I have been to this American Tire about 3 times now. I especially noticed this time of the customer service. They all have great customer service I recently went in for a tire rotation. Come to find out I actually need 2 new tires. Got all done with some new lugnuts placed. I like how they always explain everything which definitely helps to understand the pricing and the reasoning behind everything George. Ryan and Hannah were the ones who helped me. Thank you! read more

I came in as a walk-in for a tire repair (nail in one of my tires, which was under warranty) and was helped by Nathan. He was efficient, friendly, and explained everything clearly from the status of my tire tread to why I was due for a rotation. I was the third walk-in and waited about 45 minutes, which felt fair to me. Nathan also recommended new windshield wipers. I appreciated that when there was a misunderstanding about the pricing, he honored the price we initially discussed for the front set. Service was professional, transparent, and handled well from start to finish. I'll definitely return and recommend them. read more

I get as a sales person and company your job is to sell but to tell my wife you refuse to put her tire back on until she buys a tire, when all she was asking was if it could be patched up or not is ridiculous! And when being confronted about it all of a sudden, they could put the tire back on. Took advantage of a woman with her kids, lied to her face, lied to my face when confronted about it and have the nerves to have an attitude with me. Keep the money but thatll be the last time you guys ever get my business! Bunch of scums! read more

I've gotten new tires with America's tires before and usually have had good service. I had to deal with a blonde lady this time and had to deal with her attitude. Definitely requesting a knowledgeable male next time if I have to come back or go to a different location all together. read more

I couldn't recommend this tire shop enough. I came in due to an emergency flat. Skylar assisted me in choosing an appropriate replacement set. I became an America's tire company customer back in 1994. I got a slow leak in one of my tires and stopped off at the America's Tire company in Napa. They removed a screw in my tire and plugged it free of charge. Even after reminding them that these tires did not come from them they still did not charge me. The became my goto Tire Company for new Tires since. Here we are 30 years later and they are still my goto Tire company for new tires. All ATC locations are great. You get Great products and service at a great price. They have never done me wrong. That being said my local America's Tire is it's own special kind of awesome. They have always taken care of my tires and my families tires without problems ever since the opened. My wife and I were there today for some new tires on my beat up old pickup. They didn't charge me for labor replacing the spare under the truck (It can be a pain to remove and replace it) and they gave me a 5% discount for being a vet. You get more than you pay for. I rarely give out good reviews let alone 5 stars. The worse part of America's Tire Company at Hatch Road in Ceres is the Taco truck in the parking lot, It is only a 4 stars (Still really good) Taco Truck, But how many 5 star Taco trucks are there? read more

I recently had the pleasure of visiting America's Tire, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff members were incredibly helpful, displaying not only their expertise but also their genuine kindness and patience throughout my visit. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Moreover, the positive attitudes of the staff members made the entire experience enjoyable. Despite the busy environment, they remained composed and focused on providing exceptional service to each customer. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of tire services or assistance. To the hardworking individuals at America's Tire, thank you for your outstanding professionalism and positivity. Wishing you ALL continued success and happiness in life. Our Modesto guys have always been solid and amazing! We trust them with all of our tire needs. Prompt and courteous!

Went in for a nail in my tire and they told me they couldn't fix it and I needed to buy a new tire. Wanted a second opinion so I took it to budget tire and they fixed it no problem read more

Omg it took like 15 minutes (I also showed up at the time they opened) Glad I got the insurance on the tires when I purchased tires in October 2023 They said that the tire was not fixable because we were driving on it flat for too long and it made warps on the inside. So I got the replacement for free and the other tire that I had to get replaced earlier in the year. I never put the insurance back on it, so I just got the insurance back on both of the tires. Now all the tires are covered, and I also asked if the tire rotation was included (with the insurance), and if they could do for me, and they said yes, so because it went by so fast. I asked him to do the tire rotation. They helped me right away and we're basically walking out the front door to come to my car. Friendly great service, they value their customers. read more

Nathan was an amazing help I went in to get a quote on new tires since mine were in pretty bad shape and with winter and rain new ones were needed. Nathan helped get me quote in my price range as well as helped with any and all questions I had. He was extremely polite, helpful, and showed great customer service. He made my trip getting new tires almost effortless and I'm very appreciative ! Thank you Nathan and americas tire. I would recommend anyone to come here for whatever services they offer it's a great establishment and well ran business. read more

I'm do maintenance on my cars like it should be. Americas tires told me to do my tire rotation every 8000 miles, bad idea. My front tires are at the wear line while the rear tires have plenty of tread. On my Lexus I get it done every oil change and my 48 k tires lasted 70k. I bought the lifetime tire rotation at Americas tire. They need to change the policy on mileage rotation. I'm not a happy customer. read more

Today I brought my car in for a tire rotation and inspection. I was greeted with professionalism and a smile. Ryan did a phenomenal job at explaining my cars status and offered quotes on new tires and senors for our next visit. Honesty and integrity is all I ask for as a customer and they went above and beyond with both. Christine and Roberto were quick to get the job done and kept me informed of the finishing results. I highly recommend there services to anyone who is looking for a new and reliable tire shop. read more

Called about 5 local places to get quotes for a set of 4 tires for my mom. Nick helped me with the estimate, provided a couple quotes and eventually made the appointment for my mom to go in and get her tires. According to her once there the process was seamless. I would definitely recommend giving them a call when looking for tires. Out of the 6 quotes I received they were the most cost effective. My mom said she had also used this location for an oil change. read more

Came down for the weekend and guess what, a damn flat tire! Came into the shop about an hour and a half before closing and the guys were able to smoothly help fix the issue and add some sealer between the wheel and sidewall where it had a small leak! Nick and his team were extremely professional - I'd expect nothing less from American tires as I've always had a great experience shopping with them! P.S - they're brand new, and everyone here seems extremely friendly. read more

This is the best tire shop I've ever been too. The service was excellent from start to finish. Unfortunately I forgot the young lady's name who helped me but she is the "go to girl". She expedited my order in a timely manner. The customer service is over the top. The Hatch rd. shop in Modesto will be my tire shop from now on. read more

Made a appt at 9:15 it's now 10 and still have not got my tires rotated. I ask myself what's the point of an appointment if it's not going to get prioritize. I like there's service for the most part but it seems like today is not their day. read more

I had a blow out. I hit something in the road so I had to put on the spare. Customer service is seriously next level! Blonde young lady took care of my truck around 5:30PM when closing is at 6:00PM. She had me in and out and was very informative and honest. Just moved to the area and this will definitely be my go to. Thanks Americas Tire! read more

To whom it may concern: I had the pleasure of purchasing tires from your Ceres store. I was greeted by Nikko and both he and Edwin helped me. My safety was first priority as they had a immaculate store. Hand sanitizer available and masks being worn by all staff.  My car was ready in record time. They were knowledgable, friendly and informative. Never had I experienced such professionalism from the entire store from start to finish. It was such great service I sent my husband in right away the same day for his truck tires knowing we were getting the best deal and best service from your establishment. BRAVO!!!!! 5 OF 5 STARS from a very satisfied customer who will recomend this store and return. read more

Called to order hub rings He said he'd call me back to confirm if he can get them. The day goes by and I call Turlock to order them (as I thought they did but a week later they never placed the order). And I receive a call back from Ceres around 5 or so. I said I already ordered them from Turlock. He says "oh that's my cousin that works there." Well. I guess it runs in the family. Because his cousin ever placed the order went to my local small wheel shop down the street, Golden State tire and wheel where they have excellent prices. New tires, balancing alignment , everything you can ask for, and they keep their promises and word! I ordered brand new 22" tires for my new wheels that I needed hub rings for, without paying a dime! They ordered it for me and when they arrived. I paid and picked them up! Apparently America's tire needed the $13 for the hub rings to place the order? Otherwise they couldn't order them without paying first? Well here's your $13 review read more

This place is AMAZING at customer service!! The store manager Nick definitely got my business! He's super professional and helpful! I felt inspired by his customer service honestly. They were able to get me my Yokohama Geolander A/T tires and went the extra mile by replacing my old spare tire that was worn with one of my better tires. I will definitely be back for more of my tire purchases and installations! read more

Shout out to Tyler, J for his outstanding customer service, attention to detail and work ethic. My wife punctured her tire on the way to cheerleading practice with my daughter and brought the car over to America's tire in Modesto. Tyler was able to locate the needed tire (staggered) at another nearby town and proceeded to picking it up to not leave my wife and daughter stranded. Tyler is an asset and America's tire should be proud to having a member of that caliber representing the company. read more

Best of a bad situation. Coming back from Yosemite, my (new to me) car got a flat. In the middle of nowhere. And of course this fun/fancy car has some stupid exclusive and special tire. We contacted Americas Tire in Turlock and they diligently hunted down this precious tire (in Modesto). Many other tire shops said they'd have to order for delivery in days. We arrived in Modesto and Josh was perfect. Efficient. Helpful. And was almost sitting on my tire at the front desk. They have a great automated system. And we were even referred next door for Mexican (and needed beers for the non drivers). They were credible, helpful and quick and my snow flake car made it home. Thank you Josh! read more

Patched my tire for free very grateful. Cameron was very nice and polite genuinely there to help the people

I needed front tires. The day prior I called for quote and the employee gave me my quote immediately and I was happy with quote. Made the appt for next day. Got my car in a-little earlier and they changed tires immediately. They didn't mentioned my old tires in which some places do. So far, so good with tires! I've put about 160 miles on them. Friendly staff! read more

Very pleased with the customer service of this location! My tires had been leaking over the past couple days, I stopped in for the convenience of the free air check where Brandon had adjusted the weight of the air in each tire in under 5 minutes! I had mention I filled them the day before had a long trip coming up, and was worried about a specific tire. Joe then offered a free thorough inspection. I was in and out feeling better about my trip in 20 minutes total! I had to admit my tires were not from here, but with this kind of experience I definitely see myself recommending them and coming back when then day comes that I'll need new tires again!! read more

Great guys and check everything. Will recommend 100% fix my flat tires for free will definitely come back to replace my tires with them.

So much for making an appointment, had to wait in line and just like I came in line had to wait my turn. Why offer appointments if you do not honor them? I buy all my tires here because I have always liked their competitive prices and service has always been really good. Last time I came in the kid tells me that my lug nuts were worn and swollen due to wear and tear with time and that they had difficulty taking them off. He kindly offered to replace them for $65 for the set. I told him to put them back on as I could buy them for $25 since I had just bought a customized set for my other vehicle. He then tells me that he could do it for $22 if I liked. What are we doing here??? Are they just throwing out higher prices to see what mark up they can land?? If I had sent my girl in to do this they may of taken advantage of her since she doesn't know any better. How unethical and dishonest practice is this? I hope it's an isolated instance at this Ceres Ca location on hatch rd only. Oh and now they offer wiper blades so make sure you take advantage of the mark ups on this great deal they are now offering. I hate that I had to post this but they left me no other option. I hope they hear from the public and change their ways for the good of the hard working community read more
