I finally got a hold of him again at the end of the week and he had more excuses of why he never came out and then proceeded to tell me he would come out that night and do it for the same price he quoted me the first day he was supposed to come out LOL even though my wife and I had taken off of work to separate times to accommodate him. We had words and he left my washer as is, with the motor sitting on top of it. I was referred to this place by "Arm's appliances" in Delhi, which is who I bought the washer from in the first place. The owner of arms appliances is related to Omar Mera so needless to say there was no help whatsoever between either of them when it came to accountability for him coming into my home, taking my washer apart, flaking on us for a week, and then never coming back out to put it back together! I'll attach pictures, phone numbers and business cards. Steer clear of both of these businesses you'll have nothing but problems on your hands otherwise!! We are looking into taking them to court.

Disappointing Customer Service…read more I purchased all of my home appliances, including my washer and dryer, from Direct Appliance, so I was very disappointed with how they handled an issue with my dishwasher. The dishwasher stopped cleaning properly, particularly the top rack. A technician came out, spent only 5-10 minutes looking at it, and concluded that the dishwasher pods were creating too many suds--even though I was using the recommended pods. I called back and explained that the issue clearly wasn't resolved. I was told the lead technician would contact me, but he never did. A few weeks later, I called again because the problem persisted. They wanted to charge me another service fee to come back out. After going back and forth with the service department, I was told, "We have the right to refuse to service you," and that notes would be placed on my account. I ultimately diagnosed and fixed the problem myself. A 30-cent screw had come loose, causing a loss of water pressure to the top rack--a common issue with these dishwashers. What frustrates me most is that the problem could have been identified with a more thorough inspection. Instead, the technician settled on the first explanation and left. After spending a significant amount of money with this business on our appliances, I expected much better customer service and support. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend Direct Appliance.

We hopped onto their golf cart and went to see different persimmon trees. We also asked about rosemary and native plants and got all our questions answered. They were so patient with us (we are so new to plants, trees, and gardening!) and so helpful. We ended up buying a persimmon tree and rosemary. Very fair prices. It was a huge space with a wonderful selection. Can't wait to come back for more and for seasonal offerings. We just missed the recent sale on vegetables, so good to know they have sales too!
