This review is late, but I really wanted to see how the repair faired during normal use. I had work done almost a year ago for a side panel that came loose and bent back in transit. It was a partial aluminum panel against a window running along the front edge of my trailer. Not a too complicated repair, but you still want the repair to hold up and NOT look like a repair. Customer service was simply amazing. Rachelle was on top of every thing. From my initial call to responding to my calls and emails, and delivery, she was on top of it. Being the face of the company, you always want someone who knows how to take care of you and answer all your questions. If she didn't have the answer, she got back to me in a timely manner. She dealt with my insurance company and I rarely had to relay any information back and fore. As for the repair, the repair looks great. Paint was matched very well, but to be fair, my trailer is only 5+ years old at the time and well-cared for. The biggie was them matching the decals on my trailer for the panel that was repaired/replaced, which was great. The only evidence something was done was with new sealant. That being said, I did find some minor things like a loose marker light that was not properly sealed and secured, and similar things to tighten up. Because I maintain my trailer frequently from washing to tightening things up, like most trailer users should do, it was not hard to spot. Overall, I am very happy with the work provided and incredibly impressed by the service provided by Rachelle. I would highly recommend them from my experience. That being said, I have only taken the trailer out a few times on short trips under mild conditions since the repair. I will provide any appropriate updates if I have any issues. read more

Mr.Jeff quoted me a price for tower repair and fiber glass work on my boat, the tower welds failed after one time use and the fiber glass I asked for him to repair all of it so he quoted me a price and I said okay. I went to pick it up there was a decent sized indent in the back of the boat he said I should have pointed it out he does good fiber glass work however you'll be paying a high price. If you need your tower fixed I highly don`t recommend taking it here. read more

We had our travel trailer (15 yr old) repaired here. They had to make a new bumper out of fiberglass because our bumper was no longer made/available. They also replaced the J-wrap on the underside of the trailer. They did a Fantastic Job, our travel trailer looks Great again! read more

Excellent work! After our nightmare (literally) with Almaden RV for an insurance body repair, we took our 2013 Tiffin Allegro to Smooth as glass to redo the mess Almaden RV did. This was my first time at Smooth as glass. Jeff the owner was professional and absolutely knowledgeable. He actually cared and was genuinely concern about my bad experience and re-assured me that his shop will repair the damage back to the original new look. There is only one word that can describe Jeff..."perfection!". Not only did he fixed all the over spray, tape lines, drips, uneven surface fill and many more, he went out of his way to straighten/align the storage doors that was affected by the accident to perfection. We had them do an insurance repair on our one year old motor home. Two of the storage compartment doors on the side of the RV had been damaged by a careless worker at the storage yard where we keep it. I was hopeful given the good reviews by others. I got an estimate I thought I could live with. Drove 100 miles to drop off the boat parts for modification...They wanted DOUBLE once I got there. The original estimate was HALF what the job should cost. These folks DO NOT understand what their labor is worth...they think too much of themselves. $120 per HOUR for someone to sand a plank? Took my 5th wheel in after an accident. The rear cap was broken and the whole back end of the 5th wheel was tweeked. They were able to rebuild the cap better than new, replace paneling inside, reframe the rear wall and make it look like new again. Service was very courtious. They dealt with the insurance company and made things happen. I would certainly recommend them for fiberglass, boat and RV work. read more

Thank you smooth as glass. I purchased a new bass boat from BassPro, and to make a long story short the vinyl flooring and sides were peeling and discoloring. BassPro tried to fix it themselves but it apparently was only a temporary fix, because within a week the sides were peeling even worse. Finally after lengthy discussions and time, BassPro finally contracted with smooth as glass to do the repairs correctly. I did not immediately want to submit a review on the wonderful job that was done, because I wanted to make sure that the vinyl did not start peeling or coming loose again. But now it's been almost 2 months and several fishing trips and washing down the vinyl that I feel comfortable that the job is going to hold. So thank you Smooth as Glass for a great job. read more
