I have been satisfied in the past with no pressure sales experience as we're looking to upgrade, that said I needed repairs performed on our Winnie Minnie after 4 weeks crossing 6 states. They gave me a reasonable time frame based on influx of multiple repairs for after season. Just as promised I was called as repairs were performed and ready for pickup. I know it's in a small town, but I would think a business would care about a more professional clean appearance. Went to look at used Rv's. The staff are nice but the place is a dump. Office was disgusting filthy, floors, table & chairs stained. Stairs very unsafe, going into office don't connect to building, definitely not up to code. Bathroom? none, have to drive a quarter mile located on a different lot and no toilet paper overflowing garbage throughout. Just can't trust doing business or if they care about service. This place is a scam. They advertise trailers that they already sold or never even had. I went to look at the model pictured below and was told that it had sold. I asked why it was still on their website and they said because the customer had just taken delivery 1-2 days before I was there. They actually had 2 of the same model and said the other sold and took delivery 1-2 days prior. 3 weeks later and both are still being shown as new arrivals on their webpage. Consigned our RV 6 weeks ago with Carson Pass RV through Angelo who stalked me on Facebook for over a year. Said he could sell our RV in a few weeks and would take care of all the details. We decided to try it, he said he would pick it up and if it didn't sell, they would return it to us. Absolutely no communication for 6 weeks so yesterday 3/28/26 we decided to stop by. We were greeted by the owner Tom at our unit which was left open parked in the back. He told us he was the only one there and that they were permanently closing. When we asked why weren't we notified, he could not form words. When we called Angelo's phone, there was a long message about the closing and he blamed everything on the owner. We texted him, no response. We went back today to pick up our RV. Tom just gave us the keys, said he lost the other set and couldn't do anything about it. No explanations no apology. WOW! read more

Biggest mistake EVER buying an RV from this place. I would do a minus 100 review but 1 is the lowest I can go. They said they fixed something but didn't. Their patch job fooled us. Within weeks the same spot cracked again. They refuse to respond to our calls for assistance. So we'll have to put out more $$. Found hidden internal water damage where the crack is. It took us 5 months to get the title that we paid in full for. Again, they ignore your calls for information/ help. Every time I look at this RV I feel sick! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My husband bought a trailer from them in April. He agreed to consign our old one. He took it down a few weeks later. For the first few weeks, they had it out on the lot. Then, we drove by several times (we don't live in the area) and didn't see it. We assumed they had sold it and hadn't touch base. In the meantime, my husband gets a message on FB asking if it's available. He directs them to Carson Pass RV. The man said he had already talked to them (drove a long distance to see it) and they told him it had been returned to us (it had not) and tried to sell him a different one instead. My husband had a friend call and be interested. No call back in 48 hours. I drove by since I was in the area. Nothing in the lot. Then I drove to the fence that shares a side with the bank next door and it was tucked in the corner where nobody could see it from any other angle. Needless to say, we took the trailer back. After months of looking for a destination trailer I found one here, I purchased it and that part was easy. It is a used unit, it's a 2022, so no owners manual. I was told it had dual black water tanks, I asked them about that several times and was told yes, it has dual black tanks. The control panel shows 2 black tanks, It has dual gray tanks. At final inspection I was NOT shown how to dump the tanks ( I realize my bad for not asking more questions). After delivery black tank 2 was filling up, I called the service dept and asked how to access the second tank, I was told it didn't have one, after a little back and forth they said they never said it did, a complete lie!!! As I explained that was a major contributor to my purchase, again just well sorry you misunderstood, I did not misunderstand I was misinformed !! I mentioned I was not shown the outside workings of the unit and his response was, "I find that hard to believe since we always do", well not this time!! The interior workings were explained. The dining chairs were made to have a small storage compartment under the hinged seat, only one had the bottom on for the compartment, so I asked if they could add the bottom to the others, they did to one and checked the only other chair that had the bottom and assumed they all did, so they only did the one chair, I know a minor issue, but still!! Everyone was very nice at the dealership, but I feel I was grossly misinformed, would I have purchased the unit anyway? I'm not totally sure. read more

We made an appointment three weeks in advance to have an Annual Slide Out service performed. We are traveling over 100 miles to go camping and wanted to have the service performed beforehand in that area. I talked with the Carson Service Rep for over 15 minutes going over the scope of work (cleaning, measuring, adjusting, etc,) time required and costs. The appointment was to be the first one in the morning so we could stop in, have the service performed and go on to the campground. It was very clear to both parties as to what was to be done, when and that it was NOT a drop off. Today, I called to confirm and was told OK. A few minutes later, I received a call that they thought it was a "drop off" and that they couldn't perform a Sideout Annual in the two hours quoted. This sounds like "bait and switch" tactics to me and poor ethics as we have scheduled our departure trip around this appointment. If you go to Carson, that is your choice but I advise you to get everything in writing to protect yourself and your wallet. read more

I took my trailer there for them to sell it with an uderstanding that they would be keeping whatever profit was left after my loan on the trailer was paid off. We both had an understanding there would be no out of pocket cost towards me for the sale of my trailer. I had not heard anything from Armando so I decided to in to talk to him to see if my trailer was sold. Armando informed me that my trailer had sold and they comehad made a profit of $2300. He then informed me that I owed them $1,250.00 on top of their $2300.00 profit they had already earned. I informed him that was not the agreement that we had settled on. At that point Armando yelled at the top his lungs at me saying, "Sit down and shut up before you piss me off!" I was taken back by the sudden change in character from him and asked if this was the way he treated all his customers. Only after discussing with another employee I found out that they were charging $1600 for a trailer inspection. When we originally spoke Armando informed me that the cost of the inspection would only be $500. My experience with them was very bad, I hope you don't use this establishment to sell or purchase a trailer. read more

First let me start with the positive of this business; Howard, he's amazing and fixed our 2012 Lance 2285 when we needed a new antenna. Now, for the negative, Armando. I'm not sure if he's an owner, or just part of the sales team, but I recommend you deal with someone else or take your business to another RV dealer. My husband and I were looking to trade in our Lance for something bigger and found a 5th wheel on their lot. I understand they are super busy with COVID, but the service I received during our last one minute phone conversation was terrible. I was told (maybe bc I'm a woman) that "he thought he made himself clear" when referring to the price and the offer he sent via email once today at 10:30 am. I was shocked and didn't know what to say about how rude he was over the phone. I tried to explain my position before asking for my deposit back. He said, "yeah, this coach isn't for you, goodbye" and hung up the phone. I sent him a text about how rude I though he was and he's since apologized, but that's no way to treat your customers. Oh and he also made some pretty disrespectful comments about my brother-in-law, who just bought a motor home from him for 50k. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership who will treat you with respect no matter if it's a seller's or buyer's market. read more
