Luis was the one who showed us the car initially and explained Hyundai's no nonsense approach to car buying. We visited the dealership a few times and Luis always treated us with a great smile and attitude. When it was time to pick up the car Luis was out for the day but Mary helped us with our delivery. Mary was the nicest young gal and has a love for cars like no other young woman I've met. She had us test drive the car and demonstrated the ins and outs of the infotainment system and electronics of the car. She assisted us with all our paperwork which was a seamless process. I can't say enough about Mary, she was just so nice and bubbly and it's obvious she loves her job and people. The finance manager was also very friendly and efficient Kelly did offer us some extra warranties but was never pushy or anything. Usually when it's time to go see the finance manager you know that's where the hard sell is and the payment isn't gonna be what the other sales people told you. In our case that was not so. We got the exact payment and down payment we discussed and never felt any kind of pressure. Two days before a trip to…read moreYosemite with the family, I completed a radiator replacement on my Landcruiser with 300,000 miles. I didn't do enough research to learn that the radiator has a transmission oil cooler circuit and when I disassembled everything I lost a little bit of ATF. 100 miles into our trip I kept smelling ATF and was worried that I had lost enough to break the cooling the circuit and thought maybe the transmission was over heating. I stopped into the Countryside Tire and Brake station and the store manager, Enrique, recommended I stop by and see if Omar and his team at Turlock Transmissions could help me. I spoke with Omar and he had two of his guys throw my truck (with all the gear and bikes) onto a lift to check the level and put me at ease. His team discovered that the transmission was perfectly full, but also that one of my power steering lines wasn't tightened and was leaking ATF (Toyota uses ATF in my truck's power steering) and that was burning off and causing the smell. They cleaned that up and set us back on our merry way. Highly recommend giving business to kind and courteous business operators like Omar and his team. Thank you again!

From the beginning, I clearly stated that I was already approved through my credit union and only needed the dealership to submit the buyer's order through CUDL. Instead of cooperating with that process, I was repeatedly pushed to fill out their internal credit application and use their financing options. Even after explaining multiple times that I did not want to run my credit again, I was told it was "required" or "the only way" to proceed, which was later contradicted by my lender's instructions. I also requested real photos of the specific truck I was interested in on three separate occasions because the listing only showed generic stock images online. I never received clear or direct photos of the actual vehicle, which made it difficult to confidently evaluate what was being sold. Overall, communication felt inconsistent and disorganized, and it seemed like the goal was to shift me away from my approved financing and into their financing at a higher payment and rate rather than follow my lender's process. Because of the lack of transparency and clear information, I ultimately chose to walk away from the deal. I would strongly recommend future buyers confirm financing processes in writing and request actual vehicle photos before spending time at this dealership.
