He got defensive told me he had a good lawyer and to keep moving. I again expressed my concern for him yelling out to me infront is my family, and his response was many nasty words including "go on with your white b i t c h arse!" I said real classy and I left! Why someone would want to alienate a potential client or people I know and love to not shop this location or company is beyond me! I never said anything to provoke this type of hate or anger and he owes my family an apology for his nasty behavior!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. DO NOT VISIT THIS…read moreLOCATION I visited the store to add a line and purchase a phone. There were only 2 other customers in the store yet I still waited approximately 30 minutes before I received service. Once I finally sat down w an associate and we began getting my account set up I was told the phone I was purchasing was eligible for a trade in discount of $350. I was elated because I did have an older phone not in use I could trade in. I asked if I needed to go and get it and was told not to worry as I had 30 days to bring it in. I come back into the store 48 hours later and am then told, by the same sales associate, that that promo had "expired" and my trade in was worthless. I reminded him he told me I had 30 days to bring the phone in, and that i even offered to go get it that day. He acknowledged that conversation but stated was unable to help me. Naturally I was not happy w this response and asked to escalate. I get home and get a call from the store manager Frankie. Within 2 minutes of our conversation he is cutting me off and very defensive and most importantly offering no solutions. He was extremely unprofessional and ultimately ended up hanging up on me when I asked to escalate. The store manager! Needless to say I will NEVER do business at this store and will be escalating to ATT CORP

Outstanding Customer Service from Giselle at the Riverview AT&T Store…read more After an extremely frustrating experience at another AT&T location, I was fortunate enough to walk into the Riverview store and meet Giselle. My daughter, who is deaf, had lost her phone while on vacation, and I was trying to help her regain access to her Apple ID. I was already dealing with a stressful situation and honestly didn't know much about eSIMs. I had previously been told that an eSIM could not be installed without a QR code and that there would be a $5 charge. I was then sent to the Riverview location, which was a 30-45 minute drive from where I had been. When I arrived, Giselle listened to what I needed, understood the situation, and took care of the eSIM installation quickly and effortlessly. There was no QR code, no $5 charge, and most importantly, no runaround. She simply helped me. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated her kindness and professionalism. She could have treated me like just another customer, but instead she took the time to understand what I was dealing with and made a stressful situation much easier. I have been an AT&T customer for more than 20 years, and Giselle reminded me what good customer service is supposed to look like. Giselle, thank you for helping me when I needed it. You were kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. AT&T should be proud to have someone like you representing the company. If AT&T management reads this, I hope you recognize Giselle for the excellent customer service she provided. She deserves to be acknowledged. Five stars for Giselle and the Riverview store.

First of all we had purchased our new phone from a different location and had to go to the Brandon store to pick it up. The store was clean, well stocked and had comfortable seating. Kai greeted us when we entered the store. He was with another customer at the time but after a couple of minutes, came over to help us. He was very informative, patient and professional. Kai made sure we understood the new changes we would experience with the phone, informed us about accessories we were interested in and made sure the new phone was set up properly. Because we had purchased the phone elsewhere, he knew he would not be able to receive commission on the sale. However, he treated us exceptionally well. Kai is an asset to this buisiness and we highly recommend this location! Thanks Kai! Sandy & Michael D.

We signed in and were 18 out of 25 walk-ins and waited about 35 minutes to be helped. The person helping us said that he couldn't do anything for us and that we had to call customer service first. 15 minutes into being on hold with customer service, the person helping us walked away and made an announcement to the store that anyone returning equipment can just drop it off on the desk. I ended up asking if the announcement applied to us and our helper ended up saying yes, so we chose not to waste more of our time and left the store. The issue is that the process would've taken a significantly longer amount of time if I had not questioned the process that our Spectrum representative was suggesting. Our experience today made us feel like we were not important and that our time wasn't valued.
