Tom and the guys (and gal) are top notch and just fun to work with. I needed a new AC unit (mine was old and CA doesn't like the old stuff). Not only did my new AC unit come in super fast- but it was installed super fast. A whole crew came in and replaced my AC unit with a shiny pretty new blue one. Total upgrade! These guys are knowledgeable, easy going, won't push anything they don't feel you need, and listened to my husband when he said he wanted bigger better one (insert Tim Allen manly boastful laugh). Call yesterday said he would be here this afternoon. I texted him at 4:00 to see if he was going to make it. He asked for a pic of of making model and a picture of the fan which I sent him. I asked them how long it was going to take he said I could order it from Amazon and I asked him how much it was gonna cost never got an answer and then I asked him how do you know what the problem is without even coming out he said he doesn't know, and no time today. I then told him that if I known earlier I would've try to get someone else out here he says sorry get someone else. Very unprofessional You knew when we spoke that I had a commercial flower refrigerator in my playroom, so there was no confusion you should've told me that you wouldn't work on a commercial refrigerator in a residential home. Then why would you ask for a pic of make and model. And then tell me I could order the parts on Amazon. That made no sense. You should have just said that and not had me waiting all day for you! read more

I know you can't always expect same day service, reasonably priced service, or quality service, and even at the best of times you can choose any two of the above. When our Ice Machine broke down at our hotel, Mr. Beverage came out several times and did everything they could to get it going for us. While we ended up having to replace our machine in the end, Mr. Beverage was very helpful in keeping our old machine going until the replacement arrived. They even did the install on the new machine!
