I went to other shops in town, and nowhere have I had service like this. Great shop and although I decided on going a different direction, I will come to this place in the future Update: Stopped by On Sept 23rd, and talked to Javier again to see about installing a replacement door and fender for my Tahoe. My passenger door and fender were pretty worn down and he said he can do the work needed to replace and install the 2 huge parts. I decided to buy the parts myself and have his guys install it. He gave me a quote and I said let's do it. He said come in Monday morning. Now, unlike other body shops where you get the run around or have to call back to "see if theirs an opening" or body shops forgetting about your appointment,... None of that happened here! Arrived Mon the 28th and he said he may need all day and possibly tomorrow morning. I said "keep it a week." I've had the damage for over a year and I can wait a few more days.... Close to 4pm, same day, I get a call saying..."it's ready to pick up!!!" If that's not EXCELLENT service, especially for a body shop, I don't know what is. I will trust Javier and his crew with all and any FUTURE body work, paint, full paint jobs, or anything having to do with his shop. His shop will be the first one I call!
