Within 15 minutes it was down nine psi. My friend and I started looking online for tire shop recommendations, but it was nearly 5 PM on Saturday so... Most were closing soon. Luckily, Golden State Tires was open and able to help us. It was a pretty great experience, considering what a headache it could've been. We were in and out of the tire place in about 15 minutes and only down $20 for the patch. We had to drive all the way back to Watsonville that night to get ready for an early friends Thanksgiving dinner the next day, so... we really really really appreciated the ease. I hope to never catch a flat in Turlock again but if I do... Might see ya there!

The light never went away and I later found out I actually had a nail in my tire the whole time. Pretty frustrating considering I specifically came in because I was worried about driving far safely. I wish they would've checked more carefully.

I waited nearly three hours for the work to be completed. After leaving, I drove about 30 minutes and parked the truck. When I returned, the truck would not start. After jump-starting it, I discovered that the positive battery terminal was loose. I called Les Schwab and explained what I found. They told me to bring the vehicle back. During the conversation, I asked whether they had tested the charging system before replacing the battery, and they told me they had not. Based on this experience, I would not recommend taking fleet vehicles here. The repair appears to have been rushed, the battery terminal was left loose, and the charging system was never properly diagnosed before the battery was replaced.

Ever since then I have noticed that my car steering wheel shakes when I drive a few miles over 50. I took it somewhere else and they rebalanced and rotated my tires. This is definitely not a place I would recommend due to their negligence.

They give you the option of texting photos of the damage. I did and got a long-written response from Charlie, but he wanted to follow up with a phone call. Based on my damage Charlie could not fix it, and he explained in detail why he couldn't. He then told me about two shops that could help but explained the fixing process of one of the shops which was local and what to expect. The shop that could do the complete job is in Sacramento. I will contact them. I learned stuff that I hadn't even thought about! I really appreciated the time Charlie took to explain my dilemma. You don't find many shop owners that go out of there way like Charlie, especially knowing that he could not fix it. He could have just told me, "I can't fix that, sorry" and left it at that. Great to see pride of ownership like that.
