Do not take your vehicle here! They are a RIP off. First of all they charged me $80 for a diagnostic and misdiagnosed my vehicle problem. I was told I need a new transmission and it would cost $1150.00 and it would be a rebuilt. They didn't even clear out the codes. My check engine light was still on when I picked up my vehicle. I went for a second opinion and it was not even a transmission problem. It was a transmission solenoid that needed to be replaced, which only cost me $ 131.00. So I would never bring my vehicle here ever unless you want to get ripped off. I would rate this a zero star but it wouldn't allow me to. I went back over there to speak to the owner to see if they would refund me the $80 for misdiagnosting me but he wouldn't. Instead he offered to take $60 off next time I bring the vehicle in. Oh hell no, I will not be ever bringing my vehicle here. read more

My husband and I went to this shop based on a referral from his cousin who has been going there for years. Maurice is a very fair and reputable person with many longtime customers. We had a check engine light on our 2005 GMC Yukon and it was the knock sensors plus there's been a leak for about two months, as well. They were able to repair both issues within the same business day and the check engine light is now off and there are no leaks. He was very reasonable and showed us his parts cost and had an extremely reasonable and fair labor cost. I'm sure we'll be repeat customers should we need any further service/repairs on our cars. Maurice's is literally a life saver, my family has known him for years and he always gets you in and out in under a day. Went to a Firestone auto shop to get a tire replacement and they told me my belts were going bad and it'd cost $200. I went to Maurice and it cost under $90 with labor. And got it back in just a few hours. Go to Maurice's, don't go to other auto shops, they rip you off. read more

I will never go here again! This place had horrible service. My husband took our car here on a saturday and got it back the same day. The guy working (not the owner) said it was only the gas cap. The came back on and when we took it back the owner said he was going to charge us another fee to look at the car even though it was his guys fault for not fixing the problem in the first place. We found another great auto repair place that looked at our car and fixed it right away. They said whoever looked at your car and said it was the gas cap was completely wrong!! read more

My husbands car was making a funny knocking noise and a friend of ours referred us to Maurice. We brought his car down there at 9:30am on Saturday. Maurice listened to the car and said that the alternator was going out. He then called 8 different parts dealerships to get us the best price. WOW!!!! At that point the best price was $350 just for the part. He told us that he would keep calling and would let us know what he found out. We went home and about an hour later Maurice called and told us that he found the alternator and that it would be $328 including labor. SWEET! He said the car would be ready by 3pm. At 2:30 we got a call, car was ready. This guy is awesome! Don't let the kinda scary-hole-in-the-wall shop scare you.
