!!!!

Very nicely detailed inside and out ready for the trip home

Woooow!!! Quality staff, knowledge and selection. We purchased from them. Their selection of RVs are very clean. We had visited many lots, and saw some pretty gross rvs. I can't speak highly enough about the people who run this operation and smoothly. From first greeting to feeling assured walking out the door that if you need anything they are there for you after the fact. Also, they have inventory constantly coming in. Just love this place!!

We bought a trailer from them in July. Our kids were horsing around and broke a cabinet door really badly. I thought we would just have to buy a whole new door but when I brought it in to ask about where and how to get a new one they fixed it better than I could have imagined and were extremely quick about it (I had said kids with me a they only got a little antsy waiting for it to be fixed). They were extremely kind and gracious about it. This is our first trailer, and I was nervous about being an owner. But so far the folks here have had excellent customer service and willingness to help above and beyond with the problems we've run into. I posted a photo of the repaired cabinet but yelp won't load the before photos.

    Happy with our trailer!!

We've had our trailer for about 4 months now and we just found a soft spot in the floor that we missed during the pre delivery inspection. I reached out to Jenna and she had us bring it in For evaluation. A short amount of time passed and I got a phone call to come pick up my trailer that they repaired at no charge to me. I'm shocked.. I bought this trailer without a warranty whatsoever. Now that's top notch customer service. Their repair looks fantastic, I can't even tell they touched it. Very few companies have this level of integrity. Thank you for everything!!!

So it's been just over a year since I paid these people $10,000 for a 17 year old 19' travel trailer. Things have gone very bad from the start. The list of things wrong with it when I took possession of it. The roof leaked the first time it rained and did major damage. since then most every major component has had trouble . The refrigerator drips and is coming out of the hole. The oven does not work. The stereo does not work. The trailer brakes locked up and I had to have it moved home on a roll back. The wet vents for the sewer leak gas into the trailer. The p-trap on the shower broke and fell apart. The list goes on. Now if it had cost more like $4,000.00 I would feel that I was getting what I paid for. I trusted then and bought it site unseen while I was preparing to return from Hawaii based on the promise made by the salesman. (Walt) . When I arrived to pick it up I was given the bums rush. The owner said that his service man had an appointment to get as soon as possible. The walk through took about 10 minutes. Not enough time for me to find and ask about any or all the things I found wrong as soon as I got it home. I had to return to the lot 35 miles away three time and their attitude was far less than friendly, even to the point the owner (Mike) got in my face after I had picked a few items from the peg board in the shop(which had no keep out sign) to buy. (the show room had a long wall of peg board for the sale of related items but it was near empty.) They did reimburse me for the spare tire that had a big tear in the tread and the coating I had to put on the roof to prevent more water damage. I had to buy a new battery. The A/C cover blew off on the first time I took it out of town. I have since seen similar size trailers about the same year for less than $5,000. And quite a few that are only a few years old for just a little more that $10,000. Do your self a favor and don't buy used trailer from them with spending a few hours checking for problems current or potential issues that may arise in the near future. Trust just isn't what it used to be. I learn another lesson. The 2017 Jayco for sale at De Martini RV sales in Grass Valley. $10,900. Very good condition. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/538376540061513/

I was actually referred to Mike by another dealer, that alone gave me a hint of his reputation in the marketplace.

I also told the receptionist that the truck camper has solar and not sure if solar was a factor for the batteries not charging. I turned my truck camper in on Tuesday morning. On Wednesday morning, I called for a status update. The receptionist said the truck camper would not be looked at until Monday of the following week. This was unacceptable because I was leaving Wednesday around noon for my Thanksgiving plans. You guys worked an hour on something I didn't ask for. Specifically asked for a check on why my engine motor was not charging the batteries while driving. Ultimately, my boondocking Thanksgiving trip was a little bit more difficult to manage because of the lack of battery power to the truck camper Nice fancy bronco the owner drives. Must be nice ripping people off.

The only water source is the AC unit on the roof at the rear of the coach which happens to be above the bedroom. I immediately suspected a clogged drain line. Supporting that suspicion was the lack of condensation build-up coming out of the drain line (the front AC unit was draining just fine). Although this can be an easy DIY fix, I am a senior and still recovering from a terrible ladder accident/fall so going up on the roof was not an option for me. I called a mobile RV repair service and they quoted me a minimum of $600 for the repair. A person at the RV storage facility we use suggested I call American RV Service Center. I called last week and spoke to Morgan. She was very helpful but initially said her next opening was in August. I told her we are going on an outing July 22nd. She said she would see what she could do to get us in before then. After a few minutes she came back on the line and told me because it was presumably a simple fix she could get me in Friday the 19th. She advised me they charge $175 an hour and it shouldn't take more than 2 hours. Today (the 19th) they got our coach in. The tech found there was no clog, the line was clear. He did find that the drain hose connected to the pump did not have a clamp securing it. He put a clamp on it, confirmed that the pump was working and then tested the system. With the bedroom AC unit on for a while, the system began draining the condensation build up, operating normally. No leaking inside. Problem fixed. Morgan was great to work with throughout this process. They went above and beyond to get us taken care of knowing we have an outing planned. The temps will be in the triple digits where we're going and having both AC units working will be a life saver! Their service costs are fair and their customer service was excellent. Also, it's nice to call a business and have a live person answer. I highly recommend American RV Service Center!!! Thank you Morgan and thank you tech (unfortunately I did not get his name).

Turns out the one we went to see wasn't as good shape as it appeared in the pics, but the one next to it sure was. Appeared to have been hardly used and although we only went to look, Jay made us such a good deal we couldn't say no, and ended up with a super cool little trailer that we love. Jay and the rest of the crew made the entire experience a pleasant one and as I hadn't pulled a small trailer before, Jay brought it to our house that evening to get us started. By the time he left we felt like we truly had a new friend as well. We highly recommend Lemke RV in Rocklin!

There is no reliable way to reach anyone other than email because they do not take phone calls, which makes resolving issues incredibly frustrating. We were told business has been slow and they have reduced staff, but that should not excuse the lack of follow-through or customer service. Once the RV sold, getting updates on our funds became a nightmare. We were repeatedly told "the check is in the mail," yet weeks later nothing arrived and no one proactively followed up. Every update required another email from us because there is no direct communication channel. If you value transparency, responsiveness, and timely payment, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
