I came in as a walk-in for a tire repair (nail in one of my tires, which was under warranty) and was helped by Nathan. He was efficient, friendly, and explained everything clearly from the status of my tire tread to why I was due for a rotation. I was the third walk-in and waited about 45 minutes, which felt fair to me. Nathan also recommended new windshield wipers. I appreciated that when there was a misunderstanding about the pricing, he honored the price we initially discussed for the front set. I became an America's tire company customer back in 1994. I got a slow leak in one of my tires and stopped off at the America's Tire company in Napa. They removed a screw in my tire and plugged it free of charge. Even after reminding them that these tires did not come from them they still did not charge me. The became my goto Tire Company for new Tires since. Here we are 30 years later and they are still my goto Tire company for new tires. All ATC locations are great. You get Great products and service at a great price. They have never done me wrong. That being said my local America's Tire is it's own special kind of awesome. They have always taken care of my tires and my families tires without problems ever since the opened. My wife and I were there today for some new tires on my beat up old pickup. They didn't charge me for labor replacing the spare under the truck (It can be a pain to remove and replace it) and they gave me a 5% discount for being a vet. You get more than you pay for. I rarely give out good reviews let alone 5 stars. The worse part of America's Tire Company at Hatch Road in Ceres is the Taco truck in the parking lot, It is only a 4 stars (Still really good) Taco Truck, But how many 5 star Taco trucks are there? read more

Omg it took like 15 minutes (I also showed up at the time they opened) Glad I got the insurance on the tires when I purchased tires in October 2023 They said that the tire was not fixable because we were driving on it flat for too long and it made warps on the inside. So I got the replacement for free and the other tire that I had to get replaced earlier in the year. I never put the insurance back on it, so I just got the insurance back on both of the tires. Now all the tires are covered, and I also asked if the tire rotation was included (with the insurance), and if they could do for me, and they said yes, so because it went by so fast. I asked him to do the tire rotation. They helped me right away and we're basically walking out the front door to come to my car. Friendly great service, they value their customers. read more

I'm do maintenance on my cars like it should be. Americas tires told me to do my tire rotation every 8000 miles, bad idea. My front tires are at the wear line while the rear tires have plenty of tread. On my Lexus I get it done every oil change and my 48 k tires lasted 70k. I bought the lifetime tire rotation at Americas tire. They need to change the policy on mileage rotation. I'm not a happy customer. read more

Came down for the weekend and guess what, a damn flat tire! Came into the shop about an hour and a half before closing and the guys were able to smoothly help fix the issue and add some sealer between the wheel and sidewall where it had a small leak! Called to order hub rings He said he'd call me back to confirm if he can get them. The day goes by and I call Turlock to order them (as I thought they did but a week later they never placed the order). And I receive a call back from Ceres around 5 or so. I said I already ordered them from Turlock. He says "oh that's my cousin that works there." Well. I guess it runs in the family. Because his cousin ever placed the order went to my local small wheel shop down the street, Golden State tire and wheel where they have excellent prices. New tires, balancing alignment , everything you can ask for, and they keep their promises and word! I ordered brand new 22" tires for my new wheels that I needed hub rings for, without paying a dime! They ordered it for me and when they arrived. I paid and picked them up! Apparently America's tire needed the $13 for the hub rings to place the order? Otherwise they couldn't order them without paying first? Well here's your $13 review read more

Best of a bad situation. Coming back from Yosemite, my (new to me) car got a flat. In the middle of nowhere. And of course this fun/fancy car has some stupid exclusive and special tire. We contacted Americas Tire in Turlock and they diligently hunted down this precious tire (in Modesto). Many other tire shops said they'd have to order for delivery in days. We arrived in Modesto and Josh was perfect. Efficient. Helpful. And was almost sitting on my tire at the front desk. They have a great automated system. And we were even referred next door for Mexican (and needed beers for the non drivers). They were credible, helpful and quick and my snow flake car made it home. Thank you Josh! read more

Got my car in a-little earlier and they changed tires immediately. They didn't mentioned my old tires in which some places do. So far, so good with tires! I've put about 160 miles on them. So much for making an appointment, had to wait in line and just like I came in line had to wait my turn. Why offer appointments if you do not honor them? I buy all my tires here because I have always liked their competitive prices and service has always been really good. Last time I came in the kid tells me that my lug nuts were worn and swollen due to wear and tear with time and that they had difficulty taking them off. He kindly offered to replace them for $65 for the set. I told him to put them back on as I could buy them for $25 since I had just bought a customized set for my other vehicle. He then tells me that he could do it for $22 if I liked. What are we doing here??? Are they just throwing out higher prices to see what mark up they can land?? If I had sent my girl in to do this they may of taken advantage of her since she doesn't know any better. How unethical and dishonest practice is this? I hope it's an isolated instance at this Ceres Ca location on hatch rd only. Oh and now they offer wiper blades so make sure you take advantage of the mark ups on this great deal they are now offering. I hate that I had to post this but they left me no other option. My tires had been leaking over the past couple days, I stopped in for the convenience of the free air check where Brandon had adjusted the weight of the air in each tire in under 5 minutes! I had mention I filled them the day before had a long trip coming up, and was worried about a specific tire. Joe then offered a free thorough inspection. I was in and out feeling better about my trip in 20 minutes total! I had to admit my tires were not from here, but with this kind of experience I definitely see myself recommending them and coming back when then day comes that I'll need new tires again!! read more
