It's now the following day and still no return call, even after leaving another voicemail in the afternoon. We called Mr. Perez on Thursday and he told us he was busy but would be able to check on Saturday. When we followed up on Saturday he said it was a bad day because there was no parts available and then said to call him Monday or call somebody else. He wasted our time. This is strictly based off repairs, my dryer went out I did all the checks for what I was comfortable and when nothing was resolved started calling around. They answer and say they can look at it today, only place that did it immediately and was the cheapest quote. Repair man came right on time, was very thorough and polite. He was able to find the problem circuit board blew. Asked if I would like him to re-solder it and see if it might work with no guarantees tells me the additional charge. More than fair price I haven't bought an appliance from them but if their service is as good as it is for repairs I will definitely be interested. read more

Came in looking for a used washing machine. Though he had many to choose from, Mr. Perez kindly offered a less expensive alternative as he thought mine might be able to be repaired. We brought it in and within 24 hours my machine was as good as new at less than half of the cost of purchasing a pre-owned machine!!! Did a couple loads of laundry already and it's working perfectly! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY! His name is Pedro and he will sell you broken appliances and say he will give you a warranty which is a lie. The dishwasher machine we got from him was broken. He took over a week to come look at it. He said he would be back in four days with the part. On the fifth day I had to call him. He completely forgot about coming to repair this junk. He says" Oooh my friend, I barely got the part today, my friend." Now, He is suppose to be at my place at 2pm, which I call him. He picks up the phone and I ask for him and he says, "No he is not here call back later," and then he hangs up on me." I call back and tell him he better be here and he says, "says he will be here in minutes." He has ten minutes before I throw the dishwasher threw his window. read more
