12/24/2023 I went out looking for a good shop highly recommended but I couldn't find it and unfortunately, ended up here in A&A that by the exterior look it appeared like a good shop but definitely IS NOT. At first the old man said that in order of fixing the Air Conditioning problem, he had to diagnostic it and will cost me $180. So after "diagnosing" it said that will cost me extra for the freon and a couple of seals (gaskets) and I asked if that was the problem and that will fix the problem and he said YES! Well, after like half an hour hitting the "pinata" looking for the leak , he came back into the office where I have been waiting and with a horse face said that he didn't know what the problem was and wrote me up for almost $300 labor and paint he used into the system when he was checking and hitting the "pinata" looking for the leak. So, now as a senior in SS retirement, he deprive me of 2 weeks of groceries..at least! So, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY And take it to a professionally and serious reliably shop instead. read more

One of my good friends told me to go here so I thought I'd try it just to get my truck smog. And found out this old man can not drive stick he does not know what he is doing. Then I went on yelp and seen that he has a lot of trouble putting clutches in makes since so if you have a manual car or truck do not take it here I repeat do not take it here he charged me 3 times and kept telling me he can't put it in third I think he just really can't drive stick or made he's too old to remember where 3rd is in a 5 speed but the main thing is I think he was just trying to get my money because no one goes in there at all I was there for 3 hours and I didn't see one person go in at all it's really clean and neat shop probably because he doesn't work on shit but I would never take my car back again!!!!!!! read more

I work in the same lot as this A & A. I was finally able to repair my car (after a year and a half) and get a smog. The owner were very personable. It was $55+ 3% for using my card for a smog on my 1997 Corolla. It passed. The technician even pointed out a crack in my manifold and let me know what issues I can expect with it. I read some reviews where they said they were quoted the same problems as other people and questioned the legitimacy of the diagnosis. I am thinking its competitors posting because this was literally the cheapest place I have found to get my smog done. Competition hates that. read more

My family and I have been coming here for years and have consistently received reliable and friendly service. We've always been satisfied with the service. The prices aren't always dirt cheap but are fair, and we've never had a problem with a repair or service. It's a small family shop with nice, up-to-date facilities. Occasionally the hours are a bit "flexible" (e.g open at 9:15 instead of 9:00, sometimes closed for lunch) as people are in and out. read more

Sept 12,2015 BAD SHOP Do not take your car here for repair. I should of known when I didn't see any cars coming here for service. They were suppose too install my clutch (which I provided) and when I got my car back It started leaking oil. When I checked underneath to see what the problem was I was shocked to see there was a hose that was cut. When I took my car back they were defensive and said they didn't cause the leak. They were unprofessional and rude. Don't trust this shop!! read more

Literally the most garbage customer service I've ever received. Miss working the front desk automatically assumed I was mistaken when she couldn't find my paper work and the gentleman working on my car had no developed sense of manners and talked to me like I was an idiot. First thing they said was that the gas tank cab was loose, told me I had to repair it before the smog check. $20 dollars more. Come to find out they told the same thing to my other 3 friends. I took my car to another smog check nothing was wrong with my gas cab. The people here are rude!! Don't go here take your business somewhere else. Go to Cisneros Auto Service and Smog. Would not recommend this shop to anybody. First impression was great. Very clean and neat shop. Other then that nothing great about this shop. This shop as caused nothing but headaches. I had them do a clutch job for me and he didn't do it right. He got defensive and loud that I returned back for him to fix it. Words can not describe how bad his work is. I'm sure he can smog a car great but mechanic wise. Don't trust him. For the amount of money he charged is nothing close to the quality you will receive. read more
