As we came into the building he introduced himself and He Ask if we needed any water or needed to use the restrooms? Not many people ask if we need bottle water, if we want room temperature or refrigerator cold bottle water. That was a plus. As we were looking at boats with Jason, he was so polite & went beyond our expectations. We looked at two boats and found the one we wanted. We also met Jack the owner which he was amazing and Very down to earth. Can't say anything negative about this place. They were very professional and personal to me and my wife. We put a money down for the boat we wanted and started the loan process. Which was a Breeze, was Nothing like purchasing a car. It was Very easy. We came back that Friday to get our boat. We actually got to meet the team that works there. Such an amazing place and great people. Everyone was very personal, they joked and the laughed with us. It was like we were family. Jason helped us with getting extra stuff that we were going to need for our boat. They showed us how to work the boat, how to put on the Bimini top on, how to attach and how to take down. We never felt they were in rush to get us out of there. They answered questions we had. They are a top notch boat dealership. If you are looking for a boat to buy use or new. This is the place. Sent a email as a goof. Ed contacted me and depsite being almost 5 hours away, we had a great deal on a pontoon and a trade in for our old boat. When we arrived, Jason showed us everything we needed to know about our new pontoon and put us at ease about the large purchase. He even gave us his cell number if we had any questions. Financing was easy. Everyone was really nice and inviting. Really, the got us in our dreamboat. It was a 13 hour round trip from our house but 100% worth it. Dont be afraid to reach out and make a drive. We hope to never part with our new pontoon, but if we ever need to upgrade, we're going back.

I asked for electrical to be done on the boat and boat trailer…read more.. all they did was make sure brakes worked (one blinker was still out when returned) and they didn't fix any of the electrical in the boat. I also asked them to make sure the outboard motor was in working order. Got it back and they said it purred like a kitten. Took it out on the lake and it failed in the middle of the lake. When I got called them back to fix it, they said they serviced it like asked and told me "what do you expect... your boat is old... go buy a new one." Very unprofessional....and all this was after they had my boat for 3 full weeks.

I was pressed for time and had a small window to get this done. I called and spoke to Nathan and he was able to accommodate my schedule and get the job done and on time. A bit about the service. I did receive a call from Nathan about my jet skis and he was able to thoroughly provide a status and clearly explained what he found. My main concern was the switch, he tested the switch and the relay and everything was good. He told me how to rectify the problem and did not recommend changing any parts. I asked about replacing with new parts and he told me it would function the same. I appreciated his honesty and was pleased he did not take advantage of an opportunity to make more money! The customer service was outstanding! I talked to both Nathan and Marina and they both were nice and pleasant. When I arrived they both greeted me and helped me unhook my trailer. When I came to pick up my jet skis, Nathan showed me my old parts and explained what was done. Marina took my payment and they both assisted with hooking up my trailer. I definitely will be back to winterize and service my jet skis. Great job Nathan and Marina!

They answered every email in minutes - the sales guy even went as far as to write that I am at monster jam with my kids and I'm even responding to your emails now. All seemed great. I flew in, drove straight to them to pickup new boat. Great. They didn't walk me through it, but I've been around boats for a long time, so not an issue. I'll figure it out. Literally the minute I picked up the new boat, they stopped answering emails. Wouldn't respond to a single email. I even emailed saying hey, I want to PAY, can got schedule me in for a service. Nothing. Not a word. I get an email from the manufacturer, asking me to rate the dealer, I obviously gave them the truth. About a week later, the owner, Ryan calls me saying that his sales guy quit on him. Locked him out of email. Etc. etc. He said he would make it right. He answered about 2 emails and also went MIA. I found a different dealer already and they'll handle my warranty work and service. I would stay clear of this dealer - plenty of dealers around that would go out of their way to make the customer happy. I am already looking to upgrade my boat to something bigger even though this boat is still brand new, and you guys will never get my business again. centurion / supreme - if you guys read this by any chance, I would seriously talk to these guys and see if this is who you want representing your brand.

I purchased a Manitou Tritoon from Mark in 2017. I shopped…read morearound for quite a while looking at other brands and models. Since the boat I liked was a lot of money, I had lots of questions and did not want to regret my purchase. Mark spent lots of time on the phone with me answering questions before I finally drove down, 2 hours, to buy the boat. I've been extremely happy with the boat and it drives like a Porsche on water, especially for a 27' pontoon boat. I've actually had it up to 55 mph! I get a lot of attention whether towing it in town or on the water. It's just a very nice boat. We did have a cavitation issue whenever cornering. The boat kept up high RPMs but lost substantial speed in a sharp turn. After talking to Mark a few times, we decided to drop the motor an inch. I brought the boat down and Mark's mechanics lowered the motor. Got the boat back in the water and problem fixed. Last week: We keep our boat in covered storage during the off season and this last time I dropped it off, I'd forgotten to turn battery switch off. The house battery drained and I didn't catch this. I had my buddy drop me in the water and although the motor was running I didn't catch that I didn't have any gauges or power steering. With no steering, I had to get towed back. I didn't understand the problem at the time and although I knew it had to be electrical, I checked the fuses and they were all good. I called in to Semper and talked to Jason. This guy was very willing to help and told me he'd look into it. I figured I wouldn't here back for a few days since it was Saturday and also figured I wouldn't be on the lake this weekend, but I was wrong. An hour later I got a phone call from Jason. He recommended putting a jumper line between the cranking battery and the house battery. That was it!! Back on the water. Jason saved my weekend. He even called later in the day to see how things were going. I couldn't thank him enough. One last note: I've driven other pontoon brands and they just don't drive like a Manitou. You can just tell the quality between other boats and a Manitou. I paid $20k more for all the bells and whistles for a similar boat of a different brand and again, I'm really happy with my decision.

He went around to the back where they were working and they told him they don't open until 0900 (even though it was 0908). When he asked them about his issue they said "just because we are an authorized dealer, doesn't mean we know anything about it." When he asked about a warranty, they said they didn't know Suzuki had a warranty and that they didn't even know how to make a claim. They said they would charge $175 to look at it. Needless to say, we took it somewhere else.
