Full disclosure - I personally know Nick, and we used to have a business together. With that being said, even friends have appliances that break. Because Nick is running a business, I opted to "run through" the process and not just invite him over to fix it exchange for a beer and pizza. A clip had broken on my microwave. I sent him pictures, a short video and he ordered the part. I got all the same correspondence that a person would normally get (including a link to fill out a review), and paid him exactly like anyone else would. The result? Seamless and perfect. I wish all my vendors operated like this. Highly recommend Nick (duh). read more

Post another 5 STAR review for Nix Appliance Services! Unsurpassed attention to details, customer service, knowledge, and most important GETTING THE JOB DONE at a FAIR PRICE! We wasted money on a Folsom based company that had ridiculous rates, very poor service from the front desk to the owner, and did not solve our problem. Thankfully, an appliance parts business in Roseville referred us to Nix and we have an oven repaired before Thanksgiving...for half the price quoted by that Folsom appliance place that took another $125 along the way! Nick and Johnny are outstanding! read more

I'm happy to recommend Nick from Roseville Appliance Services. He did a great job fixing my front-loading washing machine. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. I can't believe I'm actually excited to do laundry again! Haha. He also took extra time to lubricate the lower rack in my oven which was very hard to pull out and made a horrible sound! Thank you, Nick - you'll be my first call for all appliance issues! read more

We were experiencing problems with the dryer spin cycle intermittently making a loud whistling noise during the spin cycle. Nix Appliance Services was one of the few appliance repair companies in our local area that would service stackable units. Nix was responsive to our request for assistance in a timely manner and their service fees were very reasonable. We would definitely use them again. read more

Thank you for coming out to my house to diagnose my refrigerator issue. And let me know it was the compressor that needs to be replaced. I did notify LG regarding the compressor issue, and they scheduled a service tech to come out on Tuesday May 26. You were very professional, friendly and helpful. Thanks again. David A. Bob R We all take our appliances for granted, until they don't work! So it was with our clothes washer. Nick was recommended by a gym friend, so I contacted him.
