I booked Dutchman Plumbing for two separate plumbing tasks because they were a referral. We also…read morecome from a veteran family ourselves, so we were expecting a more professional and respectful experience. When the plumber arrived, he told me he could not do one of the tasks. That was frustrating because I would have preferred to know that before the appointment was scheduled so I could have planned accordingly. He also explained that the service had been delayed because he was still waiting on one of the parts and wanted to make sure it was a good quality part and not a cheap one, which I actually appreciated. The issue was the lack of communication leading up to the delay and the fact that one of the tasks could not be completed. During the visit, he called me over and asked technical questions about the plumbing setup that I could not reasonably answer. He then had me call the homeowner while she was at work and kept her on the phone to ask her those questions, which defeated the whole point of me being there for the appointment. The configuration was right there in front of him, so it felt unnecessary and unprofessional. We also agreed on a price beforehand, but the price changed after he arrived. When I questioned it, he said he had to charge what he did because my faucet was "high end." That did not make sense to me because the faucet was an under 200 dollar Home Depot faucet installed by a family member. The explanation felt off, and combined with everything else it did not inspire confidence. With the inability to complete one of the tasks, the shifting price, and the overall vibe of the interaction, I decided not to move forward. When I declined service, he muttered multiple comments under his breath to his partner while I was standing a few feet away, including unbelievable and similar remarks. That was unprofessional and disappointing.

At first, I thought it was my internet service provider but noticed it was my outlet going out. I kept going to the breaker box and trying to turn it off and on to reset it. It help at first to reset it, but the problem kept causing every device plugged into the outlet to turn off. I was going crazy with frustration (The Super Bowl is tomorrow) and NO internet (Noooo way ) absolutely unacceptable!!! Finally, I had enough and had to call a professional. That professional was JESSE to the rescue! Jesse helped me greatly before with installing an electrical extension for my hybrid heat pump several years back (read my review of it). I called Jesse and he picked up and said he could come out after finishing his job in Gilroy. True to his promise, he drove out (Mind you it's a Saturday at 3:45pm when I called him) to my home. Within 45 minutes, he quickly checked and diagnosed what the problem was! He's a professional! He identified the bad breaker in my breaker box!!!
