Continental Tires & Wheels - It's a Sunday and most car shops are closed today. Again. THANK U!! - Tires Near Me - Modesto, California

They are very helpful and kind and good customer service provided as well! The rims are nice too!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They were up front with me, no Surprise changes or prices. But they prices were also more than fair anyway. I just wanted to see about buying 2 tires because that's all I could afford until pay day. Instead I was about to buy all 4 new tires for roughly what they other guys wanted to change me for 2 tires. Tell Jay you read Jenna's review! You'll get a fat discount! I still can't believe what a great place this was to deal with. They were efficient considering I didn't have an appointment. They didn't waste my time and try to significantly upsell me on services or warranties I didn't need (but they do have warranties anyway included) read more

I got 4 new tires for my 2023 subaru ascent here and they were great. The customer service was great! They took care of me after one of the tires lost air. They went above and beyond for me! I will be recommending this place to my friends and family. Thank you read more

Had a nail stuck in my tire, my tire was at 4psi upon arrival. When I first got there I was ignored until I got out of the car then waited in my car an additional few minutes until someone serviced me. They took the nail out of my tire, inflated it then sent me in my way without filling the hole. Didn't realize until my tire was leaking air again and had it checked at a different place they told me it looked like there might have been a nail that was taken out and wasn't filled. Disappointed I paid for a service that wasn't done. don't even deserve a one star, -5 stars for me read more

Been waiting for almost a month on a set of rim to come in. Dude took my deposit and now not answering my texts. I would hate to have to file a small clams lawsuit against this place, but if I don't get any response before the month ends I will be filling a claim in court. read more

It takes way to long for anything to get done like 1-2 hours maybe or more. Also the value is alright but like I have said it take a long time. read more

This place SAVED OUR LIVES! A colleague and myself were on our way to a very important job that was approaching its deadline. On a Sunday we thought to ourselves that we would never make it all the way to north California with our flat tire. We showed up to Continental tire and not only did they sympathize with our situation, but they gave us a super sweet deal and did it in under 10 minutes. Not to mention the fact that they were open on Sunday which is such a rare thing! They patched the tire and got us safely on the road to meet our deadline. Thanks continental tire!!!!! You sure have my return business !!!!!! read more

If I could I would give this place zero stars. The employee was very rude and don't have any customer service skills. I sat in my car for 5 mins. read more

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE FAULTY TIRES + MORE. They stripped my lug nut stud and over tightened all my lug nuts and claimed that they had no part in that and that it had to be owner error when I had just had my tires replaced there TWO WEEKS AGO. Now I have a mechanic bill I have to pay for THEIR mistake. Will be filling a report to the better business bureau and advise you to do the same if and when you have issues with them as well. You have been warned. read more

I would give this place ZERO! I could not believe what they did... I went to this place to replace 2 front tires, due to common wear and use. Nothing big, ...so I thought. The Owner explains the "alignment" discount, due to my purchase of 2 New Tires. We would return the following week to take advantage of that alignment offer. As my husband and I go inside to pay, I tell the owner we appreciate his business we've purchased many times from his location in past, and my more recent, previous purchase was a set of 4 new tires with Rims, in 2013. He then says, "Ok, well then when you return for your alignment on this car, I'll give it to you Free". Wow! Thanx, we thought. Great business man! ....UGH NO, SO WE RETURN and he denies that offer and doesn't honor the free alignment... uh, ok, I thought. No problem, we don't mind paying, just weird that he would do that. (RED FLAG!) Then the worker doing the alignment takes off and drives my vehicle to see where the alignment needs to be adjusted! GHETTO... REALLY. ..NO MACHINE to complete alignment, and I'm paying for this. I immed contacted INTEGRITY AUTO, very trustworthy upscale mechanic I deal with & he explained how "EYEBALLING" the alignment is NOT accurate. So now I'm paying for a worthless service. THEN, as I'm waiting for cheap alignment to be done, I'm told by the generic EMPLOYEE, that's eyeballing the "alignment work" that I have 2 DIFFERENT SIZE TIRES on my Honda. OMG! THIS TIRE SHOP PLACED INCORRECT SIZE TIRES ON MY HONDA LAST WEEK, NO WONDER WHY IM GOING THROUGH GAS SO FAST! now I'm bothered. very poor workmanship. HORRIBLE! OWNER says it's because they are supposed to look at the interior area of all cars and replace the tires based on STOCK MODEL SIZE Tire! What a Lie! So basically, that's what they go by, not what's already on the car? Long story, but I'll NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS SHADY PLACE AGAIN! DIRTY, DUMB RATS! poor excuse for an error made on their part. I asked an employee that was changing tires here, what the process is when a car drives in to purchase tires, he says No that's not what they do, but the OWNER being a weasel, created this lame reason to have an excuse for his mistake and stuck to it. read more

Found 17 inch tires for my RSX here SUPER cheap via craigslist... Tires were fine but during the install their tech nicked one of my brand new rims. I didn't notice until I got the wheels home, and it wasn't a big enough nick for me to throw a fit over, but the rims were brand new, cmon guys! read more

Found a great deal on tires looking on Craigslist. After calling, I found it was this place. Being on Crows Landing road (not good area of town) I thought I'd try it anyhow. The tires were great, prices were awesome and service fantastic. I would like to note that I'm writing this review 7 months after my purchase and after a second visit to the same shop. The second visit was for a puncture repair on a tire I purchased from them. They QUICKLY repaired the tire properly (with a patch, not a plug) and had me out the door in less than 5 minutes. Granted there was nobody there in front of me and I had left the nail in the tire for easy locating of the hole, but for a patch, this was extremely fast. Would recommend them if you want to save some money and get great service. read more

This place is a joke....was looking for one used tire and the bum that answered the phone said he had 4-6 in that size and to come on by.....30 min later when I got there they had none....but of course tried to sell me new ones!!! Guy got all heated when I told him what BS that was!!! Don't deal with these jokers!!! read more
