Unfortunately I had a really bad experience here today. There was a lady that was helping out to…read morereturn some parts, she inspected them carefully and proceeded to help me pick out coolant. There was an older man with baseball cap that walked over and started looking at the parts again.( mind you the parts were unused untouched) He continued on to say those were a special order the girl then walked away to help another costumer. This man was not happy at all that I was returning these parts. He said that there was a man that had bought those parts that had came in and could not comprehend that he would not take the parts back and pointed at his head. He says do you understand me? He smelled the part and said it smells like gasoline. I told him that it was my family mechanic and it was probably a language barrier. He obviously knows how Napa works and knows that parts should be unused to be returned. I was definitely offended by his tone of voice and how he handled the situation. I will never go back I felt a bit of hate when he talked about my mechanic not being able to communicate well with him. He finally said he was done talking to me. I walked out I am not a confrontational person but he was very loud. Not recommended at all. Poor representation of NAPA. Luckily I talked to someone at another branch told him what went on and happily helped me out and apologized for what happened he looked at the parts he said they were impeccable.
