Bought hitch lock from this place. Tried it, didn't fit. came back to return it a week later with receipt. I was told that they couldn't take it back because item was already open, even though it was sold to me that way. When I let them know that, they said that there's a five day return policy. We just bought a travel trailer from this place. We were treated very well by sales staff. They had all the paperwork ready to close the sale before we arrived and saved us lots of time. Before leaving Mike from the service department walked us through all the systems in the trailer and answered all of our questions. Dan in service was also helpful and gave us really good advice. I know its not the nicest looking RV place. Yet, we got a very good deal on our trailer, everyone was helpful and professional. Would i recommend someone buy an RV from here? Yes. read more

We bought our first travel trailer from this dealer. Horrible mistake! They hid a major flaw/damage! Service/sales rep stood on a major soft spot on the floor so we wouldn't walk on it ourselves. They have an "as is" policy. When we used our trailer for the first time we discovered the problem. Now I'm afraid we may just fall thru. Repair services said not worth fixing, too major of a problem. Expensive lesson learned. read more

Here's another crap review for a crap company with liars. We came in to look at a motor home the guy walks up and looks at me like I can't afford it. Apparently driving an $90k dollar car isn't enough these days. Instead of saying hello, hi, thanks for stopping by he says it's $200k....ok I didn't ask for the price I can see it on the windsheild. He then stares at me and waits for me to ask to look in it....again hesitating and waddling off since I'm making him work to go retrieve keys. We look in the motorhome and there's standing water on a shelf near a window. I show him the water and he replies o it must be from someone who spilled water. I also point out the cracked and bubbling varnish right near the water where quite possibly water had leaked previously. (It rained here the night before). Right so someone was in the motorhome before us and managed to spill water next to the same area that has water damage?? If this place is willing to lie about little things like that who knows what else is wrong with a $200k motorhome. I'll take my business elsewhere thank you. read more

My husband and I were in the market to buy an RV. We decided to shop around and went to Denis RV first. While we were looking around, one of the salesman approached us and instead of helping us and providing good customer service to find the right RV he was too busy bad mouthing their competitors. His negative rant went on and on and it was uncalled for. I did not care to hear his opinion of the other RV dealerships in this area. Needless to say we left disappointed. I would never buy anything from a business that bad mouths another business. And their RV's were not that impressive to begin with. However; we did find a wonderful RV at Manteca RV. Don't count on them to make things right if they make a mistake. My brother bought a used RV "as is" and they said they would deliver. One of their employees delivered the trailer to the property and hit a fence when he backed it in. The employee damaged the fence and broke pieces off the trailer and they refuse to fix it even though their own employee caused the damage. read more

Great experience from start to finish! Found an RV travel trailer on Craigslist and drove down to see it in person. There weren't any salespeople available that Saturday, but I prefer the less pressure environment anyhow. We spent about an hour walking around inside and out really checking out the trailer and even walked through the other few on the lot. We then went to the Repair Manager to ask a few questions and he was so great and informative and really took his time to answer all our questions. We then headed home and made arrangements with our credit union for financing. We had to email their office a few times do get details on upgrades, VIN, specs for the financing portion, and they were always so quick to respond and very detailed. The price was so fantastic, we didn't bother trying to negotiate - we knew the rare gem of a deal we had found. Once financing was secured, we contacted them for an appointment to come down and finalize the deal and do our walk through. Once we arrived, we went through the paperwork process super quick and easy and then we were handed to a great guy who took his time and walked us through every switch, light, process, system, nut and bolt. He was so patient and knowledgeable and really took his time to make sure we understood everything and to answer any questions we had. In addition, while doing the walk through, they noticed the bathroom fan wasn't turning on, and they had that fixed and running before we left. Once all done, they even helped my husband get it all hooked up to our truck and ready to go. By far the best experience and we are so grateful and pleased with not only the amazing deal we got, but the treatment we received from start to finish. Highly recommend!!!! ***Update - when we initially saw and toured the trailer, we noticed warping and bubbling in the front cap and specifically asked about it to which we were advised by the service manager it was totally normal and due to the hot sun. We thought he would know best as the service manager and believed him. When we picked up the trailer we asked again about it and were advised and reassured again it was fine and normal and cosmetic only. Well that is a flat out lie. We have since learned it is delaminating due to possible water damage and the repairs will run $3-4K! We have only owned the trailer for 2 months!! Absolutely devastated and frustrated with the misrepresentation. Do not trust them on their word! read more

Called today looking for a sidewinder parallel cord for a Yamaha generator. I called a few places prior to calling Denis RV and they all understood what I was looking for. The man that answered said I don't know what you mean is it this or that or what. "What does it look like?" I said hold on let me ask my husband. He replies "well you should have had him call in the first place" So rude! I said you know what never mind sorry to be such a bother! Went here to look at a couple trailers. We looked at the first two and then we're exactly what we wanted but we did see one that might have been out of our price range but we wanted to see inside. He told us to go walk over there he will grab a key and unlock it for us.We stood outside the trailer for 15 minutes waiting he never showed up we walked back to our car and left, horrible customer service. My husband and I went here looking for a toy hauler. We found one we were interested in, the salesman asked us for $500 down payment to go towards the purchase and sent us to the credit union they deal with to secure financing. It was a Saturday so we didn't find out until Monday we were not able to get approved. To my shock, Denis RV CASHED my check without ever receiving a valid contract. We never signed any paperwork, all we had was a receipt with the model number and total price which we were told to bring to the bank! They over drew my bank account. When I called and asked why they cashed my check without a sales contract, the lady told me it was a non refundable deposit! Excuse me but who the hell in their right mind would give a $500 non refundable deposit for a "chance" to buy a toy hauler? People don't just have an extra $500 laying around!! I was soooo upset. I asked why they would cash the check if there was never a contract?!? She told me she would see about getting my money back because maybe the "policy" wasn't explained correctly. I don't even think that's legal. The paper clearly said $500 down payment, and then we didn't buy it...do there's no down payment! They just took our money. Finally they said they would refund the money but after a 72 hour hold to make sure it had gone through. I assured them it had since my account was continuing to incur charges. End of story, a week later I get my money back. They had a good selection of motor homes etc...too bad their shady business practices will be the reason I never return or recommend them to anyone. read more

I don't usually post negative reviews. However over this past week I have been very disappointed, pissed, etc with a local company. Mamma Bear has come out in FULL FORCE! My friends know 2 of my sons have served selflessly in the United States Army Infantry, With DISTINCTION !!! My oldest son was transferred from Fort Benning, Georgia to Fort Wainwright, Ak. A 6,000 move with a new born baby. They had a 1 year old camp trailer used 5 times that they left in their home town of Turlock for sale at a "local" company, because they felt their "hometown" would take care of them. Being in the military you are at the mercy of the Federal Government and hopefully HONEST citizens. Unfortunately our family found out one company in Turlock is not honest and does not treat our military with respect or honesty. Denis RV sold his trailer 18 months after taking the consignment and on the exact date my son called to say he was picking the trailer up. Unfortunately Denis RV shorted my son $1,400 from the amount they were to pay. Bruce Denis lied to him repeatedly. So disappointed that anyone would treat a military family like this let alone a highly decorated, PURPLE HEART recipient who has served his country and Bruce Denis SELFLESSLY. I brought my travel trailer into Best RV Center in Turlock last Monday. It needed a new awning arm, power cord and new weight distribution bars. I met Romeo, the main tech. in their service department. He was courteous, fast and very knowledgeable. He gave me a quote, which I considered very fair, and told me they would fix the trailer in the next few days. To my pleasant surprise, Romeo called that afternoon and said the trailer was ready to pick up. The work was first rate, the bill was exactly the quoted price and they even took the time to explain how to safely use the new weight distribution bars.
