Recently purchased an RV. Had to bring it back for warranty issues/repairs within the first week of ownership. After repairs were complete and I had the rv back home I noticed that they had removed my registration, all my insurance documents and an air mattress I had put inside one of the cabinets (the air mattress was over $100). When I called and asked them about where my stuff was they said they would get back to me. Of course they never got back to me! Thieves!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! Definitely do not hire them to do any additional work or anyone they recommend either! I also paid for what was supposed to be quality painting to redo the pinstriping and designs. Wow!!! Scam, scam, scam!! And VERY unprofessional! Some dude named "Nicholas" who claims to own the business verbally harassed me and my husband on social media about our travel trailer listing. He was giving us some lowball offer saying our trailer wasn't anywhere near worth what we listed it for. (We did our research, thanks.) We saw the horrible reviews about this company and decided to wait and he called us Karens saying "it won't sell." lol. Immature and unprofessional! It's no wonder you have a 1 star rating. Apparently, they are practicing without a business license. Check the BBB and consumer affairs website!!! Beware... and go elsewhere!! These people should be in jail and sued! Rafael was so incredibly patient and thorough. This is one of the largest RV dealerships I've ever seen. We were looking online to buy a toy hauler and went to many different places in Modesto series in Turlock and ended up here at the end of the day. The owner deal and we are in love with our toy hauler we have gone through it already and everything works just fine. They are also family owned. After doing all the paperwork and everything he told us if we noticed anything wrong within the next couple of weeks he would send his team out to fix it. Nothing is wrong and everything is clean and in working order. He offered us a great deal on our fifth wheel as well. Very honest and we are very happy. Thank you guys!!! read more

We had a terrible experience with RV Depot. We believe they are not trustworthy people and will spin things in their favor, adding charges and then backing out of a deal. Don't recommend. Our experience with this shady business- we find a RV they are selling, we come to look at it and make a deal. We had agreed upon a price out the door, but when we sat down to make the purchase, all of a sudden the man tells us it'll cost $1000 more that what we had agreed upon ("he will handle all of the registration"). We agreed and decided to pick up the following morning..then the following week..then another week, and another... about a month later, the owner calls us to tell us he cant sell it to us because its "not ready" .. which is interesting, why post and take the deposit if its in such horrible condition.. we received our deposit back but because he was very suspicious in handling our service, we would NOT recommend him or EVER go back. Be aware of the "extra charges" and you may not get your RV at all, for unknown reasons. SHADY! read more

These people are crooks, they tell you what you want to hear to make the sale. We bought a 2000 Ford E450 Tioga in Jan. of 2022, I drove it home and discovered the speedometer did not work. The selling point for us was it only read 30,800 miles, which we thought it should we should get a lot of use out of it with only 30,000 miles. When I got home I called the dealer who sold it to us, he said he would have his service guy come look at it the next day which was Saturday. Well he did not show up, I called and they told me his service guy had COVID, so I said well I have to have a working speedometer, he said well go have it looked at. I took it to Rush Ford in Ceres, they said it had to be replaced. I also found the cabin air did not work, and in their hurry to sell it to us the dog house over the engine was not attached properly. I called the dealer, and told him about the speedometer, he said well you bought it as is, I told him I would see him in court. We have yet to drive it any where, because after I finally located a speedometer to replace the with 30,800 miles on it, I had to pay to have the mileage changed to 30,800. The mechanic working on the RV said he could not install a speedometer that said 30,800, because the vehicle had over 100,000 miles on it, so the place that was selling the speedometer to me called me to tell me what the mechanic said. So now we have an RV with over 100,000 miles on it , and I had to replace the speedometer, fic the cabin air, have the dog house replaced, I also had to do some front end work. We have since found out that the refrigerator does not work, the little freezer does, so many other things, that just couldn't be that worn if 30,800 were the actual miles. I need to find the sellers real name and information to try to get a refund for fraud, he collected sales tax as well These guys don't even have a city business license, they certainly are not registered with the better Business Breau and their email address goes nowhere, their whole thing is a FRAUD read more

My husband bought a travel trailer from RV Depot. He was never given keys and recently found out the sewage tank was not emptied. The trailer leaks in multiple areas. Everytime he calls they never answer. Be very careful when dealing with this place or don't at all. read more

Communication is a real issue. It was like pulling teeth to get a response from the business. They had a motorhome listed I was very interested in and due to Covid the dealer said appointments were required. No problem except they won't respond in a reasonable amount of time. They are basically working off FaceBook Marketplace which as of writing this is the only place to find info on anything for sale from these guys. The ad only gives an option to message the dealer which I did. They drug their feet and only replied after multiple messages. Keep in mind FaceBook Messenger shows when a message has been read so I could see I was being ignored. They marked the unit as sold and wouldn't respond to me then they reposted it as available so I messaged again which they took forever to finally answer pushing it into the weekend when my bank was closed. Dealer offers no financing options. Anyway I asked to see the motorhome which was ignored as I later learned due to the dealers own admission that it was because my bank was closed till Monday. I would have left a deposit gladly if it had been the right coach. All I got was crickets. Finally after repeated messages being ignored I finally expressed my frustration at the dealer not responding and that it was rude. After this I noticed the dealer deleted the ad completely (not marked as sold) and then actually responded to my ad and claimed if I had called and left a message (even though their own instructions said due to Covid it was appointment only and no one was there) that someone would have returned my call. Sorry but the ad contact button prompts a message not a call which is what I did. Seller wanted to argue and claim I could have googled him for a phone number and then he would have gotten back to me. Bottom line the service was terrible. If I was the person consigning my coach I'd be pissed because these guys blew off a very serious buyer that likely would have resulted in a higher selling price (multiple interested parties). As a buyer it was a complete waste of time and frustrating experience. Don't bother with these guys. See the picture and if this is how you expect to be treated as a buyer or as a seller if this is how you want your potential buyers treated then I guess this is the business for you. Wow, the poor reviews for bad business practice is TRUE. Called and spoke with owner yesterday at 5:30 pm about an RV that was posted on Craigslist. I was initially impressed with answering phone after hours. I discussed details and agreed with owner I would come look at and purchase RV the next day. I let him know I was driving from Reno, NV and would leave around 8am the next morning. He agreed and said to check in in the morning. Well, I called the next morning at 8am after getting the family ready for a 2+ hour trip each way. I checked the posting and it had been deleted. A woman answered the phone who was obviously sleeping when I called. She told me the RV was not available in a disinterested tone and offered no explanation. I should have minded the Yelp reviews and just not called. BTW, the posting was listed in RV Sales on Craigslist by Owner NOT DEALER. Very dishonest and deceptive. I can only imagine how things would have gone if we had made the trip and tried to purchase. Probably for the better, BUT BUYER BEWARE!!! Stay healthy and thanks for reading. read more

Called three RV Dealers and all there phones went to voice mail with no return calls. Called RV Depot and the phone went into voice mail so I hung up. Three minutes later they called me and explained how the consignment worked, my major concern was getting the price right. After I hung up their owner called with in 5 minutes to advise on price. We could only talk ballpark pricing since they hadn't seen the RV, he said bring it down immediately. Took the RV in on Wednesday afternoon and dropped it off. The paperwork was 1 form, they said they would put a shine on the RV and list it with on line sites. Friday it was professionally photographed and listed, the RV was sold on Sunday. It was great working with John and Samantha the owners, very professional and caring. If you want to sell fast with no worries call RV Depot. I am sure glad I did because they know what good customer service is. read more
