Jose did us a solid. We brought our dryer to him and noticed that someone before us tried to fix it and thats why it wasn't working. Jose ordered the part and when it came he replaced it and helped load it up when it was done. Got home turned the dryer on and got so hot thatnibwont need to use high heat for a long time! went in there to find a gas dryer that was 9 cf. got there and found it was heavily dented and top lifted up on one corner. was told he would fix it. had a ge that was 8 cf. went home and researched the model and it was only 7.4cf. when i returned he had no explanation. said i didn't need that big a dryer. i told him i had a 6.3cf washer and he didn't believe me apparently. said he'd never seen one. wanted the model number and name?? why because he didn't believe me i guess. it's possible there are good deals there. not sure i want to find out. by formula my washer at 6.3 cf needs a 12 cf dryer but of course 9 cf is the biggest avail. so why didn't he think i need a big dryer? dont appreciate being told i don't know what i need or want. read more

Went in specifically for a fridge that made ice and water. The first fridge I get stops cooling after less than a week. I call and end up going down there and find a different fridge that was told the icemaker worked because that was my biggest thing when I was buying a fridge. That one gets delivered only for the icemaker to still not work. After many calls back-and-forth, which makes it feels like I am being avoided. I am told they will give me a water machine that also makes ice for free for the inconvenience. Which I was OK with. Finally, again after going back-and-forth, it is finally delivered And guess what? The icemaker still doesn't work. Was told it was brand new, but was not brought in a box or anything and was told that they were trying to make it easier for me.....But again, there was no manual if it was brand new why wouldn't the manual be sent with it. Again was told that they would Exchange it and here we are weeks later and they are no longer returning my calls or my texts. I will never do business with them again. Beware!!! I went in to purchase a dishwasher over a month ago. As I paid for what looked like a great dishwasher we discovered on the very back it was missing a crucial hose that is not easy to install that it should come with. They promised me a refund in 3-5 days and I am still waiting. I have called and messaged and they say they'll look into it and then don't respond. I want my $350 back.
