This company is so terrible and I'm gonna make sure everyone knows too today is March 24, 2023 @ 6:37pm the guy from Sas Appliances came to my apartment finally after not showing up 2 times and the last time giving my part to another person as I waited from 2pm to 7pm even though it was suppose to be 2pm to 6pm for him to give my part to someone else like oh well and then finally came another day I thought finally he's gonna come fix my refrigerator cuz they gave me a refrigerator with the wrong shelves to begin with which broke and shattered he comes in and says oh it's the wrong part that it was my managers fault when it wasn't she gave him the correct information and I said this is ridiculous this is the third time you have messed up and we waited each time he has the nerve to tell me well I don't think I wanna do the job for u now cuz ur rude I told him first of all I have every right to be having to deal with all of this it's so unprofessional and he walked out and said ya no I'm not gonna do the job and I said well I'm gonna contact his company and he said well I can't fire myself like he owned the company which he doesn't. I called because I had questions about my washer getting fixed and the guy who answer the phone was very distracted and speaking with me on the phone but at the same time talking to another coworker and not really paying attention to my questions, he asked for my information and he told me they'll have someone call me back today or tomorrow. I never received a call. I wouldn't waste time going instead or calling another place. read more

The guy is a liar that owns this place. Told the Owner they needed a new fridge when all they needed was a door gasket. You get those on Amazon for about 40 dollars. The new Kenmore fridge is over thousands. He told the PM co that the head gasket labor would be more than the fridge. Salespeople are lying these days because of the economy. I saw this on the news. This is a prime example. They waisted a good fridge, because they should, of never even contacted this company. All they had to do was order the Door Gasket for 40 dollars. I waited 8 months for the part and then this guy called. He ripped River Drive Properties off, Then his guys tracked mud all in my apartment. They did not put a tarp down or anything. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. He was trying to bully me to take the fridge. I finally just took it but I did not want it. The lady Vivian from River Drive told Me"yeah the guy from SAS said it would be more money to take the fridge back and then order the part". Then I looked on Amazon and I saw 40 dollars for the door gasket and thousands of dollars for a new Kenmore. I had to block him because he said we are responsible for his con. The freezer in my LG side by side stopped working, so I called SAS appliances. Someone was out within 1 hour and he was very polite and friendly. He let me know the cost of the repairs and he advised me to buy a new appliance. The cost to fix my 3 year old refrigerator was going to be the cost of a new one. I highly recommend SAS appliance and I will be using them for all my appliance needs. read more

I bought a washer and dryer and it comes with 90 day warranty. They came out and fixed a squeaky dryer. It went away..guess what it's back and worse than before. I've sent over 6 videos on facebook messenger and called. No response what so ever!! And to top it off the drying element was replaced supposedly..however now its having a drying issue and not all the time but it is. read more

My main control board took a dump on me so I came in to get a replacement, instead of charging me an arm and a leg like most placea he fixed my old control board didn't even want $$$!! Don't even bother with these folks unless you want to spend your whole day waiting at home for them to show up to your appointment only to have them not show up at all - not just once, but twice! The first time it happened, I was told (likely falsely) that the technician had been involved in a car accident, sending him to the hospital - totally understandable. Believing what I'd been told, I then scheduled a 2nd appointment for 2 days later, only to have them not show up or even call to explain what had happened. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time. Very unprofessional and bordering on total scam. I was looking for a dryer but didn't want to buy a brand new one. This place had a large selection of appliances. I picked a dryer, tested it, and took it home. Within a week it was making a loud banging sound. Called the place and they said they'd send a tech out. Waited the entire day and nobody showed up. I called and someone said "He forgot, sorry. I'll have him call you." No call. I Repeatedly called and couldn't get a straight answer on getting a tech out. Only after I threatened to bring the dryer back and dump it on their doorstep did they promise another tech would come out. A guy finally showed up, sprayed some WD-40 all over my laundry room floor and left. Not even a couple days later the loud sound was back. The dryer continued making the banging sound, lasted 9 months and finally stopped working. Do not waste your time or money at this place. Seriously, go ANYWHERE else. read more

beware of these scammers !!! if i could give negative stars i would. bought a stove 6 days later they wanted to charge me to come look at the stove after i told them the burners were not working properly!! i refused to pay for something that can be defective and brought to their attention as soon as we notice the problem!! possible fire hazard in my home not safe will be going else where !! horrible horrible customer service save your money stove cant even be given away as we could possibly be giving someone a defective stove causing fires !! read more

Repairman Miguel came to my house,pulled out ice/water dispenser from fridge leaving big hole in fridge door-then stated inability to provide necessary part to complete the repair.Alternatively offering to replace entire door within a week promising a call back as soon as replacement door available.Demanded payment for house service call with promise the payment would be credited towards full repair of my fridge.SAS never attempted to callback+when I contacted them they denied being able to replace fridge door as originally promised.I was left with torn up refrigerator which I had to try my best to close up hole in door to keep cold from escaping from appliance,as well,conning me for money they never intended for a repair of my fridge.This business is dishonest+corrupt by misleading customers into thinking they really want to legitimately repair appliances when all they want is to take your money giving you 0in return but worse than what you had prior to interacting with them. read more

We are still in the process of trying to return our washer and dryer. We purchased a washer/dryer unit and it stopped working after about 3 weeks. Being under the 90 day warranty, they came out and stated it was our electricity. We had an electrician come out several times and he verified time and time again it was not our electricity. So, we had them replace it (pulling teeth is an understatement to how this encounter went). This unit worked no longer than a week. Save your money and time. Do not buy from this place! read more
