    We would like thank the entire team at Referral Auto Group for all they have done for us. We had a little hic-up but with the entire teams efforts. They took great care of us. they made sure our experience was going to be the best. RIcky took the time out to explain and show us all our options. He is a great saleman and very patient. Showed us what we were looking for with out any pressure! You made the Jmenez famiy feel we were part of the family. Thank you so much we are loving our 5th wheel.

    Tony at referral auto group is truly the man! He seems to know a considerable amount more than most. I had an issue with my gooseneck 5th Wheel companion hitch having play up and down of about a quarter inch where it attaches to the bed. Any play there is bad. But I was able to make it move up and down about a quarter inch with just one hand pulling up on it. I just bought this truck. And I am amazed at the lack of forethought from the factory on the puck system in the new 2020 GMC 3500 HD. First of all the center weight is positioned from the factory 6 inches behind the rear axle as it's factory mount spot. Not going to go and all that frustration, that's not the point of this review. I took the truck and hitch to both the GMC dealership and the trailer dealership that sold me the hitch originally as well as five other places, and nobody could figure out any answers or how to fix it. The GMC dealership even called the manufacturer and the manufacturer didn't have an answer for it either (other than "that's how the factory sets it, it should be fine. We haven't had any complaints.") I went to Tony this morning thinking I'll give one more person a shot at seeing if we could figure this out before I have to go pick up my trailer. Within five minutes Tony not only figured out the problem, but I had also made a call to a relationship and found the fix. It was only $200 and a 15 minute drive away. Thank you Tony for getting a frustrating situation handled professionally quickly and correctly. I will be using referral auto group for 100% of all my service on my fifth wheel moving forward.

We walked in on Memorial Day holiday without an appointment and was greeted by the sales rep Sal. He was great and knowledgeable and got us to the exact type of units we were looking for. Within 30-45 minutes we all fell in love with the same trailer, a 2026 keystone bullet. It had everything and the price seemed fair, almost too good to be true. After picking the trailer out we went back to run numbers and do financing with Manny, he was laid back and understanding and made things as easy as he could. Then came the first issue, my friend wanted to break even and not roll over negative equity into his new trailer and they were way off from accomplishing that. One of the owners came in and tried to negotiate and was rude and argumentative and unwilling to work with us despite having to deals on the table. Unfortunately I still wanted the trailer and decided to proceed with the purchase. After I finalized all the paperwork then the owner came back and wanted to make the deal. Let me mention that my sales person said that if I had the trailer hitch that they would install it as part of the purchase. This is where my biggest issue is. As someone in sales myself you don't make a promise to a customer that you can't or won't live up to. So after coming back a little over a week later to pick up my trailer and do the walk through I met Sako, another super laid back worker that was thorough and understanding. Once I explained what the sales rep said he immediately let me know that I was probably going to be charged and that they never do that for free as part of a sale. He did try everything to see if he could get it installed like I was promised to no success. Now I'm furious cause now I'm getting an extra charge I was not expecting. He went as far to ask the other owner who is not the original one we dealt with and he to was argumentative and unwilling to make a customer happy after they got their sale. I understand his point about liability and being sued which I respect but the unwillingness to bend and work with making your customer was happy over a 20 minute install and instead charging a full hour for labor is absurd. If they are treating paying customers like this imagine how the poor people that work here are getting treated when there's no other punching bags around. Needless to say I will not refer anyone here after today's experience and I do not recommend this business solely on how we've been treated through this process. We had been at a larger RV place down the street. Don's beat them hands down, in fact we are still getting SPAM texts and emails from the other place! We also had a chance to watch their service station in action. They were completely full and all the staff was doing a great job. They took their time explaining how to operate our RV, which was very helpful. The follow up communication communications was also very helpful and you can't go wrong with Dons!! Honest people, no hidden fees (we had some truck issues so they had to hold onto the RV an extra 4 days at no charge!) no pressure. Great prices, great service and a great staff!!

However, there's a gentleman whom I will not name , but has a tile of F & I manager. When inquired when I may expect my proceeds from the sale, he made promises that I should have the check on Friday and would call me back as the gal that writes the check was out running errands, no call back, when I called back just before closing time he said he was so busy he hadn't been able to talk to the CFO ( now mind you this is a rather small outfit) that he would call me first in the morning on Monday. When no call all day on Monday morning , I sent an email politely asking the same question, no reply, By now I was getting a little upset, not necessarily about my check, but unresponsiveness and misleading statements by this gentleman, so again I called just before closing to inquire what was going on, this is when things turned south, this gentleman became indignant, and the conversation became almost hostile when I questioned about proper business responses. His quote was " Do you know who you are talking to?" I took this to mean he was going delay the receipt of my check. He the said you will get your check in the next couple of days or so! When ending the conversation he once again said I'll call you tomorrow, knowing full well he was off the next day. (Tuesday) I spoke to Mike Mick on Tuesday and he was very responsive and professional and had my check ready on Wednesday morning. BTW: the check was dated on Monday.. I was hoping to meet the F&I manager on Wednesday to shake hands and bury the hatchet, but was told by other employees he ran out the back door when I arrived. To me that says a lot.     This review is for the service department…read more After purchasing the trailer, we had a run around of information on when it was to be delivered to the facility. This is where the frustration began. There was some pretty significant damage to part of the wrap during transport, and that was fine, it was going to be getting fixed... we were told it was ordered and given an approx. date. That date came and apparently it was not ordered, but another part we needed was. To get that taken care of was beyond frustrating. Upon picking it up, another part we needed was not ready, so again we would have to drive down and drop it off. Even after this last drop off, after making the appointment because we were called and told the part was ready, the part is not ready and we have to wait some unknown time for it to "hopefully" show up. Each time we have brought our RV in for maintenance/ to get a repair, we have never been greeted. As well when we went to pick it up. Each time we have stood inside and not one person has asked if we needed help or even said they would be right with us. Most times there were at least 2 people not with someone, and many other staff walking in and out. When dropping it of, most staff sat at their desks starring out as we unhooked- it would have been better worth our time, if we could have been checked in while we unhooked. (We even received a call to do a survey about how service went and we did not have the trailer finished yet, so it is hard to give feedback for that.) We had several more conversations with the service department and a few more survey calls which, because we did not have the service complete, we could not give feed back properly. Upon our last pick up, after all the parts had arrived, we finally had a better encounter. I completely understand that they are busy with so many trailers to check in, work on and check out, but it would be nice to be have a little more support when showing up.
