Having to be towed is never a great experience, but I have to say this was a very pleasant one. Picked me and my car up, took us to Les Schwob, made sure my car was put into a Bay . All of that done with a smile, positive attitude and in 30 min. Highly recommend! I had an appointment at Less Schwob to replace one tire, got there on time, paid , then sat there for 2 hours! There was one other customer waiting and 2 vehicles in thier Bay.....I've used them fir years, however ,customer service on that day wasn't the best. Brando's....5 stars from this customer! I had a tire blow out, missed work, and got yhe run around trying to find a tow service near me that didn't want $300 to tow my vehicle 1.4 miles.... but there I was smiling and feeling positive vibes as me and my vehicle were being towed, because of such great customer service !!!! Who would have thought the tow truck driver/owner/tow company would be the ones to make my daybetter Average price quoted to me , for a Escalon tow was $250, I called at least 10 places they either don't service Escalon, or if they are willing, it's gonna cost you Brando's price $80.....So if anyone's stuck and needs a tow in the Oakdale, Escalon and beyond areas Brando's Tow is the one to call. Maricela was the person who I gave this information to. They decided to "keep my car" and said they're take a look with a diagnostics test, then they call me the same day after I already got a rental because I thought THEY'd fix the issue; saying "oh come pick up the car its good to good, we didn't find any issues" MIND. YOU. I just bought the car from WESTERN MOTORS DEALERSHIP Aug of 2024; Then just recently, the car went into limp mode so I took it back to the service department & they ran a diagnostics and saw that my SPARK PLUGS AND COIL were bad and need replacement which LOL I TOOK my car there in February 2025 and TOLD them that was the issue but got looked at like I'm dumb. Anyways, and then proceeded to tell me that they will keep my car for a few days until warranty covers the parts and then start the repair... I said no way because that means I pay for a rental AGAIN, and have to pay them for their labor and the storage fees & whatever the repair costs which was dumb because it's literally an EASY fix I know this because I took my car from there right away to a family friend who is a mechanic and he told me this is literally an hour- 1/2 hour job. And they fixed it right away. And my car has been running so well. I just wish that Maricela actually took my concerns seriously instead of brushing me off and running around the bush with me. Going to definitely consult with a lawyer to return my car to them because they sold me a car without even properly making sure things were right fully with it. And this service department sucks on top of it, just cuz I'm a girl they made it seem like I'm stupid. Even charged me 100$ for the diagnostic test when LOL I had already previously told them what the issue is.
