I also requested real photos of the specific truck I was interested in on three separate occasions because the listing only showed generic stock images online. I never received clear or direct photos of the actual vehicle, which made it difficult to confidently evaluate what was being sold. Overall, communication felt inconsistent and disorganized, and it seemed like the goal was to shift me away from my approved financing and into their financing at a higher payment and rate rather than follow my lender's process. Because of the lack of transparency and clear information, I ultimately chose to walk away from the deal. I would strongly recommend future buyers confirm financing processes in writing and request actual vehicle photos before spending time at this dealership.

I would not recommend this service department…read more When I first brought my vehicle in for a coolant leak and radiator replacement, I felt pressured into additional services totaling nearly $1,000 that were unrelated to the issue I came in to fix. I made it clear that I only wanted the coolant leak repaired. The radiator was replaced, but about a week and a half later my vehicle overheated. It was later determined that there was air trapped in the cooling system after the radiator replacement. The sloshing sound I reported was evidence of an air pocket that had not been properly bled from the system. This air pocket caused the vehicle to overheat, which led to the failure of the water pump and thermostat. Despite this, the dealership denied responsibility and insisted that the water pump and thermostat failing so soon after the radiator replacement was simply a coincidence. I strongly disagree. The overheating occurred because the cooling system was not properly serviced after the radiator replacement, creating a chain reaction of failures that resulted in additional repairs and expenses. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability. Instead of taking ownership of the problem, management was dismissive and argumentative. I was left without my vehicle, missed several days of work, and ended up paying for repairs that I believe could have been avoided if the original repair had been completed correctly. I was also told that a quality control inspection would take two days during the second repair visit. This raised an obvious question: if quality control was so important the second time, why was it not performed thoroughly after the initial radiator replacement? If everything had been done correctly the first time, I should not have been back with an overheating vehicle shortly afterward. The only positive part of my experience was Robert, who was courteous and professional. Unfortunately, my interactions with Service Manager Aric and Marcus were disappointing. Both were rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to listen to legitimate customer concerns. Overall, this was a frustrating, costly, and stressful experience. Poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and unprofessional management are why I would strongly discourage others from bringing their vehicles here.

After checking the Kia app, I discovered that only 5 miles had been put on my vehicle the entire day. In other words, despite having my car for hours with an early appointment, only about 10 minutes appears to have been spent attempting to diagnose the problem. My service advisor, Robert, was professional and advocated for me to receive a loaner vehicle so the dealership could continue evaluating the issue. That request was denied by management. I cannot realistically be without my vehicle for multiple days when so little effort was made to investigate the concern during the scheduled appointment. When I arrived to pick up my car, I spoke with the service manager, John, about my frustration. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, he responded in a dismissive and condescending manner, stating: "I just suppose you would rather us pay someone to drive your car around all day until we find a problem." I explained that my vehicle is under warranty and that I was concerned about continuing to drive a vehicle with a known issue until it potentially becomes a larger mechanical failure.
