Nine days after delivery, water was streaming through the kitchen and closet after the first rain. Roof seals were visibly cracked -- something their service center should have caught and disclosed. Since reporting the issue: two certified letters ignored, emails bounced, service contract provider had no record of our $4,999 plan, CEO promised a callback and never called, supervisor raised her voice and told me her time was more important than mine. They also sent DMV paperwork to the wrong address and now want us to pay a $25 fee to release the $280 refund they owe us -- for their own error. They fixed that and sealed EVERYTHING! The last days of heavy rain we had, it has stayed dry, no more leaks. They repaired the back wall of the bunk area, reinforced undreneath & painted it.
