Finally my co boat owner went in and saw it dismantled and in the elements and in extremely bad shape. If it wasn't dismantled we would have taken it out of there immediately and now we are stuck. Ive been calling for the last week and I cannot even get a returned phone call. At this point I'm going to have my attorney contact them! READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! They are all the same story and I wish I read them before taking my boat in! Updated to 3 stars because we got the boat back and water tested it and it's running good. The owner is a nice guy and I will give him the benefit of that Doubt that he had employees out and it was a crazy boat season but as a business owner myself, not calling customers back is not ok. Just call me back and tell me something... anything.

Super friendly family operated business that took care of me above and beyond in a time of need. My…read moreexperience was with my trailer so I can't speak to boat repair, but I can speak to the quality of service and integrity these people have. I broke down with my family when my bearings started smoking on my boat trailer, no other regular mechanic would do the job but they told me to bring it in, this was 8:00am. I got there 30 minutes later and had 3 guys come out and were already working in my trailer in minutes. They figured out the problem, sent me out to get parts after recommending 2 places. Before leaving one guy thought to check the bearings on the other side and sure enough both needed to be replaced. Brought two sets back, they installed everything while I went to grab a bite to eat and by 11:30 I was out of there for an honest price of $445. That's about $140 per hour labor or less since there were some parts and tax. Honest family that heard my story, realized my situation that I was 3+ hours from home and would likely never see them again and they still went above and beyond for me! Highly recommended!!

This review is late, but I really wanted to see how the repair faired during normal use. I had…read morework done almost a year ago for a side panel that came loose and bent back in transit. It was a partial aluminum panel against a window running along the front edge of my trailer. Not a too complicated repair, but you still want the repair to hold up and NOT look like a repair. Customer service was simply amazing. Rachelle was on top of every thing. From my initial call to responding to my calls and emails, and delivery, she was on top of it. Being the face of the company, you always want someone who knows how to take care of you and answer all your questions. If she didn't have the answer, she got back to me in a timely manner. She dealt with my insurance company and I rarely had to relay any information back and fore. As for the repair, the repair looks great. Paint was matched very well, but to be fair, my trailer is only 5+ years old at the time and well-cared for. The biggie was them matching the decals on my trailer for the panel that was repaired/replaced, which was great. The only evidence something was done was with new sealant. That being said, I did find some minor things like a loose marker light that was not properly sealed and secured, and similar things to tighten up. Because I maintain my trailer frequently from washing to tightening things up, like most trailer users should do, it was not hard to spot. Overall, I am very happy with the work provided and incredibly impressed by the service provided by Rachelle. I would highly recommend them from my experience. That being said, I have only taken the trailer out a few times on short trips under mild conditions since the repair. I will provide any appropriate updates if I have any issues.
