Called and service person said it would be over one month just to get an insurance estimate for replacing 3 awnings on my class C Motorhome

We recently visited the Nohr's RV Center in Tracy,CA. What a great experience. The people were cheerful and ready to handle all questions without any pressure to purchase. The sales person Anthony greeted us and remembered that we had been to Nohr's before. He helped us see interiors, exteriors explain options etc. While we were looking we were greeted by the main technician Chuck who gave us insites into service for the various brands. Then we met service coordinator Russell and Robb the general manager. Unbelievably it was a relaxing experience. We are still on the fence because of family obligations. We got rid of the camper we bought here and bought an Airstream from Fairfield dealership and they have been first class all the way. STAY AWAY!!! We have had a nightmare experience after purchasing a used trailer from Nohrs. Long story short, we bought it, tried it out for one night, got home the next day and the fender completely fell off and the gas did not work. We were told they would cover the repairs because there is no way that damage happens in one night. After back and forth with Nohrs, and the trailer being in the shop for the past month, we ended up with a $1300 bill out of our own pocket because the "warranty" that is included is not yet in effect. I talked to multiple employees and was always given the run around and promises of giving a call back because they were in a meeting to never get a call back. I had to call every other day to find answers and fight for compensation for a faulty propane line and system that was tattered before it was sold to me. The service manager Russell was the o Lu person who actually helped me as much as he could. The owner Mike called me after a month and said he would deal with it to never get a call back from him. The fender fell clean off on the way home and the rivets completely busted and on the second day of owning the trailer. Initially talked to Chris and said that that is an issue and he would try to make it right. Back and forth I was blamed for hitting a bump on the road that caused the fender to fall off and cause the propane line to break. There was no integrity and trust from a dealership you pay services too and in the end once you sign the paper you no longer a valued customer. Terrible experience overall and I would not recommend purchasing from Nohrs. Bad customer service, they promise to return calls and figure things out but they never call back. read more

This review is long overdue! We bought our first travel trailer here in 2022, an InTech Sol Eclipse. The next year we traded it in for a slightly bigger one, the Sol Horizon. Nohr's was one of the few dealers who sell the brand InTech, which is why we initially looked here. We ended up being very pleased with both of our interactions. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and the buying process was straightforward. Both times we felt we paid a fair price. We never felt like they were playing games with pricing. A few years prior (pre-pandemic) we were at another place, we'll call it Dealer Xstream, and were ready to buy. Having looked at other dealers and knowing what that particular trailer was going for, we made an offer and they said it was too low (it was within average price range in Northern California); they said there was no way they could accept. We didn't buy a trailer that day. Literally the next day they called and asked if we still wanted to buy at our way too low asking price. We declined. We are now super happy with our Sol Horizon from Nohr's and are glad we kept looking around. Nohr's played no games and were transparent with their pricing. With a purchase this big, transparency is very appreciated. We have also had warranty repairs/service done here. Getting the trailer serviced has not always been quick, but it is done well. The long lead time seems to be true of pretty much anywhere you get work done on recreational vehicles in the post pandemic world. Overall, I would recommend Nohr's RV to anyone who is in the market, and InTech trailers to anyone who is looking for a high quality product! read more

Being there's only a few RV service places in Tracy,CA., we decide to try Nohr's RV Center. Chuck is there senior technician, very knowledgeable about RV's. Unfortunately there's some newbie young tech and repairs just might not get repaired correctly! We, like others did not receive updates or return phone calls, we also called to check on our unit, service employee Ed, was giving us incorrect information on our repairs, Ed, said we would need to replace 4 doors. What, there's only 2 doors on our unit! Drove to Nohr's to chat face to face, they lack communication skills! Russell saw me and said, your here to pick up RV, I said no one called to inform us service's were completed! We returned with our tow vehicle, paid invoice bill. Drove off there lot got half mile away, No trailer brakes!! Strange, we had trailer brakes when we dropped off our unit! Called service no answer, called Greg in parts department informed him about no trailer brakes! Days later...never a return phone call! We did tow trailer back to Nohr's RV, explained the situation we left trailer there again, they did figure out the problem, their Mistake! Would we have future services at Nohr's RV Center.... Had a problem with my 2020 Palomino backpack camper on my F350. The pop up top was stuck in the halfway position and wouldn't work even when power was supplied to the camper. Took it to Nohr's and was out of there with in the hour. Truly efficient and knowledgeable service from Chuck in the service department. This review should be a 0. We have a travel trailer that we wanted to fix up and have sold. I dealt with Robb Rowe, who initially responded very quickly to our request to have the trailer serviced for repairs and consigned. However, as soon as I mentioned we thought something was going on with the electrical in the trailer, I was not only ghosted, but my number was blocked and I could not call to find out what was going on. I tried calling from a different number, was able to get through and left a message that no one returned. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional and immature behavior in my life. There was no reason whatsoever to have handled the situation the way they did. They should have done the right thing, the professional thing, and told us that maybe this wasn't something they were willing or able to handle. I will never recommend this company. read more

Brought out camper to get fixed under warranty in Mid November, as this was the soonest appointment. Had to call multiple times to attempt to get an update with no response multiple times. We were told end of December that things were approved and parts should be shipping soon. Then radio silence again. Ended up calling forest river corporate who said that claim was never approved due to blurry pictures being sent. They had apparently attempted to get in contact with Nohrs to get new photos. Ended up picking our trailer up today not fixed to take to a different dealer. Informed service department of conversation with forest river, no answers and RV was left dirty. Feeling very frustrated about being lied to about the status of our RV and lack of interest in getting it fixed. Update: reviewed paperwork, trailer wasn't even looked at until 12/18, approximately a month after intake on a scheduled appointment. read more

I highly recommend Nohr's RV both in sales and service department. Their customer service is amazing!! We decided to purchase our trailer at Nohr's RV just over a month ago. I've been warned about different dealers and service departments so of course I was nervous but Eli in sales and Carlos in finance made it so easy. We filled out our application on line and after LOTS of work finding a lender and helping us save money we drove off after 1 hour inside the store. The trailer did have a couple issues (new always does) and one were the lights installed wrong. I called Mike in service department and he said to bring it right in and they would fix it ASAP. WOW! Is all I can say. We went in ready to buy a trailer. The yard guy was helpful and attentive. We were literally the only people on the lot and nobody helped us. The yard guy was nice enough to get us a sales guy. The sales guy comes out and says hello but had to leave right away because he was supposedly with another customer. He never came back and so we got tired of waiting and on our way out saw him sitting inside playing on his phone. I can only imagine how they would be if you have any issues with your purchase. We visited Nohrs RV today and were saddened & very disappointed in NOT being allowed to walk through their RV lot unless we were escorted by a salesperson. We were told by the general manager that this was a NEW policy requirement due to their special liability insurance, but we were very skeptical as we have never encountered a similar restriction at ANY other RV Sales organization. We have always had the freedom to walk through & view RVs on our own; then if we had questions, we could find a sales representative to help us. We have been coming to Nohrs over the past few years with no problems, but will NOT likely return due to this ridiculous new policy. We left when the finance guy told us interest rates were 8-9% we knew that was not true because we had arranged our own financing.

We bought a 2023 Lance 2465 a couple months ago. We were treated very well and are very happy with our purchase. This would be five stars except that we need to get it in for service as the stove doesn't have any gas getting to it. We have called and left a message with the service department. We filled out the form online and texted about this issue. We haven't heard a thing from anyone about this issue. If you spend $$$$ for a RV a person should be able to schedule a service in order to get a new RV fixed. This an extremely frustrating experience and one we are not happy with! read more

I shopped around prices before going into Nohr's RV Center. Their prices were easily $3k less than 3 other RV dealerships in the East SF Bay Area and Sacramento! On top of their competitive prices, all of the staff have been extremely helpful and nice! I bought a T@G XL MAX teardrop trailer from them. They did some small modifications and set me up great, I left for a 3 week roadtrip that day. Months later... I came back in to reverse some of those original modifications. Most expensive lemon we've ever purchased. Oct. 2020 we purchased a brand new Forest River Shockwave. Price was non Negotiable. We had an upcoming trip in two days and their team promised it would be done. Walk through was done with my husband and dozens of items (almost all still not fixed) were notated. Including the tore up chairs. On top of that, we paid over $1000 for the inspection & "cleaning fee" and they didn't clean anything. When called, we were transferred or told they will let the manager know. Turns out the service manager is no longer there and another manager took his place. She over promised as well and to this day, we have had zero phone calls or items fixed. Both managers provided written repair orders notating items still needing fixed & stated it's in writing so this should make us feel better. Their words and paperwork are worthless. Don't let them full you. Every single trip we have had issues with this RV. While out of town in Tahoe, all power sources went out. My husband called Norh's and their service team could not provide any trouble shooting or assistance. They always seem irritated you called and unwilling to provide any solutions. They told him to call the manufacturer. I debated writing this review for the last 9 months. But no one deserves this poor service. At no point in time have we been disrespectful, rude or made unreasonable request. We simply wanted them to fix the issues and provide assistance. Do not waste your time & purchase your RV from this place. read more

Spoke with Evan and although very knowledgeable he did not tell us that upon running our card for a deposit of a camper trailer that it would be non-refundable. If you leave a deposit it would be best if you left cash. They later claimed it was a fee by the credit card company and appropriately so but I should have told prior. Long story short they will not refund the $50.00. We ended up purchasing out of state. I will also mention they told me that if I bought out of state they would not service the same trailer they are a dealer for if brought in for warranty. Food for thought for anyone looking to purchase there. read more
