We did not purchase an RV, however, the short experience that we had was more than enough to provide this review. 1. Responded to a Facebook Marketplace add for a 27 foot motorhome. We drove 1.5 hours to see it. When we got there, it looked much longer. We asked the salesperson to get a tape measure and it was WAY OVER 27' 2. While we were there, one of their employees was on the phone calling someone a "Mother f'er" loud enough for us to hear. When my husband asked the salesperson who that was, she said, "Its none of your business." 3. Upon Inspection of the RV that we were told had no water damage, it had visible signs of water damage. Also a broken windows that was not seen in the pictures posted. read more

Don't walk, Run from this company, They will tell you anything you want to hear, They don't inspect anything, sold me a motorhome and said tires where 3 years old, was 13 years, said frig worked and I spend 2500 repairing it, 3300 on tires now it's in the shop for transmission and engine leaks. I have had it 8 weeks and haven't used it yet and may never get to use it. I will have spend when done close to 20,000 in repairs after they told me everything was in working order. Modesto RVs center What a terrible experience. I had called and talked to the guy running this place a couple times about this motor home that was listed online. I asked a couple questions: Does everything work? Does this have the cat diesel engine? He confirmed with me twice on the phone and twice over text that it did indeed have a cat diesel engine. I drove two and a half hours to his place of business. When I pulled up, I noticed the lot was dirty, and there were some nice rvs, and some rvs in disrepair. Upon inspection, there were several things misrepresented. The biggest being that it did NOT HAVE A CAT DIESEL ENGINE. It also had dead batteries, The front air conditioning unit was not working, and the fridge did not work. 0/10 Do not recommend read more

Not thrilled with this place. Went to look at an RV that was there on consignment. I felt like I was rushed to complete the sale. The person at the front office was more interested in going home than to answer questions and did not.appear to have much knowledge about how the features work. Condition was not even close to how it was described over the phone. No fresh water in the tank to even test and verify the plumbing was working. Am I just supposed to take your word for it? Seems like a fly by night operation to me. Avoid this place. read more

When my elderly mother bought her RV from them it was issue after issue right from the very start! She has taken it out twice and it has been one SAFETY ISSUE after the next. The scariest was the front windshield literally slipping/falling as she was driving! Started hearing a wind noise that kept getting worse. She realized what she believed to be chalking was tape! She has had to have one service provider out after the next all finding something that should have been resolved before selling to anyone let alone a senior citizen on her own, trusting the business she was purchasing from. All have agreed to TESTIFY on her behalf because of the blatant disregard for safety during the inspection and service before the sale. She will be seeking legal action. Buyer beware. Obviously this company is willing to do or say anything to get a sale. I have to respect that I did get reimbursed for a generator repair, but it took two months to get the title and the salesman Isaac misled us on a number of points, either out of ignorance or deliberately I don't know: batteries were sulfated, he thought the generator needed a fuse but it was just a dirty carb, leaking front roof that Isaac said stayed completely dry during a recent rainstorm, mold/dry-rot throughout the cabover, levelling system needed maintenance, they sprayed some shine-up goop on the front end that's left stains, no smog check ( I had to do it a month later, but I did get reimbursed.), etc. Worst was the old tires, they sent us home on 14-year old Michelins which was a reasonable bet, but still it was risking our lives for a sale. This was my fourth RV so I knew what to look for, nothing was too surprising except for the tires (we went at Sunset, I couldn't read the m'fr date and had to believe Isaac when he said that they were practically new. Notably, I took them to two tire dealers and they both said "if it were me, I'd drive on them for short trips." Michelin says that their tires last 10 years, so that's why this dealer got two stars instead of one) After all the repairs, I admit that I got a nice RV for a decent price. If you go there, look at EVERYTHING and make your own conclusions. read more

AVOID THESE LIARS. Bought a trailer from them recently that they claimed they were selling on consignment for an owner- they made that up. They lied about the tires being 2 years old, (turns out they are the originals via manufacture date stamp). It wasn't until we signed paperwork and were hooking the trailer up that they "couldn't find the keys" they made up a story about the owner being out of town with the keys, then lied about sending the keys after I didn't hear from them for a week. Refused to send tracking (as we had agreed) and went dark. Battery was dead when we got home, and water heater was bad (even though they claimed everything worked great). Looking on here, it looks like they have done the same thing to others. Makes sense now why they hide the company name from Craigslist adds... scammers and liars. God, I only wish I had found these reviews before dealing with Isaac Davis. DO NOT fall for his many promises and warranty guarantees. We gave him a deposit conditional on everything working "great", but came back with our RV tech and found out there were many, many issues, including extensive rot (that had been covered up) and broken appliances. He promises a 30-day refund if big problems were found. We never even took possession and he became very nasty and says tough luck on getting our $4,000 back. Oh, and if your foolish enough to try to deal with him, be prepared for fake callers blowing up his phone wanting to buy what you're looking at. He'll even put them on speaker phone so you can hear how much they want to buy it... all fake to put pressure on you to buy! Will be filing complaints and try taking him to court, but what a nightmare. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK! read more

Unfortunately this place plays fast and loose with the truth! I found the "Sales Manager" / "Owner" hides behind his son's name on the ownership according to the DMV, will say,do and lie about anything as long as it makes a deal happen. I feel as though the Smog check on our motor home was fraudulent, the sales manager showed me some part he says was replaced to clear the code for a check engine light, the thing is this part is not even applicable to my motor home and yes the "Check Engine Light" came back on after 10 miles.I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Automotive Repair on the Smog shop that signed the certificate as well as the Department of Motor Vehicles for California for this dealer's involvement in the Smog Certificate scheme. Secondly, my registration was held from 7/20 until 8/24 before the documents, fees, and taxes were paid at the DMV OFFICE although this may not be illegal it certainly does NOT represent honesty and integrity in my humble opinion. Very disappointed! We scheduled an appointment on a Sunday morning with the owner of the business ... a gentleman. Took time out our day to drive an hour to be on time "10:30 sharp" to be greeted by the young lady who works in the office that can't answer any of our questions and didn't know how to work the Motorhome we were interested in. When we reached out to the owner and asked why he didn't show up his respond was "Does it really matters who shows it"? Professionalism at it finest ! Someone needs to educate Him on how to run a business. Oh for the RV ... they took pictures that did it justice. Rips in the seats. Curtains that were half off their hooks (broken) . Isaac at Modesto Rv on Salida Blvd saw to help me in my search. He worked with me every day for 5 days while we fixed minor issues and got things in order. Let me get started by saying this review can not do this place any justice. This rv center will upgrade your old rv for a new or "slightly used" one and in my case just sell you a lie. I found them on Craigslist advertising a RV. I was told the RV is in perfect condition and everything works. "Why would I lie to you? Come on this is my business." Welp yelp.. they lied.. Dead batteries, one headlight works, stove was never tested because I had to fix it to even turn it on, the hot water heater was dead dead, ac doesn't blow cold, heater doesn't turn on... list goes on. Give me a break. I know it is hard to do a thorough test of appliances in an rv when buying but people do not trust a dealership because they say you can. read more

The lot only had half dozen rigs in very poor condition which were advertised as excellent condition. Adam lied about the condition of coaches to get us to his lot. One coach had no vent cover over the bed, which was molded and wet. He said the roof was in excellent condition, but actually was rotted. read more

Was told by Adam the rv had no leaks and was in great condition,like new. only needing a set of tires and new awning. After driving for 4 hrs to get there I found the rv to be in very poor condition Obvious roof leaks, filthy dirty. The roof was leaking so bad that the siding had screws in it to try and hide the bubbles where the siding was delaminating from the water damage. I purchased a motor home from them 2 months ago and was told it was pristine and ready to go. After leaving the lot I found out the wipers didn't work and was on the road to Reno in the rain, I contacted Isaac he assured me he would take care of the problem, after arriving home the generator and jacks did not work and was told he would come up with a tech and fix everything which he did not with lies added to the story.
