From start to finish Angel was a great help and excellent customer service he makes sure the job gets done and won't screw you over with prices. They were extremely cheap and affordable. One thing that I loved was that even though I came to get my splash shield replace they still did a car diagnostic check which was very thoughtful they even send you a text of the diagnostic and before and after of the maintenance work so you know you aren't getting scammed. I definitely will be bringing my corolla back here again for any car maintenance.

They were able to take in my car the very next day. The service: I received texts with photos during the entire diagnostic process - amazing. I had a problem with warning notifications that another place had told me was because some sensors were going bad. Nope. Angel fixed it by just replacing the battery. The sensors weren't getting enough voltage... I had the brakes done, brake line flushed, and battery replaced in a few hours, and the car was ready to be picked up the same day - all at a great price. Angel was a pleasure to work with. Customer for life.

When I purchased my 2013 Cadillac ATS, I quickly realized the dealership had sold me a car with far…read moremore problems than I expected. I was referred to Alex's Auto, and within one week, Alex had worked on both my Cadillac and my 2001 Honda Accord. Eventually, I had to let the Cadillac go because it simply had too many issues. But to this day, Alex still services my Honda, and I wouldn't trust it with anyone else. One thing I truly appreciate about Alex is that he has never tried to overcharge me or make me feel like I don't understand what's going on with my car. He takes the time to explain everything, treats his customers with respect, and believes in doing honest work for a fair price. Good mechanics are hard to find. Honest mechanics are even harder. Alex is both. He's exceptional at what he does, but what stands out even more is the kind of person he is. He genuinely loves his work and goes out of his way to help people whenever he can. If you're looking for someone you can trust with your vehicle, I wholeheartedly recommend Alex's Auto. Honest, knowledgeable, dependable, and a genuinely good human being.

He said he only used Toyota witnessed by 3 people his word we ran the numbers on the labels none of the parts were Toyota they were from local auto store but charged full price for them charging my daughter $650 for junk parts we called him and told him he tipped us off!! A friend of ours went to get our money that he returned knowing he did us wrong without a fight he paid us back if we didn't look under hood or if it was another person who didn't know better he would have got over Big-time this guy is a Crook... .now car still Not running right he no longer answers our calls he never replaced coil packs like he said with installation of engine and car runs Horrible!! After calling numerous times I showed up in person and he denied ever saying anything about replacing parts 100% lied in my face and closed his shop door this is a Warning for anyone using this place he is not a honest man and now her car runs Horrible after over 4k spent this man has no pride in his work and does not stand behind his work just like another review says he will not pick up calls once he's paid Zero stars for this lyer who tried to pull a fast one. We hope he replies to this because it's not over we will proceed with action and hope this man doesn't rip off another person he didn't want to give receipts and pointed to cash only sign because he's a crook and don't stand behind his work and he got caught by us running numbers on label of parts he installed we are going to take action and we will post the final results here win or lose ! He feels since he returned the cash he ripped us off with and now thinks that it's ok to not repair the car right and just closed door to his shop and will not pick up his calls my daughter saved money for long time just to get ripped off by a shady shop that we cold busted him he's denying he ever said anything a complete lie to our face now we are here with car running horrible and were told not to repair until this will be settled . Anyone would like any more details please don't hesitate to contact me so I can let you know his ways we will be seeing him soon and hope we can get this resolved and hope we're the last people he gets over on , his cash only no receipt dirty ways back fired because we checked his work. After more than a decade of trusting my car and safety with Gateway and thanks to Franks help ... I finally purchased a new car and it Looks like I'll be a loyal customer forEVER The shop is open Mon thru Fri and his prices remain very fair. END UPDATE For years I have been able to rely on and trust the staff of Gateway Automotive. Today when my car died outside of the library I called the shop and Ryan assured me that if I towed it over they would take care of it so I did. I was immediately greeted by the staff and Ryan went straight to work. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in less than 2 hours. He was direct, accurate and incredibly helpful. I am grateful for his hard work. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I ALWAYS recommend this shop for the fact that they've never been wrong and have always been honest. Many times I've sent my friends to Gateway for second opinions and nearly every time their diagnosis was on point and way more affordable. It's hard to find an honest mechanic in this town... At first the old man said that in order of fixing the Air Conditioning problem, he had to diagnostic it and will cost me $180. So after "diagnosing" it said that will cost me extra for the freon and a couple of seals (gaskets) and I asked if that was the problem and that will fix the problem and he said YES! Well, after like half an hour hitting the "pinata" looking for the leak , he came back into the office where I have been waiting and with a horse face said that he didn't know what the problem was and wrote me up for almost $300 labor and paint he used into the system when he was checking and hitting the "pinata" looking for the leak. So, now as a senior in SS retirement, he deprive me of 2 weeks of groceries..at least! So, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!
