The staff looked at me like I had just ruined their day by daring to bring them business. I asked questions, they rolled their eyes. I called for updates, they dodged my calls like I was a debt collector. Professionalism? Nope. Accountability? Not a chance. They told me my car would be ready "in a day." Apparently, in their world, a "day" actually means "over a week of excuses, lies, and waiting." And when I finally got my car back, guess what? The original problem was STILL there--plus a couple of new issues they generously "added" for free. And then the cherry on top? A bloated, mystery bill with no explanation. Like, wow--thanks for nothing! This shop is basically a black hole where time, money, and vehicles go to die. If you enjoy being scammed, ignored, and disrespected, by all means--come here. And had no shame to leave my other two out on the floor of the vehicle. When I called the owner to complain, I was told that the mechanic was working on the engine and would not have been in the back seat. My complaint was not addressed and was informed he would be sending me information on ordering the two missing caps (at my expense). It's been a few months and still have not heard back! I would not recommend this mechanic shop! Thieves!!
