Best appliance repair hands down!! My washer stopped spinning last Friday. I called another company unfortunately and was told they would show up . They never did. So I waited until Monday when they said they would show up and again they never came out . Such a nightmare. So in desperate need I called volt they were closed so I left a message. They called me 1st thing next morning and was able to come out that day!!! Service charge was $99 I think that's a very reasonable price. The owner came out to my house & it took him a couple minutes to figure out the problem . My washer was fixed! Do your self a favor and call Volt for all your appliance needs. Made an appointment for one of their technicians to come diagnose an issue with my washer. They did charge a fee to come out and diagnose the problem. It was about $103.46 after taxes and a credit card fee. The technician arrived within their scheduled timeframe, were very respectful, and explained everything in detail including the use of diagrams and physical evidence. We ended up not fixing the washer because the cost to fix was almost as much as a new washer. They didn't try to up sell me or give me the run around and even recommended brands that he trusted that would make a good replacement. 10/10 will use Volt again. read more
