Three and a half hours later, its down to just ten minutes. FINALLY. Twenty minutes go by, nothing. WTF???? Called back (again) and was told someone would be there at 1230 pm. Wtf? Are u kidding me? That's 4 more hours after u just told me ten more minutes. Eight hours to wait for a repair truck to show up only a few miles from your business. Your business is highly unprofessional, unproven, incompetent & fraudulent.

Jose informed my husband that he could fix the differential yolk nut without charge because he lacked the necessary tool. Trusting Jose's honesty and trustworthiness, my husband believed he would complete the job the next morning and paid him in full. However, my husband not only bought the part but also purchased the tool. He had been waiting for hours, but Jose was nowhere to be found. My husband's Macnick informed me that the repair will cost $2000 due to the improper job done by Jose.

Gary quickly determined the problem but unfortunately due to the changing relationship between GM, Allison, and Workhorse, finding the part we needed was difficult - especially because we were in the middle of a holiday week. Paula was relentless in trying to locate the part, making phone calls to anyone and everyone she thought could help - she even called the VP of Allison! To say the team at Mello Transmission went above and beyond to help us get back on the road is a massive understatement. They provided the absolute best customer experience and their kindness will never be forgotten. Same light saying same thing.they say they don't know what's wrong with it and how much money I have to keep giving them why they try to figure out what is wrong with it. Right, like I am just some kind of money tree that I can afford to just keep paying them when they don't know what's wrong or how much it is going to cost. Unless you want to throw your money away. I would take my vehicle to a more knowledgeable and more experienced shop next time. I will definitely never use this shop again.

Very personable fellow who showed me some of his work. This is a small shop with several projects going. Paul's quote was very reasonable. The estimated time for completion was 10 to 14 days. This was also OK with me. The work was done on time and the quality was extraordinary. The paint looked as good as when the car was new. Paul kept me informed on the progress and send photos along with the progress report. His attention to detail was beyond expectations. As long as you are not in a hurry, this business is highly recommended.

So I bought a 2016 dodge 5500 diesel from a dealer in LA and after I left with it the check engine…read morelight came on with 12 different codes all for the smog equipment. I took a video and pictures of the codes and sent to the dealer where I was informed that California does not require dealers to smog diesel trucks and then I could screw off three months later I still had not received tags or registration so I contacted the dealer where they then found out they had to smog the truck in order to complete the transfer. I offered the Dodge dealer because the truck needed work. They insisted on this ANB truck repair ,according to ANB the dealer knew that AMB was not going to fix anything on the truck, but was just going to get it to pass smog according to their technician named Paul, when I went to pick up the truck the first time I asked what parts they had replaced, and I needed a copy of whatever they did to the truck for the warranty in case there was continuing issues where they reluctantly printed me out one finally that is in the pictures, I got in the truck to leave started it and the check engine light was already on so I left the truck there and I refused to pick it up and told them the truck was there to be repaired on my behalf so that I would not get stuck with a bill later on Paul the technician threatened to beat me up in the parking lot called 12 times to my phone to scream at me and told me that him and Dealer were in constant communication and they knew exactly what he was doing and what he meant by that is doing a fake hot smog on the truck ,.....I went to get the truck today two weeks later after they did an additional $3000 in repairs to the smog equipment that had supposedly passed with none of it working!.....for it to pass smog two weeks prior .....when I got there they tried to get me to come into some back room in order to get my keys and I refused I have it on video then after they followed me out to my truck flipping me off I have that on video also, I submitted all of this to the bureau of automotive repair to have them investigated thoroughly to keep other owners like me from getting screwed by shops like this that protect crooked dealers.

I understand that there are customers ahead of me and I was very patient until five minutes later with nobody recognizing that I'm there in line waiting to pay a $20 container. I understand one sales person was already helping a customer out at the register while the other one was assisting a new customer besides myself. I waited there in line... No recognition... No eye contact or any kind of response response from the employees. I just walked out and won across the street to AutoZone. Maybe they have a better customer service than O'Reillys. I'm either spoken to rudely or skipped over completely. Usually im looked at and then skipped. I've visited here dressed in my best and with my scrubby work clothes on. I'd say this is not a good way to treat a customer. A military Veteran or female for that matter. When the gentleman at the register was informed he skipped over me twice, he was just oblivious to it. He then cashed me out without a word. No sorry for that let me get you over here.. or I didn't realize there was only one line...even though I've been working here and the rules don't change over night. If it weren't for the simple fact that I absolutely needed my oil today, I would've rather went elsewhere. 5 stars to the one employee who is actually friendly.
