Tim came out listened to my concerns on my washer, then we ran a quick rinse and he had a couple of suspicions regarding the noise. He opened up the back of the washer and did a process of eliminations on the noise. Tim was great, we talked through a couple of options and the conclusion was it would be about the same price to fix it as getting another washer.
