I understand that there are customers ahead of me and I was very patient until five minutes later with nobody recognizing that I'm there in line waiting to pay a $20 container. I understand one sales person was already helping a customer out at the register while the other one was assisting a new customer besides myself. I waited there in line... No recognition... No eye contact or any kind of response response from the employees. I just walked out and won across the street to AutoZone. Maybe they have a better customer service than O'Reillys. I've never really had good customer service at O'Reilly in the past and I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon or ever. Quality of product: average Quality of service: F Price: $- $$

I'm either spoken to rudely or skipped over completely. Usually im looked at and then skipped. I've visited here dressed in my best and with my scrubby work clothes on. I'd say this is not a good way to treat a customer. A military Veteran or female for that matter. When the gentleman at the register was informed he skipped over me twice, he was just oblivious to it. He then cashed me out without a word. No sorry for that let me get you over here.. or I didn't realize there was only one line...even though I've been working here and the rules don't change over night. If it weren't for the simple fact that I absolutely needed my oil today, I would've rather went elsewhere. 5 stars to the one employee who is actually friendly.

AutoZone does provide exceptional customer service unlike O'Reillys. AutoZone does provide the same automobile parts like most automotive parts store. But I do have to say, their employee at the AutoZone at this location was pretty above average. I walked in. They welcomed me and one of the female employees was very observant that I was lost looking for an item which she directed where I needed to go and within seconds, I was checking out or as it took me five minutes at O'Reillys and yet they never made any contact with me. I should've known better from past experiences to bring all my automobile needs to AutoZone, which I will have to remember for future. The location is super convenient with plenty of easy parking, and the store itself was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I went in needing replacement windshield wiper blades for my truck. The wait time was minimal, and I was helped right away by Jessi at the counter. She asked for my truck's make and model, and after I gave her the info, she even asked if I had it with me so she could double-check and make sure she got the right fit. That alone was impressive--but it gets better. Jessi actually came outside with me, confirmed the correct blades, gave me pricing options, and personally installed them for me on the spot! Talk about going above and beyond. I left with exactly what I needed. Great experience all around. Highly recommend this AutoZone location

My 1984 Chrysler Fifth Avenue needed new U-Joints and balancing. Brought it in thinking it would be refurbished, got a whole new one for $330.75!!!!! I was thrilled but still skeptical, slapped it on, and the car drives SO much better! Not that it didn't before, but now the car glides through the higher speeds and shifts, great customer service, gentleman at the front desk was polite, the lady that took measurements and communicated to me through the phone communicated to me the entire time and the hurdles and findings of my drive shaft and options. I wanted to do a 1 and done and went with their recommendations, I'm glad I did! Driveshaft took roughly 2 weeks to be done due to low staff. Car is a weekend car and a project I took on so I didn't mind the wait at all. I'll recommend these guys to anyone and any balancing and possible future machining will be my first stop!

I'd like to balance the scales on this place. Been here multiple times in person. it helps to know…read morewhat you need ahead of time. Best thing to do is price out the part you need from a new retailer. Next ask your self do I have the time and energy to deal with the frustration of dealing with the aftermath if this USED part doesn't work out or I feel shafted afterwards? If you answered yes to the previous then keep reading... this place has no clue in accuracy the cars that come and go on a daily basis off the top of their head.. they are as accurate as your favorite weather man from Chanel 2 telling you the weather for valentine's day of next year. Now the place is a wrecking yard expect stuff to be broken or faulty or you may get lucky and get out of the bind you are in with the part you aquire here. If you are lucky enough to strike the opportunity in developing an acquaintance with the eccentric, rough around the edges, knowledgeable yet hit and miss owner Sam you may get a different out look on your next parts hunting adventures. That has been my case thus far. Now the guys in the yard them too aren't the most polish of the bunch but they are performing an honest man's work. Their fragrance of choice is diferential fluid from a 91 ford F150 they don't wear their Sundays best to work, nor do they they bring their holier-than-thou attitude to work Its a wrecking yard!!! If you are faint at heart don't go in person invent the next app [Uber wrecking yard parts] you may become a millionaire and won't have to seek used part from a wrecking yard. For all we know we may be able to telaport from place to place soon enough to not need wrecking yards any more. So next time you visit this or any other wrecking yard take into account the service they provide and bring your best attitude forward even when you have made the wrong choice to seek the part from a wrecking yard. Because last time I talked to wrecking yard owners they don't do cold calls or home visits to get your possible business or frustration when we become the pain in the rear seal customer. Hope this has helped someone.
