The man that owns or says he owns this location after him flipping me off for no reason behind his store while I was driving called me several racist comments because I stopped to ask him politely why he would yell at me about something that had nothing to do with him! He got defensive told me he had a good lawyer and to keep moving. I again expressed my concern for him yelling out to me infront is my family, and his response was many nasty words including "go on with your white b i t c h arse!" I said real classy and I left! Why someone would want to alienate a potential client or people I know and love to not shop this location or company is beyond me! This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION I visited the store to add a line and purchase a phone. There were only 2 other customers in the store yet I still waited approximately 30 minutes before I received service. Once I finally sat down w an associate and we began getting my account set up I was told the phone I was purchasing was eligible for a trade in discount of $350. I was elated because I did have an older phone not in use I could trade in. I asked if I needed to go and get it and was told not to worry as I had 30 days to bring it in. I come back into the store 48 hours later and am then told, by the same sales associate, that that promo had "expired" and my trade in was worthless. I reminded him he told me I had 30 days to bring the phone in, and that i even offered to go get it that day. He acknowledged that conversation but stated was unable to help me. Naturally I was not happy w this response and asked to escalate. I get home and get a call from the store manager Frankie. Within 2 minutes of our conversation he is cutting me off and very defensive and most importantly offering no solutions. He was extremely unprofessional and ultimately ended up hanging up on me when I asked to escalate. The store manager! Ok so here is the 6 month journey. I had been with AT&T for over 15 years. I had never experienced the service issues that I had been experiencing so I decided to go in to the store. The person that assisted me told me that he thought it was a device issue and to take it to Apple, and the manager concurred (here we go! Clients getting knocked around by the pointing of fingers already). What other choice do I have? I went to Apple and of course you know how that went. Back to AT&T I go! Nope, Apple... so the second time, Apple replaced my device out of courtesy (at least one of the two companies have their priorities straight). But then, guess what? The new device had the same issue! WOW!!!! Imagine that AT&T... so, back I go to see what they are going to do about this. I spoke with the manager who I had previously spoke, but then there was this rude lady (another manager maybe) that came from nowhere and said that it was the way it is for now because of all of the upgrades to 5G (wait, sorry... Fake 5GE crap). So I said ok, I need a discount on my services then. I am not getting what I am paying for and what I had received in the past... I'll give you one guess on how they responded. I said ok cool, I'll be switching after 15 years. What she said next blew me away. "That's fine, you will experience the same thing in all of the other carriers, they are doing the same thing we are". Cool! Challenge accepted! I switched to Verizon and it's WONDERFUL!!!!!! Hey AT&T, you lost my Cellular and my Directv because shortly after that I lost channels because of your schoolyard fight with Nextstar, I canceled everything single service that I had with you. And stop sending me "We want you back" mailers and put that money back into customer service and customer retention. Have a better tomorrow, I know I will with my new cell service! I switched from Verizon to AT&T back in August of 2016. I bought me and my wife phones and signed the contracts in this store. The customer service seemed ok, and after a seemingly never ending process, my wife and I left the store with new phones and new service. However the "reward" we were promised for switching (a little over $300) took 11 months and 4 rejected applications to get. Now comes the good part. After battling with AT&T for the reward/gift cards, I finally received them in July 2017. I went into this store again to use those gift cards to pay off some of the remaining balance on our phones. We owed about $300 on one of the phones, so we planned to use both gift cards to pay that one off. We swiped the first card ($165), signed the pad, and got ready to swipe the second to pay the remainder off. Their system timed out or froze. So we tried again, this time with the second card ($190), same thing happened when trying to pay the remainder. Turns out that AT&T took the entire balance off of both cards, but their system said that nothing went through. So now we have $0 on both cards and AT&T says that we still owe the full amount on our phones. I spent a couple more hours in this store a few days later calling different departments of AT&T trying to get this resolved. After numerous dead ends, the store manager's final conclusion, "Sorry, there is nothing we can do, it is not our problem." And "You can keep calling customer service on your own to try to fix this". I would not recommend this store, the store manager takes no responsibility for their own system taking your money and says it is someone else's problem. The only thing I left there with after they took my $300+ is a phone number of someone we had already called. So now, for whatever reason, I have to make up for the screw up on their end. read more

I switched to ATT from Metro PCS at this location a little over a month ago. It's a new store and neatly organized inside. I got an iPhone 6s Plus 64G. I waited until I got my first bill to post, and everything was as described. I appreciated the extra time the gentleman (Mike) took with explaining all the details as this is my first iPhone. I did know quite a bit already since I have an iPad already. This was a great experience and I am so much happier with the ATT service its 10 times better than my previous carrier! I have yet to have a dropped call or any issues. I have the store a 4 star o lay because the parking here is a bit confusing their are 2 one way streets with parking spots and it confused me at first as to how I was supposed to park. I've been to so many cell service stores and this one was an easy in and out with knowledgable staff! Have already been recommending this location to family and friends. read more
